I stopped here on my way to CarMax, and I am very glad I did. The experience was easy - they were fast, friendly and I even ended up with $200 more than CarMax was willing to offer! The waiting area is clean, well stocked coffee supplies and inviting. But honestly, the service was so fast I hardly got time to enjoy the facility! So happy I stopped here!

I sold my 370z to this establishment. The staff are easy going. It was pretty straight forward , the team looked over the car and give their price. I showed the team my offer from CarMax , after inspecting the offer and a more detailed inspection of my car , they were able to beat the CarMax offer. I would recommend selling your car here, just get a few offers before walking in so you could be an informed customer.

These guys are great! Pat helped me out on numerous occasions, trying to get the best price for my vehicle. They beat my Carmax offer, and the process was extremely quick and easy. I still owed money to APL Federal Credit union, with one simple phone call we got everything we needed and within ten minutes I was walking out the door with a check. Goodbye Mizzy the Mazda.

I'm so two cars to this location in both times they beat the CarMax price by quite a bit. I'm talking four digits! Highly recommend you get a quote from them before selling your vehicle anywhere else.

Friendly staff. The staff was also honest and told us what our best options were which didn't include selling our car to them. They always look to beat the Carmax offer. They have a huge binder off previous offers which allows the seller to get familiar with the market. It always smells good in there. Trustworthy business check it out!

I was skeptical at first only because of the unknowing that I’ve never dealt with this company before, and the way they advertised was new to me . As I was sitting across the street from them getting my car appraised,I said let me drive over there and give them a try . Turnt out they was very professional, I was greeted upon arrival,the manager rich was very knowledgeable and went above to assist me , the customer service was top notch and I felt welcomed . As a business owner myself I look for that, and I will be back in the future if I want to sell another one of my vehicles

The workers are nice, but the appraisal came in lower than some competitors. Be sure to shop around. Edit: I appreciate the reply to my review, but you plainly told me that you made the best offer that you could. I don't understand why that would suddenly change just because a competitor made a better offer. That is a shady business practice that I cannot condone. Lowered the review to 3 stars.

I've sold a car to them in the past. They had a better offer than CarMax. Recently I brought a vehicle straight to them instead of going to CarMax (I already had an acceptable offer for the vehicle but decided to stop here because it was closer). This time around I don't know if I got someone that was knew or just wasn't very knowledgeable in the car field. My vehicles are always in top condition and non smokers. 1st red flag the guy that was supposedly appraising my vehicle was outside and smoked 2 cigarettes before getting in my vehicle to appraise it. 2nd red flag was when he asked what was I looking to get for the vehicle.? I gave him my number and he actually said hundred? At that point I probably should have just left considering the markup on the vehicle I was selling is easily 20k over. My vehicle was under 9k miles. The same vehicle with 60k miles goes for the price they offered. Then when he called me over to give the offer he said I know you were looking to be at X amount which was 6k off from the original number I actually gave him. I don't know if he just has a focus issue or what. Either way I told him I'm good. The place I sold to gave me my asking price with no issue and turned around and still sold the vehicle for 9k over what they brought it from me for. I'm good with everybody making money. Don't go here and get lowballed though. Just be aware of their lowball offers

I had a lovely and transparent experience with this company. My car unfortunately did not have a good title history and their offer matched with CarMax BUT I had the absolute best experience processing everything with this company. They gave me advice on car matters that I was unaware of and CarMax did not disclose. The whole process was only a couple of minutes and I walked out with a fair deal and check for my car. The customer service was great and made selling my car less of a hassle.

Just sold my Cherokee here. I was skeptical due to it looking like a "scam" with the setup of people standing outside CarMax and all. That said, the gentleman at the front counter was professional, honest, and while it took him a little bit to find a dealer to purchase my vehicle, they still got me a little more than CarMax had offered. IF you are concerned about the legitimacy of this place and read this review, don't hesitate to check it out - worst case, you sell at CarMax, best case, you get some more money. note: Check cleared within 24 hours of depositing with Bank of America.

Great experience at Sell Your Car Here. My mom sold her car here and told me to go by before trying Carmax. Got a better deal and preferred selling my car to a small business versus a big corporation. The process itself took like 15 minutes. Sold my first car and was happy to do it here.

I was very happy with the fair offer I received from Sell Your Car Here. I certainly didn't receive nearly the customer service or as generous an offer from Carmax, so I'm glad I drove across Rt.1. Richard, the manager is very much a car guy so I knew we'd hit it off right away. It's refreshing to deal with like minded people who value your business.

Friendly folks will do their best to beat your carmax quote. Unfortunately I was not able to receive a better quote due to my vehicle not being marketable, they did their due diligence and let me know exactly why. If you've got time, might as well stop by and see if you can get some extra cash.

Was heading to Carmax, decided to stop in here first and see what they can do. The transaction took all of 20 minutes and received $500 more than the Carmax offer. They were very fast fair and professional, would definitely recommend them to anyone looking to sell a car.

Sold my vehicle today and was very pleased with the offer. Very quick transaction process and I was handed a check on the spot. Jessie was a tremendous help, she even went the extra mile to help me remove my amplifier from in the trunk. Great group of people working there. Highly recommended!

The staff treated me well, and I received what I feel is a fair price. When I sold the vehicle they even helped me remove my old emblem from the back of the car. Overall, great service and great experience, and wouldn't hesitate to go back again!

This place was amazing. I got there when they were closing. They were actually getting in their car getting ready to leave. But when I pulled up they got right out of their cars and went right back inside to serve me. They were happy to do it. Jesse, the lady who works there was very very pleasant and friendly. She was very professional and so was the gentleman who worked there. They both were extremely polite and knowledgeable about their jobs. And even though they were officially closed they did not rush me through the process. They took their time and explained everything to me step by step. They gave me a great deal on my father's truck. I was extremely happy when I left there, I left with a big smile on my face. I told her I had another car I wanted to sell and I would definitely be back. And she did something to surprise me. She thanked me for being patient with her. She said most people are freaking out and rushing her because they are in a hurry to leave. And she thanked me for having a smile on my face through the whole process. I found that to be unbelievable. I mean she thanked me, I thanked her for all she did for me. She was amazing I really liked her a lot. I definitely recommend selling your car here if you want to sell your car here for a good fair price. They treat you right. I really enjoyed the experience.

The staff was generally helpful until it came time to pickup the vehicle. The pickup service missed 3 different time windows (4 hours each) on separate days without any communication or notice that they would not arrive on time. This was extremely disruptive to my work schedule and could have been resolved with a simple phone call to give me a heads up that they would not be picking up within the time window. Sell Cars Here will likely say that it is the fault of a subcontracted towing service but I feel that they could have done more to ensure timely pickup. I would not recommend this service to anyone.

A friend of mine told me that I should check this business out if I am looking to sell my car. I am glad I did because Rich was able to provide a higher offer than CarMax. He was very professional and guided me through the process as I have never sold a vehicle before outside of private sales. Once the offer was made and accepted, the paperwork took 5-10 minutes max and I had the payment in hand. If you are interested in selling your car, ensure you do yourself a favor and visit Rich.
