My Husband and I bought a trailer 7/2/2025 for what we thought we need it for but things changed and we called on 7/7/2025 to see if we can return it, all we did was drove it from their business to our home and thats it but of course they said NO but their is nothing in writing or posted anywhere in the office nor the store stating saying no Refunds and to remind you we paid $4100 cash im thinking they just didn't want to take that lost of $4100 But it's all good we will just sell it and make a profit..BUT I DONT RECOMMEND BUYING FROM THEM AND IM SO GLAD THIS HAPPENED BECAUSE 3 OF MY FAMILY MEMBERS CHANGE THEIR MIND PURCHASING FROM THEM AS WELL
I needed to have a hitch installed on my Jeep. Dropped off vehicle and installation took about 3 1/2 hours. They did an awesome job. I would definitely recommend for any kind of repair or installation services.
This place will go above and beyond what you expect. 100 % recommand them to any one .
There staff are super nice from the start to the finish of the job. I was in a pinch after lennarods trail jacked me around . If you ever wanted a trailer company to deliver this is the place. 5 stars . They have gotten all our trailer bunniess .Happy acers stables

***Written for my elderly father*** Went in Friday 9/13 to have SUV wired for electric trailer brakes and wiring for lights. When i picked up SUV , i did not have running lights and brake controller was installed upside down. Called to notify and they were unavailable to fix for 4 days and said to have a good day and hung up. Had to fix issues myself for upcoming trip Monday. Had to order correct parts from Amazon. Please be careful, should have done the job myself just didn’t have the time. Would not recommend.
Great business!! I purchased a small pop-up trailer from a private party in the area. When we hooked the trailer up to my vehicle the rear lights were being funky. I was worried about driving back to the Cleveland area without taillights and the seller recommended I stop at Majestic.
Glad I did. They were awesome. They came out and inspected the trailer wiring and my vehicle wiring. They diagnosed the problem being with a fuse on my vehicle. They replaced the fuse and I was on my way.
They did this all for me without an appointment and, get this, they didn't charge for helping me! Great place!!
Recently special ordered a new trailer. There were some issues with it when it arrived that were out of Magestic's control. Ben went totally above & beyond to resolve the problems. He got me a better trailer than what I ordered & had me back in business in less than a day.
This is the second trailer I've purchased from Magestic in less than a year. Customer service has been outstanding. I won't go anywhere else.

