Love this place - always courteous - always available and always the perfect professionals! Work is completed efficiently and ahead of schedule - NEVER an issue with completed work!
I rarely write reviews, but this was one of the most frustrating experiences I’ve ever had with a company.
I truly hope this location can figure out its staffing issues and get back on the right track. Please consider being upfront and honest with your customers — it will yield a much better customer experience vs. consistently overpromising and underdelivering.
I would not hesitate to recommend Crash Champions. They value customer service & satisfaction. I had to have work done to my car because of an accident. They handled all the details with Insurance.and kept me updated on the progress of the repairs. It was finished earlier than expected! Most importantly my car looked great and drove perfectly. I truly had a great experience !
Crash Champions are great! They worked on my Mom's 2010 car and they did everything they could to make it look brand new. Mom is very pleased with everything- and I would definitely recommend them to anyone needing auto repairs.
I brought my truck to Crash Champions for repairs after I was rear ended. Some time later I noticed the led light bar from the back of my truck was missing. It was present when I brought my vehicle in for repairs and as far as I could tell was not damaged in the crash. I reached out to Crash Champions for an explanation and they initially claimed it needed a wire repaired on it, now they are claiming it was never removed. I’m not sure if someone there stole it or if they just can’t keep track of the parts of peoples vehicles, but I would not suggest Crash Campions for vehicle repairs.
Crash Champions is The Best Body Shop. They do an excellent job on your car. They go above and beyond for their customers. I Won't take my car anywhere else!
Tell me how would you feel if you take your car to be repaired from an accident. When you pick your car up metal from the car is hanging from the wheel well. When questioned you are told we see this happened in our care but we don't know how and will not repair because this was bound to happen somewhere down the line unless you pay us to repair? You call around only for your calls to go unanswered or you are met with false empathy and more talk of their is nothing we can do unless of course you pay us!!!! This was my experience now tell me how you'd feel? 🤔 Oh their also was bubbles in the paint that had to be taken care of.
I would recommend this place of business to anyone that needs repairs. They are kind and understanding and they keep you updated on the car , they made my car look like I just pulled it off the lot for the first time. You guys are great and you always should take pride in all the great work you do for anyone that comes to your shop.
I had a worst case scenario type of repair. I literally had to take my car in 3 different times to get it fixed. However these situations happen, and it is how the staff handles that determines how it goes from the customers perspective. The management at this location handle it beyond perfectly in my opinion.
Horrible communication, arguing with me about insurance quote and valuation of car vs what was given to the insurance, I didn't receive an estimate for additional in time until after car was done. I kept having to call for an estimate& it seemed like their texting system was delayed a few days. The repair itself was fine so far. However I would not recommend due to customer service.
This shop did an excellent job. I worked with Phil who was very helpful. All other staff were helpful too. Received a fair honest quote, and job was very well done. I’m very happy with the service. I would definitely return in the future. I would also recommend any of my friends who need repairs done. Thank you Crash Champions Green Ohio!
Great service from Crash Champions! They kept me informed of the progress with the body work on my car. They fixed a window insulation/trim problem without charge. The repair job was perfect--car looks great.
The work was superb and Dave at CC remained patient around my busy schedule and lack of communication (I couldn’t answer the phone because I work for a call center and was blessed with OT). Being a single mom with limited help and having to work spoke volumes. They were all kind. My car runs and looks like it was never in an accident and they even took the time to make sure every thing they did to fix the car ensured even more safety for us while driving while staying true to the model of the car. AMAZING!!!! Also they have life time warranty on their work for as long as you own the car. That’s amazing and shows confidence they are the experts when it comes to collision repair. Great job!!!! These guys are great! Very friendly and easy to work with! Had an incident with my truck and they got me in the very next morning. They were upfront and honest about how long the repairs would take and it was done right on time. Had a great surprise when I went to go pick my truck up as well, was detailed inside and out… felt like it was brand new! Would highly recommend this place for all your vehicle repairs!
This experience was absolutely amazing. The courtesy and professionalism was perfect. My vehicle was ready a day early and when I picked it up it was clean inside and out and the body work was perfect! I would not hesitate to recommend this business to family and friends. I was treated like I truly mattered, my car looks like a new vehicle.

Very happy with Jason and the group at Cartech. I took my car in for hail damage. It was very simple... I dropped off the car, they helped with the rent a car, and they kept in touch during the whole process. I just picked up the car the other day and it looks fantastic. It looks like a new car. I would highly recommend!
Car Tech did a fabulous job on our vehicle. We were extremely pleased with how well they handled the claim with our insurance company and how easy it was to work with them. Our van looks better than it did when we bought it. We would highly recommend them for anyone looking to have body work done.
Had a wreck that smashed in my entire passenger front quarter-panel after Christmas. Sad, sad, sad. Car Tech was such a blessing. They worked directly with my insurance and I didn't have to do much at all. Once my car was towed to them, they called to let me know it had arrived. They communicated with me all the needed updates and returned my car looking absolutely beautiful. Had an issue with a part and took it right back. Car tech put me in a rental immediately and did the repair by upgrading the defective part to a new part. They were very accommodating, standing by their work. Great personalities from the staff all the way through, and I'm "that" customer with all the questions and paranoia about the work being done right. They handled me with all smiles. Highly recommend!
My experience at Car-Tech was phenomenal. They were very personable and attentive to my schedule. They fixed my car for a very reasonable price. The best part is when I went to pick up my car, it looked nicer than when I bought it! They had cleaned all the rims and tires, they also swept the whole inside of the car. I was very impressed and pleased with my experience. If I need work in the future I will definitely go back.
I was in a minor fender bender and Car Tech was phenomenal from start to finish! This was my first accident, so I needed a little guidance. From helping me line up a rental, communicating with me before my scheduled appointment and keeping me in the loop from the insurance side, they were fantastic! Once they had my car, Heath sent me daily pictures and information from his personal cell phone, and it was so helpful! From an accurate estimate to pictures of what the inside actually looked like and what they needed to address, he shared it all with me! I have never had better service! I highly, highly recommend! I have to give kudos to Car-Tech!!! From the beginning of my first call to the completion of my car they were truly amazing. My car looks great. They went above and beyond on correcting the body work and fixed things out of the goodness of their heart. My car was completely detailed and most shops will not do that both inside and out. I truly was amazed at their work but most importantly how they treated me like a human being. The staff are over the top nice and really care about you the person. I would recommend this place for body work anytime of the day.
Extremely professional, timely, and great with communication. Car-Tech was constantly in contact with myself and my insurance and quickly handled any issues. The work on my WRX was done quickly, and efficiently. The car was detailed inside and out before I picked it up, with pictures sent to me by the staff along the way.
I can't recommend these guys enough. This was my second time going to Car-Tech and I have been impressed each time. This is my first time ever writing a review, because they honestly deserve it.
