Called him about my back car window not rolling up. Talked to him said he would come out gave me a time I also texted him Never came Never even called or text to say that he couldn't make it just acted like this type of behavior and constomer service was ok. Shame on you!!

LIFE SAVER! Super helpful, my husband and I drove from Florida and needed help. Super affordable & super knowledgeable. I defff recommend to anyone in need of a mechanic. I was very impressed by their work. His assistant is also great & very knowledgeable. All around , great experience! :)

Very convenient that they're mobile. Bit pricey, so seems like you pay to cover their inconvenience not just their labor & parts. But, the very fact it's a mobile service with accomodating hours makes it great to have in emergency!

We’re very dependent on our wheelchair accessible van for a family member’s transportation needs, so we needed it fixed quickly when we ran into a problem with it starting this week. Brett did a great job troubleshooting and sorted that out, pointed out a couple other small issues for us to take care of, made a recommendation for preventative maintenance before winter hits, and then a solved IN MINUTES a vexing a/c issue two of the big chain shops couldn’t figure out. Amazing! We’ve got a new mechanic. Thank you, Brett!

Brett really took the time to thoroughly inspect everything on my Ford f250. Found all the problems right on the spot and didn't push to upsell any unnecessary parts etc. Also I got to watch and learn in the process if that's your cup of tea. Laid back and straightforward process with nothing to hide unlike the shops that take your car out of sight then call with a magical solution. Definitely recommend him if you're in the area.

Very disappointed😞 As a new customer I call'd Brett this past weekend. I text him details about what's wrong with my car & asked us 2 meet so he can see my car. He text me after 10pm say'n sure & 2 let him know my availability. As I did that.. no answer back from him. I try 2 call & following up & he didn't answer my calls & never return back 2 me at all. I work 2 jobs & I don't play games like that. I don't understand why I was treat'd like that but I didn't appreciate being ghost'd. Very unprofessional.

I’m in a domestic violence shelter and I reached out and he was prompt answered , told me after an hour of waiting for him to show up he had to wait for his partner no problem , but then totally ghosted me . I’m stranded with an almost dead phone and infant and even a child with cerebral palsy….. I wish I could have gotten the help like the others or at least communication just sitting out here in the dark basically now desperately looking for help

Brett came out and helped us on a Holiday weekend when other shops were surely closed. We had an idea of the issue from trouble shooting that the starter had likely gone bad. We were able to get the part in advance and Brett swung by the house to get started. When messing around down near the starter discovered what the actual problem was and informed us of some rodent related issues. Rodents LOVE wiring. He coached us on a few deterrents and why the deterrent works. He was able to get us rewired in about 30 minutes and put back together. We settled up a payment that didn't hurt the bank account and the car is running good as new even a month later. Thanks Brett!

Found him on Google had an evap code I took it somewhere previously and wanted to charge me way too much just to diagnose the problem. I called him up earlier today and made an appointment for after I got off work he found what seemed to be the problem and it was a quick fix. So far I recommend. It's hard to find people to do any kind of work after the 8 to 5 hours so that alone is a answered prayer.

I messed up a serpentine belt / pulley assembly replacement right before having to go on a trip. Brett came the same day, fixed it in my garage, no issue. Very professional and courteous. Highly recommend

Mother’s Day my tire blew on me and I knew I needed to have it fixed because I had to pick my children up from their father for school in the morning. Brett came out to my house as soon as I called. He went above and beyond to make sure I was able to get my tire fixed before the end of the evening. I really appreciate him doing that. I will definitely be using him again for any of my auto repair needs

Brett came out and did emergency diagnostic on my truck in the middle of the night when my engine repair light wouldn’t go off and I had to get e check the next day, he found the problem, reset the codes, and gave my truck an oil change in a dark parking lot( my apartment) in such an efficient manner, I’ll never call anyone else to look at my car, again! This guy knows his stuff!

Brett helped me out tremendously this evening. He even made sure I got my vehicle home safely by driving it and following me in other car! I HIGHLY recommend him and will definitely use his service again. Thank you Brett!

Brett came to our rescue after someone else improperly diagnosed my GMC Yukon. I called him Friday Morning he said he would be here towards the evening and he was able to make it out earlier very professional had all his tools and gadgets to help figure out what was happening with my car. Figured it out fixed it fast even fixed what the other “mechanic” didn’t fix. He’s definitely someone I will be calling for any of my future mechanic needs! And I recommend him to anyone looking for a mobile mechanic.

The guy that owns this business is so awesome. He came to me at 1 o’clock in the morning on the side of the highway. He showed up within 15 minutes and had my car fixed within an hour replaced all of my tire lug studs and the price was very reasonable, if I could give him 10 stars I would I recommend this guy if you ever need a roadside mechanic or a mechanic. He is mobile and will come to you. Thanks again for your help. You saved my life. You’re awesome.

Brett's very knowledgeable of all makes and models of vehicles. His rates are far better than a dealership. His work is supreme and very polite to his customers. If you need work done on your vehicle give him a call.

I called Brett and he got to me within an hour. An animal chewed the wires leading up to my computer system in my Honda Civic and he was able to rewire it and got it running first try. Brett was super respectful and he had reasonable prices I would definitely recommend him if you’re in the area.

The only 24 hour mobile mechanic that Bretts. Called him on a Sunday 5-6pm and he was at my place in less than a half hour! Easily fixed my car and helped me fix a couple other areas and deserved every extra dollar I gave him ( which he did not ask for) I will definitely be a customer for life. Dad’s truck had a leaking valve gasket, and broken valve cover bolts. Brett saved the day! He was very friendly, knew what he was doing, and went above and beyond. Helped buff out a front bumper dent and even helped me get into my Camaro which I was locked out of. I would recommend Brett to anyone, and he will be definitely getting my referrals to all of my friends. I would rate more than 5 stars if I could. Never taking my car into a mechanic shop again as long as Brett’s here!

Excellent experience with Brett today. Called him this afternoon and he was able to come out and complete my control arm job this evening. He charges reasonable rates and works efficiently. Would highly recommend him.