GREAT EMPLOYEES went to rent a trailer today . And ran into a family emergency. Had to return it right after I picked it up didn't use it. They refunded my money no questions asked.. They are the BEST PEOPLE . Will be renting all my trailers from them.. GO buy or rent your trailers from them . THERE THE BEST !!!!
Went to Majestic Trailer today and purchased my second trailer from these folks. First one was an 18ft Enclosed Darkhorse Trailer I bought from Bryan last year. Today I picked up a 14k Tandem Power Tilt from Tim in sales. Tim was great! He got my paperwork together in a timely matter and got me in and out the door in less then an hour. I would definitely recommend Majestic for anyone in the market for a nice trailer. Again thank you to the Team at Majestic TRAILER! I’ll be back for my next one!
I've bought 2 trailers from Majestic trailer and hitch 16 ft enclosed trailer and a Quality Steel dump trailer both are good trailers. I had a small problem with the dump trailer but they fixed the issue and I'm satisfied. My sales person was Tim great guy thx!
Staff was very nice. Bought a new trailer from them. At first I got one to small to fit 2 motorcycles in and had to return the 5x12 for a 7x16 to fit my goldwing and a ultra classic. First one was way to small.
Anyway great place to buy a trailer. Would recommend it to everyone.
Majestic Trailer did an outstanding job installing a hitch and wiring my 2018 Chevy Volt. Pricing was clear and fair and the communication was excellent. The technicians were super knowledgeable and they went above and beyond to identify a wiring issue with my trailer lights. The entire staff was extremely kind and courteous and the waiting room was very clean and welcoming with fresh coffee and clean restrooms. I have already recommended Majestic Trailer to friends, family and even the owner of a BMV where I registered my trailer so they could tell other trailer owners.
I bought my first brand new enclosed trailer at Majestic and let me tell you; this is a first class business. I interacted with almost every employee there at some point or another. My sales guy was Tim. Extremely knowledgeable, down to earth, professional, humorous, and willing to help in any way he could. Ben, the General Manager, is top notch. Pretty much has an open door policy and is willing to interact with potential buyers in any way necessary to create a memorable experience. Jake at parts is knowledgeable in his area and went over and beyond to communicate with me throughout my install process. Gary out in service was willing to roll his sleeves up and try to tackle something he wasn't 100% familiar with. Chad, also out in service, was also top notch. Took the brake controller out of his own truck and let me have it because "he knew I needed it more than he did". Guy couldn't have been any more genuine. The fella that moved my backpack blower over, was also fantastic. Had issues diagnosed and a solution within minutes. Amy, over at doc prep, was quick and efficient with all the required paperwork. I didn't have to wait whatsoever. I would give this establishment 10 stars if I could. Thank you all for a great experience. I will never do business anywhere else!
Recently I needed to troubleshoot my trailer lights so I called and asked to be tested. I was told yes, you can stop by and get tested but we're so busy we won't be able to actually service you for several weeks. After showing up this morning they made time to service my trailer and got me out the door in about an hour for $67.00 with a perfectly working trailer. That's the sign of a caring business. Thank you Majestic Trailer and thank you to the guys in the service department!
Andrew in parts is the best! I bought a used trailer that was originally purchased there and need parts for it. Unfortunately the manufacturer will not respond to us and we've had a lot of difficulty getting the parts. Andrew has updated me unprompted almost every day on the status and I can tell cares about getting this done even though it's a small order. You do not see customer service like that anymore. I have a few trailers and there is no way when I buy my next one I'm not going to Majestic, I wish I would have sooner.
Awesome place and service. Don't judge a book by the cover--it's not a fancy place but they have what you need, are super friendly both over the phone and in person and do great work. They have a super inventory and their product prices are fair and labor rate is fair. They installed a hitch and wiring for me and ran into an issue with my 2023 Hyundai Palisade. Turns out that Hyundai has a huge trailer wiring problem for Palisades and for 2023 omitted an expected and necessary access point. Majestic Trailer to the rescue! They had in-stock a workaround part and although it was much more labor intensive to install took the time to install it and charged only the lower install fee for the planned part. Don't go anywhere else: they do what they say they're going to do, do it well and are very reasonable. Everyone there is friendly making it a great transaction.
This is an awesome company! We reserved a rental trailer in March to move our daughter back from Boston this weekend. When we went in to pick it up, the previous customer had not returned it yet, which means we did not have a way to move my daughter. The owner did a great favor and rented us a brand new trailer without even batting an eye. We are so grateful for the kindness he showed us. If you need a trailer, I highly recommend Majestic. Great customer Service!
Needed brakes the whole assembly for my little pop up camper. Seems like what ever I have needed in the past they have had. So, first place I went and again they had what I needed. Price seemed kind of high but after I got home and started checking not that much worse than on line prices. And, they had them now. Thanks !

Just purchased a new utility trailer today.... great service.... great people... walked in and drove out with a trailer a 1/2 hour later

Unprofessional...Terrible customer service...quotes low prices but double charges! 1 day rental.... provide your personal vehicle registration insurance and drivers licence. .... Misplaced the Insurance card but had complete Policy Dec pages to provide... they refused the policy saying they could only use a card! ??? Ok, way less info, but if that is what you want... picked up trailer and completed the unorganized process with an associate that was unprofessional and rude....leaving past 9:00 am. The Cashier and secretary behind the desk both advised if returned in the morning, after they open by about the time we were leaving it would only be a 1 day rental, Arrived to return the trailer at 8:35 the next morning, waited for the same unprofessional man to check us back in for over 20 min, by the time we made it thru that process and got to the cashier it was after 9:00 am (9:10) and they wanted to charge us for 2 days. upon disputing it, the older man, came over and said well we will only charge you 1/2 of the second day because there is some mud on the trailer and we are going to wash it......really? you would think that they would be washing it anyhow... and the pictures attached are the mud they were talking about.. nothing excessive at all... and if we were instructed to bring it back spic and span clean ... we could have washed it our selves! Everything was an argument.... gone are the days of great customer service and common sense!
