Absolutely professional, on top of everything! Great atmosphere, entirely accomodating, SUPER FAST SERVICE!! SUPER AFFORDABLE PRICES!! ( This was posted three weeks ago) **UPDATE** I've said it once, and I'll say it again!! They saved me hundreds of dollars between towing fees, labor and parts to fix my car, as well as NOT needing to rent a car or services being that it wasn't even 24 hours when I got the car back due to the serpentine belt blowing off. You can ABSOLUTELY put your trust in this establishment and know that they are there to HELP not add more stress on you!! Very warm, welcoming staff. I HIGHLY recommend this shop to everyone I come in to contact with, and I HIGHLY appreciate everything they've done in terms of taking care of us, being flexible and not beating around the bush! There was no run around, and they gave immediate results and discussed solutions that gave my over anxious mind comfort. 💝💝 If I could add more stars, I would!!

Absolutely amazing! I got my pain in the butt truck towed there due to a break issue and while they don’t work on diesel engines and what not, they still took my truck in and replaced everything with the breaks. And I mean EVERYTHING. The lovely gentleman I talked to was so nice and consistent with letting me know what’s going on with the truck and even got it in early!! I will absolutely be taking all my vehicles to them from now on!! And of course I’m telling everyone I can to take theirs here too. Thank you to the team for working with me and getting my truck a little more road safe!!

I've had work done on my last vehicle and they were honest and saved me a lot of money on a AC Compressor. They were highly recommended by friends from church. I won't take my vehicle anywhere else. They're the best auto repair shop ever. I would highly recommend them.

So I took my 2022 chrysler pacifica touring l to north coast auto mall for no oil pressure issue. They diag the motor and said the oil pump went. So I took it to kens auto, they did diag for me and found out that the dealership over tighten the plastic oil filter cap and caused it to clog the oil filter causing no oil pressure. Issac that works there is the man that figured it out. Bec he has seen this before. So he is the man I would recommend if you have any issues. Take it to kens

I suddenly had no brakes. I had my van towed there and also had them check my exhaust system. They fixed both for a good price. I will use them again

I brought a work car in for a serpentine belt repair. They were very busy but owner Ken went above and beyond to squeeze me in. They were able to order the parts while I waited for approval from work for the repairs. The work was done in about 2 hours. The lady that works the front desk was extremely pleasant and helpful as well. I hope I don’t need any vehicle repairs any time soon but if I do then I will return to Ken’s. Thank you for taking care of customers the way they should be.

I called here to find out if they could program a tire sensor in my car. I was told to take it in and someone would try to do this. The technician was able to do the job. Took less than 10 mins. The best part was, he did not charge me for the job!! So grateful for this technician!! Thank U so much for your service!!

Had to have new tires and front brakes installed on my grandson's car. Unfortunately, also both rear shocks for a model that was only in production for 1 year. Shawn was very helpful and kept me informed every step of the way. Great example of what customer service should be. Thank you!

Stopped by for a minor issue and was treated extremely well. Later I had a bigger problem with my wife’s van and was very happy with the service. And when I went in to talk to Ken about getting a new vehicle I was happy with his advice which I took.

I've tried many shops through the years and Ken's by far is the best in honesty and fairness. We've had a few different family members Vehicles there and they are always ahead of their lead times. They take the time to point out things and fully explain. I'm 49 and worked at a couple shops that I've learned had inexperienced employees doing work without anyone overseeing anything but after dealing with Ken's employees I know every one of them know what they are doing. When i don't have the time to do certain repairs or just can't, Ken's is the place to go. Oh, and another thing, when you see police vehicles being repaired at a shop like Ken's...that says alot about trust.

The employees here are nothing short of amazing. I have brought 2 different vehicles here and each time they are extremely friendly and very very helpful. Super trustworthy shop. Prices are great and the work is top notch. They are amazing with kids too. Everyone in the shop told my 5yr old son happy b day and kept him entertained with conversation. Highly recommend.

This is not you average repair shop. I took my F150 in for 2 issues and an oil change and was treated like family and was give a very reasonable price. I'll only take my vehicles here from now on out. Top notch in my book.

Very good at what they do. Took our cars there when we lived in ellet. When we moved to Portage county we started to going somewhere closer. That was until they misdiagnosed an issue with our car. I took it back to Ken's for a second opinion and they diagnosed it correctly and saved me atleast a few hundred dollars. Great place to take your car. Even though it's a drive for me I'll be brining our cars here going forward.

I had a stripped o2 sensor port on my exhaust. I went to Midas and they wanted $200, said they had to cut that piece of exhaust out and replace. Took it to Ken's and they rethreaded the port, put the new o2 sensor I had in, and they didn't charge me. Thank you Ken's. I highly recommend to anyone who needs auto repairs. It's a nice local shop with good people.

Highly recommend this business. Fair prices, great communication, and they always fit me in even when I call last minute. Feels like a family business when I’m in there, not an auto shop trying to turn and burn as many customers as possible or up sell me on random things. They are honest and do good work, what more can you ask for.

My car was due for maintenance, shocks and struts were wearing out, so an acquaintance recommended Ken's to me, at first I was concerned by the location (there building is fine, it's everything around them), but they found the problems, didn't try to upsell me anything, and the price was reasonable. I highly reccomend and I never write reviews, so for me to even bother to write a positive review should indicate my level of satisfaction. Furthermore they appear to be locally owned, but I have not verified or checked this other than observation of Shop name matches master mechanics name.

Honest shop, a rare find. They don't overcharge or invent things that are required on your vehicle. They'll let you know if something is practical, required, or not, and help you make a good decision for your car. They treat all customers with respect and a great attitude. As woman, I don't have to worry about being taken advantage of, like previous shops have done. Great family run shop who'll treat your vehicle with care and as though you are family too.

Had our car at dealership told us we needed a new motor we decided to take to Kens because he is honest and did good work for us before. Found out we didn’t need a new motor and got out of there for like 200$ that was like 6 months ago and cars still running great. Thanks Ken and your awesome employees.

Kens auto is a shining example of how mechanics and auto body shops should be. Off the recommendation of my father I have gone there countless time,ms, and I have never once felt as if they had not done the highest quality service at the most affordable price. They are hard working people, and their service and demeanor is beyond anything I have witnessed at any other mechanic. They are great people! Honest workers who have good hearts to help. The owner is so awesome he really works with you, and the receptionist is such a sweetheart! And they even have a little section for kids to color. But the beat thing was their respect, they really do there best to watch their language around the customers, especially the children, which we all know is a rare kind of thing in this world. Only place I will take my car.

Absolutely amazing service every time. Shawn is very knowledgeable, respectful, trustworthy and truly cares about his customers. I was told by my dealership after getting an oil change that I needed to replace a part. I called Shawn to help me out because I do not trust the dealership. He inspected my car and turns out it was 100% fine. Didn’t even charge me for his time. I am so appreciative and will always return to ken’s auto.
