Quick parts look up and customer service was excellent

I visited O’Reilly on 12/12/25 around 10:30 AM to see if they could help fix my headlight, and I was truly impressed with the customer service. The staff was friendly, kind, and incredibly helpful—especially on such a cold winter day. They took the time to assist me and made sure everything was taken care of. I will gladly go out of my way to return to this location. Excellent service!

Josh was awesome, he helped me the other day.. I had all kinds of lights come on, all at once. I pulled in, he hooked it up to the whatchamacallit, and, he helped me order a new battery.. and, went back 2 days later, and he put oil in my car for me!! Good guy, and the Price was good.. this is in the ellet, Ohio branch, on Canton road

Good service, but they get busy at times. Usually can find what I need, the first time.

They will really go out of their way to help you and to cut you a deal. I'm sure everyone just broke down, or just needs this or that, but these guys take it seriously and help you figure out your vehicle problems. And give you the best deal they can

Sometimes they have what you need. Other times, you're going 4 doors down to AutoZone, (need an example? Go in and ask for a tri-blade fuse for the automatic liftgate on a newer model Ford Explorer. If you actually need one, go to AutoZone.)

I go to this auto parts because they are always trying there best to help. They also do price match. So there is no reason to go any where else.

I've always had good service here but Sam is not the lady to put in front of the customer. Literally as she was looking up my part the phone rings. She answers. No problem. Without saying a word to me she walks over to another computer and gets into helping the caller find their part. Doesn't ask them to hold or ask me to hold on a moment. Literally, she had already pulled my part up on the screen and i just needed her to tell me if they have it in stock. At first i thought she was maybe just tired or something. But as i walked out, she just looked right at me and didn't say a thing. Pretty bad showing...

Purchased a wheel hub for $240 and a box of rubber gloves for $39 . Paid for items with my debit card. Ended up picking up hub at a closer store and they didn’t have the gloves so first store said I could come in and grab them whenever . Went to get gloves a few weeks later , ( I had totally forgotten about them ). They said no way ! Sorry no receipt no gloves … tried to explain but ended up just walking away from it and The associated stress . My fault actually for not demanding a refund immediately or gettjng proof of something … lesson learned .

They are the best ! I started driving again, after 20 years of not having a vehicle. I finally get one, and when I started needing things, I thought I'd try O'Reilly. Everytime I go there, they go over and above in customer service !

Ben was so helpful today!!! I had an issue with my car and he was very polite,patient, and beyond friendly!!! He was even kind enough to refer me to a great honest and fair shop to get my car fixed!!!! Thank you i appreciate it!!!!

Thank you to the o’Reilly’s man Fernando I think his name was he was so polite and helped use even though we had just come from autozone after buying a battery there and was rudely told they didn’t feel like doing there job and helping us change the battery we just bought from them but he gladly helped us change the battery and deal with the bolts snapping without any questions other than next time come here! Thank both for you gentlemen for helping us!! Definitely coming back here and not autozone!

Ended up coming here after AutoZone didn't have the part I wanted. Unfortunately, O'Reilly also didn't. However, this location offered plenty of options just like AutoZone, was opened a bit later, and offered just as good service if not better. Would highly recommend coming to this location if you're looking for car parts or accessories. It contends with AutoZone and Advanced Auto Parts, both of which are within a half mile of this store.

I love O'Reilly you're walking tell him what vehicle you have what part you need they track it down get it for you and bring it to you give me the best deal they can never rude always happy and I've never gotten a bad part from them ever unlike other places that I'm not going to make famous with us comment! FYI the O'Reilly's I go to is on Canton Road love these guys thanks

Went to buy a new battery. I was helped by Jack. After buying the battery, I walked out to find Jack installing the battery without being asked! He was nice and offered additional information on the car and battery. He did all the work and I left very satisfied. This will be the only place I buy car parts from now on.
