I was originally given an estimate time of one and a half to two hours for them to tow my vehicle. At the two and a half hour mark with no communication from the service provider, I reached out to check on the status. They said the driver was about to be en route. After another hour and a half my car had still not been picked up once again with no communication from the service provider. I understand priority is determined by situation but the lack of communication is inexcusable. Will not be using this service again, which is sad because the tow driver was incredibly kind. Management really needs to learn how to communicate effectively with their customers.

Aaron the owner is fantastic! They were called by my Insurance roadside assistance program and were so fast and efficient. Class service when someone has had an accident and having a bad day. Would recommend them for any towing needs.
Very rude!! Asked about an ETA on tow service & guy was a prick because I asked is there any sooner availability then he canceled my tow but I got a better tow & even quicker service so it worked out!!
I wish I could give 0 stars. I needed a tow through my insurance company and they suggested this towing company after 3 hours of waiting with no contact from the towing company, I got a text message saying that they can no longer do the job. And that another towing company was coming out people and these businesses. You suck at your job. You have one job to do like come on. I DO NOT RECOMMEND
When your car breaks down in 31 degree weather it's no fun. No heat at all. This place was dispatched through our insurance . They were fast getting there and efficient. I will recommend these guys anytime. The driver was nice. And as I said they were there quickly. Real quick. Thank you!
Being broken down and in need of a tow is no fun especially when it’s hot out! Nor are people kind. Today was an exception to the rule!!! I had the pleasure of Harley coming to my rescue. Not only was he kind but his service was thee best I’ve ever encountered. His truck was the cleanest tow truck I’ve ever seen in my life and it smelled so clean. He was concerned about the air being to cool but I welcomed it from the heat. All this to say thank you so very much Harley for the superb service and conversation . I received a tow truck service through USAA on August 15, 2025, and Harley was great! From the phone conversation to when he arrived within 30 minutes of being dispatched, he displayed impeccable customer service and the highest professionalism. When the truck arrived at my location, he immediately sprang into action and helped me into the tow truck because my left arm was immobilized due to an injury I sustained. Overall, he's a great guy! Harley, if you read this, I want to thank you again!
Psycho you have driving in broadview hts area at 530pm aug 12, driving erratically and passing people from the turning lane on a busy road(82). Started laying on his horn the moment the light turned green. Gave him a thumbs up and he proceed to ride my ass, I was going 10mph over the speed limit. Then he used the turning left lane to pass traffic.
The tow truck driver was very nice and understanding got here quickly had a nice conversation very polite! I would recommend the tow company to anyone even outside of State Farm!
I would never use A-and-R. Towing thanks to them I have to make payments on the car. Cos 1 of the tow truck drivers hooked my car up in correctly.I would give zero stars if I could
My insurance company State Farm ask him to tow my vehicle to my body shop when I got there later I noticed there was a lot of thing missing in my car including moneys .. blanket ...three new working gloves..that I couldn't get out inside my car compartment before because they rush me to the hospital after the car accident. That so bad you have to steal from you customers!!!
Tow was scheduled through State Farm for roadside assistance. The estimated wait was 89-119 minutes. After two hours, State Farm reached out to me to see if they arrived. They hadn't. State Farm then reached out to them and they stated they could no longer complete the job and they cancelled.

The attached is a screen shot of what State Farm sent me after telling me on the phone that you cancelled the tow on me. If what you're saying is accurate, you should probably discuss what they tell customers when they re-assign you guys.
A&R was dispatched via Progressive's Roadside Assistance to tow my car to the dealership. After 1.5hrs w/ no response, the rep. called the driver to see what was going on but was met w/ a poor attitude. Driver couldn't give an ETA. We reassigned the tow.
Travis picked up my car tonight and dropped it off at my mechanic's shop. He arrived very quickly and was professional through that exchange. I would definitely recommend.
My insurance company dispatched A&R Tire for my tow today. Fast service. The driver, Travis, was very personable. I would definitely call these folks if I needed to 🙂
Harley saved the day when my back tire blew out! I needed a tow as I sat at a gas station. He arrived to my location before my grandfather did, we were both amazed. Harley was so kind and helpful and made me feel safe. Thankful for A&R Tire and Auto!
These guys are linked with State Farm. Don’t waste your time with them. I put in a roadside request for a flat tire needing a tow at 8 am. It’s 1 pm and still no one has showed up. Clearly they don’t get paid enough by State Farm to make it worthwhile to show up. I had to cancel the request and find another tow company which showed up in 15 minutes.
Just got Home from being 'Flatbed Towed Back Home' .My 'Brakes Went Out' in my Ford 4×4 Pickup Truck on Arlington St. Akron Ohio, made it to the 'Arlington Plaza', got 'Stuck There'. Called AAA, First Time Using Them, My Tow Truck Driver was "Very Nice", and, "Professional". Made me 'Feel at Ease', he was 'Very Pleasant' to talk to. Got the Job Done Right 👍 (I can't remember his name, think it was something like Tyler) I Would Recommend Him to Others, and, Have Givin Him an "Excellent Review" to My Insurance Company 👏 Thanks 👍
Bailey at the front desk is so kind and so helpful with everything. Had a break down they came and towed my truck and bill reassured me that he and his team will get it back to tip top shape. Great place for a tow and service. Runs like a top now !!!
They towed my van with a flat tire. The driver attempted to drive the van up onto the flatbed, which I’ve never seen someone do, especially with a flat tire, also going up an incline already, and proceeded to drag the back end of our van on the gravel, scraping the hell out of the underneath of our back bumper. Use at your own risk.. owner was rude when called about this
I had my Highlander towed. They showed up on time and were very professional. I knew my car needed some work. I got several quotes and A&R Tire was the least expensive. They performed the necessary work without overselling anything. My car runs like new! Competent employees and super nice office staff. Very happy!
I had a flat tire on the Ohio Turnpike and A&R responded quickly and the driver had my tire changed within 5 minutes of his arrival. Driver was friendly and professional.
These guys are great. Flat tire Tuesday night before Thanksgiving. The roadside arranged for A&R to tow me to a tire shop in the morning. Nobody showed up at the other tire shop that day so the driver (Clint) let me know that A&R is a tire shop and if I wanted he could arrange everything for me. This was at 9 am. By 10:15, everything was done for me (even the tire delivery from the supplier) at A&R and I was on my way. Couldn't be happier or more impressed. (This is not my real name BTW.)
I had my car towed by them a couple months ago while I was at work. My car was not running at the time which is the reason for it needing a tow, they sent out a driver to get my vehicle from a family members home which is where I was keeping it. The driver called me while I was at work and told me he had to do a lot of pushing to get my car to where it needed to be to get it onto the back of the flatbed, I thought nothing of it and just assumed he had gotten my car onto the truck and taken to my house but no. I get off of work and come home to my car parked about 3 Feet from the curb and in front of our mailbox so our mail didn’t get delivered then I look closer and my Trunk is dented in from the driver pushing my car. It’s a sports car and parts are extremely expensive for it. I call in the next morning to discuss this with the owner who is very unprofessional I might add, he said he’d talk to his driver when he gets the chance and he would get back with me. He spoke with the driver and the driver told him that he drove the car up onto the back of the flatbed I don’t see how that’s possible seems how my car was not running for 6 months prior to that and the engine inside of it has been taken apart. Owner says it is not they’re fault and said he would call me back to come see the vehicle, that was over a month ago. I even called back and asked what was taking them so long to give me a call back and was told I’d be called the next day, I was never contacted. Worst towing company I’ve ever had to deal with, if you damage someone’s vehicle that they work hard for you should fix it. Will be reporting to the better business bureau.
