Called to check on parts. Was told they had several in stock for a certain amount. I get there only to find that they lied. To top it off the guy I spoke to said I didn't talk to him. Though I knew his name. Odd huh? Don't fall for the bait and switched just to get you to come in.

The ONLY place to buy Auto Parts is Car Parts Warehouse. They have stores all over. East Archwood is a great store with great staff.

It's the place to go to when you need some parts they're cheaper than everybody else and the people are cool too

More people need to know about this place I will never waste my money at another parts store! The best service and bang for your buck. The customer service was the best I have ever received at a parts store.

Hello all. I believe i delt with a gentleman by the name of Tim that had answered the phone when i called. I asked him about two struts for a car that had been harder for me to fird two struts for. He had told me a price. I.asked how fast could he get them. Tim said he had them. I had said I'll be over to get then. I walked through the door. There was the gentleman by the name Tim asking me if he could help me. I said yes sure can. I told him I called about the struts for said car.. The gentleman Tim said i have those parts right here.. All in all it was an absolute pleasure dealing with these guys... Well so far i only delt with Tim there so far, however he was nice, polite, speedy and did great with customer service .. Great job Tim A+++

Why did I ever go to AutoZone? Never again, not even to check a price or for armor all. These guys are pretty much better at everything, and for a much better price. If you don't know, you should find out for yourself and save some money.

I call there to get price on a primary cooling fan the guy had no clue. Told him I wanted a universal told me they didn't have one for it than found have to different prices described which one I needed an hung up on me.... My rateing is a big fat 0 but I won't ever shop there is or tell anyone to shop there you suck
