After several.hours of trying to get to AAA roadside assistance (awful awful awful) my car dealership shop rep gave me Jeffreys number. We were 1.5 hours away from the dealer I was so emotional because of lack of help from roadside assistance and towing companies near Howard, Oh. Ed answered the phone and he was amazingly compassionate. He actually calmed me down and said they will help. He sent a driver right away, again, 1.5 hours away. Brandon got there. Was so professional and so friendly. We finally felt at ease. Nobody ever wants to have to be towed BUT if you ever need it, Jeffery's is the place to call!! We cant be grateful enough for the service and kindness they provided!

Very unfair and unwilling to communicate. I’ve been waiting on a return phone call for days in response to an emergency to no avail. Seeking legal representation.

After being broke down and waiting on roadside assistance tow for over 4 hours I called Jeffreys they came and towed me within 25 minutes. I won't call any other towing company from now on. I know the wait time may not always be that fast but after they heard my situation they came right away. Thank you!

I just got my car back fr the shop and prior to that I personally handed over my BACKUP key fob to these people and received it back in 2 pieces it wasn’t like that originally and I have proof to show it now my keys taped up and when I called them to tell them someone immediately denied they had anything to do with it I wouldn’t recommend any friends or family or anyone in general to go to these guys because there not honest about there mistakes..

What a great company/ service! Locked my keys in the vehicle will on call for work at the hospital and staying at a nearby hotel. I called and within 5 minutes someone was here. Polite, worked fast and had my keys in minutes! Very fair pricing and just overall great experience! Highly recommend!

I had an unfortunate situation this morning, where I needed minor assistance, a Jeffrey’s Tow truck was driving by and saw my kids and I standing outside trying to figure out what to do, but offered to help and resolved the situation quickly! I had a blowout on the expressway on a freezing Saturday morning. I had spent over an hour online looking for help from companies related to my insurance. What a joke! I then decided to look for a private towing company. I found Jeffrey's towing and called them. They answered their phone! She said that they didn't have any drivers available at that moment but she found me another tow company very close to my location. She said if they didn't have anybody to call her back and she would send someone out. She really helped me that day whether she knows it or not. I might not have used their towing service but she did guide me to where I needed to be! And I'm very thankful.

Minor mishap landed my vehicle in a ditch Saturday morning at a youth football field. Not ideal and tight limited space. Jefferies showed up in an hour, winched out the SUV in 5 mins and for what I feel was a reasonable price of $75. Bonus no damage!!

Called in to have my car towed to my mechanic. Jeffery's is about 20 miles from my house but my mechanic is less than 2 miles up the road and upon seeing this they told me they would be happy to tow me, but I would probably get a better price if I could find somewhere closer to me since it would be such a short drive one they hooked me up. Seems like an honest place, turning down easy money because they didn't want to overcharge me.

I had an unfortunate mishap with one of Jeffrey’s trucks hauling a broken down box truck that had ice come off and break my windshield. I contacted Jeffrey’s and they sent me to accurate auto glass to replace the windshield at no cost to me. This is an honest, integral business that everyone should feel comfortable using if you are in need. I will certainly use them in the future if the need arises.

Even though my truck was towed there(Not their fault) I had a very polite and professional experience with the man that I spoke with on the phone. Even though I hate the fact that my Red f150 is there I would highly recommend this towing company to absolutely anyone that needs a tow. Very Good people.

I've had 2 experiences with Jeffrey's 1: my old beater truck broke down at the light at 619/Arlington and one of the drivers happened to right there so he just towed me right on back to their yard and got me out of what would have been a real doozy of a situation. 2: A routine tow after my alternator went bad in which the driver came right over and took care of most everything. No complaints from me. Great local business.

I ALWAYS call this specific towing company. They are so nice and helpful. Surprisingly they actually try to converse with you even when you're a hot mess! They are absolutely the best priced out place. I'm so thankful for these guys.

My daughter's car broke down 40 minutes from home at 11 pm on Saturday night during this covid lockdown. Jeffrey's was available right away, gave me what I thought was a great rate to tow it back home and the driver was just a gentleman in every way.i highly recommend them!

New years eve at the movies. Came out to freezing weather and a dead battery. Called Jeffrey's Towing. They came out quickly even though it was late night on a holiday and had me back on the road right away. Fair price and fast friendly service. Could not have been any better turning a bad situation around. I will recommend your service to everyone.

I reviewed a couple months ago Not sure why it's not showing These Guys were closing Helped me get on the road and stayed late ! Price was very reasonable So reasonable I tipped the crew well that' helped me . I didn't know them, I was just passing through at the time , before listening to those other reviews i say give them a chance Being in business I know some people can be unreasonable Especially when it comes to their cars being Towed from a accident scene or a dui tow Theft ? I had thousands in cash in my camper No one touched a dime It's like anything else Talk to people and treat them how you want to be treated .

Worst experience in my life after a bad car accident. Thank you for towing my car for what I could've spent on my children's Christmas. The lady in the office is the rudest woman I have ever encountered. Thanks for ruining my children's Christmas over the most ridiculously priced tow I've ever seen in my life, and on top of that throwing out my headlight housing unit AFTER a bad accident left me with no car. I would've rather drove my car home after the accident instead of dealing with them. Their storage fee is also BS. never again will I ever allow this place to come into close proximity to anything I own.

Jeffrey's arrived quickly, the driver was super friendly and the price was perfect for a long tow (about 50 miles). They came to our rescue after AAA informed us they'd be unable to tow us for more than 12 hours. I'd recommend them to everyone in need of a tow!

The other reviews made me leery, but then I saw the same kind of scary reviews at the other local companies too. Jeffrey's Towing delivered good service. They came in a reasonable time. The driver was polite. He evaluated several ways of pulling our vehicle out in a way that wouldn't damage it. Apparently he chose the right one in the end. The car's frame had been resting on cement, with the wheel in a ditch and there was no scraping or damage as he pulled it out. After he was done he said the job was easy and charged less than amount estimated on the phone. I will use them again if I ever need to. Also, the truck wasn't the one in the picture. So they probably have more than one. This is also the first towing company I've used that didn't demand cash and would take credit card on site.

NEVER USE JEFFERYS TOWING!! Went to pick my car up to find the bumper busted in. I started looking around the lot to find FOUR other vehicles with the same damage in the same spot. As if that wasn't bad enough, I open the car door to find my $700 laptop missing. When I confronted the clerk about what happened, he was ready with "police signed proof" that there wasn't any damage to the vehicle. I have pictures of the car and there was clearly no damage. This company will see legal action from me, and I just hope that others will see this review before allowing Jeffrey's to damage their vehicle and steal their belongings. What a dirty company.

My fiancee Broke down on I-77 n near Akron. She was frightened and scared. On top of it I had the cash and credit cards at home. This company was courteous and picked her up and towed her home for less than a cab ride back to canton. They even let me give them our credit card over the phone. No fuss. Very professional will use again!

My brother had his car towed to Jeffrey's tow yard on 619. When he went to pick up his car the back seats were missing out of his jeep, and his very expensive camping gear, golf clubs, spare tire, and probably another $500 worth of personal items had been taken/stolen from his car. When he asked for an explanation the employee at the tow yard simply said "we're not allowed to take anything from the cars." I cannot believe a business could take advantage of someone like that. The theft is currently under investigation and we have reported Jeffrey's towing to the BBB.
