I purchased a Ford F-150 a few months ago from them. It’s always a long process purchasing a vehicle, during the Ohio State vs. Michigan game as well. They had the game on and were as fast as they could possibly be. Brady was our salesperson, he was awesome. He gave my wife and I time to talk in private and answered questions in a very timely matter. After purchasing the truck, I saw a part was missing from it. I called Brady and he personally delivered the part to my door wrapped for Christmas. That was an awesome thing. Couldn’t be happier with my truck and the service I received from them. Josiah was our sales rep. He was super nice, helpful, and was very cordial. Good compromise on addressing items that needing fixed. Only negative was that the 12 day warranty started from the sales date and not when the vehicle was picked up. I would recommend Josiah and Vendevere auto outlet to anyone looking for a vehicle.

The folks at Van Devere were fantastic. I don’t think I’ve ever had such an easy, seamless transaction buying a car at a dealership. Not only did I buy the car on line but I bought it out of state! In the end they were gracious enough to stay a little late at the dealership to accommodate the transport driver. He was coming in from another part of the country. The entire car buying process at VanDevere was excellent! Our sales person (Casey) was friendly, helpful and had a no pressure approach. The sales manager (Lonnie) helped explain the vehicle’s pricing but was also able to increase the offer on our trade AND get us a rock bottom finance rate our own credit union couldn’t even match. Finally, Justin helped finalize the sale while explaining all the paperwork needing to be signed. Waiting our turn to finish the paperwork and then working with Justin took a couple hours because multiple sales were being completed during our Saturday visit. The WHOLE VanDevere team jumped into action in entertaining our two young kids while we parents finished the business portion. Casey was especially helpful in keeping the kiddos busy and happy.
