Towed a truck in did not realize that the gates closed at 3:30. Girl at the front was very helpful told me where to go to find someone! Got to drop off the truck. Thank you!
company tow motor blew a hydro line and i called. They said they would have someone out the next day. A few hours later they called and came right out and was able to fix it couldn't ask for more really appreciate them
We had them do some custom fabrication work to one of our dump trucks, and they did an amazing job! They are very talented and easy to work with. We’re very happy!
Great place for equipment and service, but don't buy an airflow anything. Complete garbage. Rusts through in 16 months. Cylinder doesn't properly fit hoist. Poor poor quality.
The company I work for uses them to rent equipment. They barely service the lift trucks. They have refused to show up when called. We had 2 times within the last month when they were in our building but didn't bother to check their work orders for trucks that weren't running. I've had to use trucks that had broken windows to the point that when shutting the door glass was flying into the truck. It was turned in repeatedly! The only way that got fixed was to go to my employers plant manager. I don't understand the 5 stars and neither does anyone else that works here.
We purchased a pallet jack from Fallsway in April of 2019. When it malfunctioned in late May, they handled it like total champs. They brought us a replacement pallet jack within four hours of it malfunctioning. Thank you for the great service!
