Great service, friendly staff! Really went out of their way to make sure my car was fixed properly and back to me as quickly as possible.

Beacon Collision Center provided my son and me with exceptional care while we had our Audi A5 repaired at this phenomenal collision center. We utilized their easy drop-off service with the concierge rental car option. We were treated like family. The body mechanics came up to meet my son and introduce themselves to us, asking if we had any questions regarding the repairs. The repairs were performed in a timely fashion. Our vehicle came in wrecked and out like new, including being detailed to absolute perfection! From our family to yours, we thank you!

Absolutely stellar performance by the team at Beacon. They were able to take one of our company trucks in same day, dealt with the insurance company for the party responsible and gave the truck back in like new condition. They go above and beyond for their clients and I would choose them every time.

I will never take a damaged car anywhere else. The owner and Chris were genuinely friendly and helpful. They responded quickly to all of my calls, and the work completed on my Honda Odyssey was impeccable! Not only was my vehicle repaired beyond expectations, but they also detailed it and filled it with gas! Where else does one get such excellent service? If I could give a thousand ratings of "5", I would do it!

Beacon did a wonderful job with my vehicle. They did all the work of coordinating with and advocating for me to the insurance company. They were able to secure a rental car for me with ease. I have a busy schedule and the team were very accommodating to that when orchestrating drop off of my vehicle, rental car acquisition, and pick up. The whole process was clearly communicated to me throughout the experience. I would definitely recommend working with them as they made a difficult time after a car accident easy to manage! Wonderful staff, so helpful and caring. Communication was fantastic and they took care of everything we needed. They were able to take our vehicle in a few days after an accident. We got it back in less then a month considering the damages! 10 out of 10 would recommend and will use in the future if needed.

Communication was great, they called and kept me updated every step of the way. Every thing was done did quickly, they were able to get my vehicle in the shop to look at it the day I called. They had the car rental company scheduled to pick me up the day of drop off so I wasn’t waiting. Cannot recommend them enough.

The people were so nice and made the whole process so easy. They called with updates when they had them and even took me to the rental car place when I dropped my car off. They also did an amazing job on my car and detailed it when they were done!!

This place is awesome. Best customer service, they updated me everyday on the progress of my vehicle. The quality of work was outstanding and my vehicle looked brand new when I picked it up. I highly recommend Beacon Collision.

The team was very friendly. They broke down the process for me and gave me a realistic expectation of timeline to get my car repaired. They worked directly with my insurance to get everything set and about once a week they called to give me an update. Everytime I needed something for my claim they were quick to get my what was needed. The results were great! The car looked brand new, paint job matched perfectly with the rest of the car and have not found any issues since getting vehicle back.

Beacon did an incredible job fixing all the scratches and dents in my Honda Odyssey - it looks like a brand new van! They are very professional and keep you informed of your vehicle's progress via short text messages, which is super handy. I was surprised at how quickly they got the job done and they even fully detailed the inside, as well... what a welcomed surprised! I highly recommend using their services for any of your body work needs!

You all did a wonderful job on my mom’s car!!! She was very pleased with the outcome and the fact that you all saved her window decal, was beyond amazing!!! Great Job and will definitely reach out if needed in the future!

**Update: Beacon agreed to fix the mistake! They went above and beyond. I couldnt get my bronco until after they closed due to transportation issues. They had someone come get me!! Definitely will use and suggest in future. **I went here as a suggestion from my insurance company. I did give them great reviews until i noticed something wasnt fixed because of a previous employee they had working there didn't complete his job correctly. I showed them the damages to my car. The adjustor didn't take pics of one area and now the insurance company refuses to fix it. I have the original pictures and no one wants to take responsibility for their screw up. So I have to put an honest review. I would hate for someone else to go there and get taken advantage of. I was told they would talk to the manager about possibly making things right.

Update: car was finished on Jan. 10th. Had to bring it back Jan. 11th because the rear taillight and horn was not working. Hub cab was still cracked. Overall they are nice people and Ross & Rod took care of everything/apologized. It seems the collab between progressive and them did not operate as great as they normally do this time around. If you bring your car here just ensure there’s communication and both are on the same page as far as work goes. -My car was brought to this center because of progressive on 11/21/23. (Second time coming here) They quoted 3 weeks to have my car fixed and are now estimating to have it for 10 weeks if their new estimate (that they’ve done multiple times) goes according to how they plan to manage it. Management changed in the middle of my car being worked on due to an individual no longer working there. It took over a week with the first guy for a finalized estimate which ended up being wrong because they found more damage over a month later. Communication has been incredibly poor even with this being a progressive chosen shop. Receiving a completely explained straight answer from someone is incredibly hard. I would not recommend this shop and to look into other shops if your insurance recommends this one. Even progressive stated it does not normally take this long. I’ll be lucky if I get my car back before February 2024 as the new eta is Jan. 26th.

I hit a Coyote on the highway, through my insurance they told me to go to Kempthorn in Akron, they got me in the next day, had my car looking brand new in not even a week. Ken called me almost everyday with updates on my vehicle, very professional, very good work.

