Shout out to Akron Coach! I got in a car accident and my vehicle was totaled. The tow truck driver from Akron Coach let my daughter and I ride with him to the tow yard, and stayed with us until we were able to arrange transportation. He was very kind and patient and really helpful during a stressful time for us. Thank you!!

So thankful for this company. Was stranded for a while asking a good amount of people to help jump my vehicle. I called them and within 15 minutes a polite guy named Jason helped. Thank you for being the Angrls sent my way.
*EXCELLENT service and prices! I called early on a Friday morning and they arrived on the other side of town in less than 10 minutes and had my car on the hook and strapped down in less than 5min. They even gave me a Veteran discount on top of their already great prices!.. I will definitely not hesitate to call her first next time I need a tow. Keep up the great work Akron Coach!!
No one likes being in an accident, especially when they are not at fault. My car was towed there and initially I was upset by the process of getting my car to my dealer, but once explained, I completely understood. I spoke with the owner (unbeknownst to me) and an employee and both were courteous and helpful. After reading so many negative reviews I was a little concerned but now would definitely use them again.
Have pictures of their posted pricing for certain situations on the paperwork in their front office it states $40 dollars administrative fee for an impounded vehicle and I was charged $50 it also states 20$ per day it is in the lot and I was charge $25 for a less than 24 hour period, when i expressed concern the response i was given by the employee was "Well you can pay and get your car or not" not very exemplary service from a not very exemplary employee. Please post and update your going rates in your office so people aren't caught off guard by the information that is right in front of their faces when they enter your tow yard. That being said they were very quick to get the car towed

I was told verbally the cost for my tow would be $180 and $25 a day for impound. On day 2 of impound, they saw that I was using a company who would pay me $475 for my car. THEN all of the sudden, my charge to get my care was $475! They added on an "administrative fee", a "labor charge" that totaled exactly what I was going to get for my car. How convenient. Never, ever again. BBB here I come!
The company states in their mission statement that they don’t have any surprises in there towing fee. That is a complete lie. Was in an accident and the police called Akron Towing. We went to get it from them and the bill was over $389! They had a greater fee because it was a police order tow, clean up??? the police had most of it done before they even an administration fee. If I could give them a - star I would. I called and asked about the fees and the man was very rude . Company is a complete rip off and I am going to speak to the police department and let them how they are ripping the people of Akron off. They should be ashamed of all their hidden fees!!!😡😡😡😡😡
They're very odd hours during the week for a place of business. And the person I spoke to on the phone was not only not very helpful but a little rude.
Had some issues with roadside assistance, and a tow company they set me up with and after 11 hours still was sitting! I eventually called Akron Coach and within an hour, there was someone pulling in to help. The guy on the phone was nice and professional, and the one who came to do the tow was nice also! The price was right and they got the job done! Highly recommend!
Had my vehicle towed on Friday night and because they're not open on the weekend (How great when your daily fee is $25 a day) and couldn't retrieve my vehicle until this morning just to see that they left my windows down all weekend letting rain and snow all in my back seats! So when I showed the employee walking me back to my car all he said was "wow" shook his head and walked away...really? What a joke smh
They don't deserve the one star I had to put just to make this review. They towed my car and damaged the windshield. They can't protect your vehicle from damage they don't care. Don't use this service unless you want to have more damage done to your car.
They were very accommodating when our car was towed there after an accident. Make sure you bring proof of ownership to get your personal belongings or to retrieve your vehicle.
In the middle of bad weather and no tows available in Akron coach came through for my daughter. Hats off to you. Much gratitude from a mother in Mahoning County.
I was referred to call Akron Coach towing by a repair garage service. The tow tech was professional with the service and care for my car hitching it up. I’m most appreciative for this. Thanks Richey
HORRIBLE place. I also dropped my debit card there. I called back to inquire and they said no. There were several charges from a gas station that night and attempts to withdraw money on my cash app. PURE TRASH and DISHONEST.
If I could give a negative review, I would. These people where very rude on the phone and they lack good customer service. The place is absolutely filthy, insects and dirt everywhere outside and inside.
Horrible place, there were bugs on the front window when you walk in. Dirt was literally everywhere. These people charge outrageous amount in fees with unnecessary charges. Customer service was awful, they just take your money and close the window on you. Don’t treat these people with respect.
After being injured in an accident my vehicle was towed to Akron Coach. When I requested the vehicle be towed to the body shop I use, a gentleman named Ricky Eldridge who works for Akron Coach was extremely rude to me on the phone requesting I bring the keys to them, knowing they had possession of my vehicle. He also told me if I did not bring in the keys it would make things much harder on THEM and could cause more damage to my vehicle. Given the circumstances I feel this was very unprofessional and not reassuring in the least that my vehicle would be taken care of. Very disappointed with how I was treated by Akron Coach.
I needed my vehicle towed in the Ellet area and used AAA. I was told the wait time would be 45-60 minutes. About 15 minutes later a man from Akron Coach arrived and was pleasant and professional to work with. He had my car hooked up and on his was quickly.
My mother and I came out of a business in Ellet. Found out I had a flat tire after pulling out of the business and heading home. Stopped and called AAA for help and they said it would be up to a half hour until someone came. It was only about ten minutes and a gentleman pulled in from Akron Coach. He was very nice, polite and had my tired changed and had us on our way in twenty minutes!!! Very nice to deal with... very professional. :)
