Their dock is in back of building on Crouse st , going east on Exchange turn right immediately after going under Rte 8..Dollar General will be on your left as you turn right. Then turn immediately left onto Crouse St. stay to left as you have to turn right across from dock onto Heimbaugh Ave. This small road to help to angle towards inside dock door , and make possible to get into position for docks. Amy is who you see to open the door and their lifts driver will help get into building. Their help is greatly appreciated to get to dock and unload

Easy to reach there from OH-8, take an exit 1A to Exchange St, all the way southbound, then under the bridge, and right on Fountain and Crouse St. Park on the street and walk in the office, they will help you! Unloaded within 30 minutes.

Would leave 5 star but the dock for unloading was not as friendly as it should. Not that difficult but definitely a challenge if you’re a new driver.
Staff is friendly and helpful.
The pictures I’ve taken are in order, where you should start and were is the actual dock (inside). Hopefully that helpsApr 13, 2022 -
Nice people but a pain in the but to find shipping with the directions I had and a bit of a challenge to back in but I got it done....eventually?