I brought my car here after my front end got run over by a truck, and I couldn't be happier with the work Kempthorn did! Everyone I interacted with was so friendly and professional, and the technicians who worked on my car were very thorough in ensuring that all the damage was submitted to insurance. I was impressed with how quickly they were able to source all the parts and get the work done. My car came back looking BEAUTIFUL! I did have to go back a couple times to address some very slow coolant leaks, but they tracked them down and got me back on the road fast!

The team at Kempthorn did such an amazing job with my vehicle! They were so easy to work with and worked/communicated directly through my insurance! The job was beautifully done. Emily did a great job with keeping me updated with the process and didn’t make me feel bad for calling if I had questions. They even detailed my car which was a huge unexpected plus! Definitely will be going back if need be.

Took my Jetta in to have some scratches and dent repaired on my bumper. Chris, Tom, and Kaitlyn were are very helpful and professional. Chris did my estimate, Kaitlyn set up my appointment and car rental through Enterprise, and Tom talked me through every step of the process. Tom even took me to Enterprise since they couldn't drop the car off to me. My car looked as good as it did when I drove it off the show room 2 years ago. Car was detailed in and out. Highly recommend Kempthorn Collision!!!!

Was not a great overall experience. When they first received my vehicle, after I had struck a deer, I was lucky to be updated about progress twice a week. I consistently had to call and inquire about the progress. After two missed delivery dates, I finally picked my vehicle up beginning of December. The quality of the work was great. Everything's good, right? Wrong. I receive a notice just last week that I had a balance that hasn't been paid, (which I thought I had paid when I picked my vehicle up, naturally) , that my account was going to be sent to collections if it weren't paid by Friday. I paid it, of course. I just find it egregious that an error so large could be made by their team, at a body shop with such a stellar reputation. I won't be giving them my business again.

Awesome. Fast. Professional. Took care of my baby and even helped handle the frustrating logistics of dealing with the insurance company and rental car agency. Chris was awesome to work with! Update: Unfortunately, I wound up in another fender bender. You better believe I didn't hesitate to take my car back here. Tom helped me this last time and did a great job!

I’ve never in 62 years every been in an accident. I was rear ended and very confused about what I needed to do with my car, how the process worked, etc. I stopped in there Chris helped me through the whole process. They made me at ease. When I took my vehicle back to be repaired they were excellent and efficient they handled getting my rental vehicle right there for me and now my car looks like new again!!!! I would highly recommend them!!!! Chris and Elizabeth were wonderful throughout this process with me very friendly and professional!!!!! I can’t thank them enough

I could not be happier with the work performed on my vehicle. I was in a fender bender and the front of my car was in bad shape. I contacted Chris at Kempthorn and he helped me through the entire process. He had the towing company take my damaged car to his collision center, helped me get a rental ready while my car was being worked on, put together the estimate to fix my car, worked with my insurance companies adjuster and he kept me updated through the whole process. The gentlemen who worked on my car did a fantastic job and overall I am very happy I went to Kempthorn. Hopefully I never have to have my car fixed again to this degree, but if I do, I know I am in good hands! Would highly recommend Kempthorn Collision Center to anyone in need of friendly and quality work for their vehicles.

I cannot say enough about my positive experience at Kempthorn. My windshield needed replaced. This service was completed and my car was ready to be picked up the same day. Everyone I interacted with was incredibly helpful and eager to get my car fixed in a timely manner. I plan to return to this body shop for all of my vehicles needs.

Terrific team and excellent work from the front desk to parts, body/paint shop and delivery! We appreciated how Kempthorn advocated with our insurance company to get the OEM parts needed to replace the damaged hatch and lights on our Mercedes GLC 300 fast. They kept us informed every step of the way. Perfect paint match and fit; car was spotless inside and out when picked up. They work on every model, and we recommend them highly. We received a call from Kempthorn Collision that our 2010 VW Jetta was eligible for rust through warranty work while we had it in for mechanical repairs. It seemed too good to be true...but was better. They repaired over $9,000 worth of rust damage while under a warranty we did not even know existed. They called us and updated us all the way through the process, provided us with an excellent loaner vehicle, and did outstanding work. What a blessing and a business ethic. Thank you so much!!!

Car buying is never an easy task, but thanks to Bruce and Chris at Kempthorn it was smooth sailing. I totaled my car and was in a new one within 2 weeks. These guys went the extra mile to put me in a car within my price range (they got it even lower!!) and above my expectations in every way possible. The head painter hooked me up with the find while the managers got me the best deal. I would recommend this shop to anyone and everyone.

Not like any collision center on the planet! My daughter was in her first accident (21) and had her car towed here. They made what could have been a stressful event go so smoothly! The staff was so nice and made my daughter feel very comfortable. Chris was outstanding at what he did. Although her car ended up being a total loss we chose to make our next purchase with Kempthorn Motors. Try them out, you won’t be disappointed! From what I’m told they have the best bodymen and painter in the area!
