These guys (Chuck) saved me big time! I put my 2094 Jeep Grand Cherokee limited 4.7L on the lift for a transmission fluid change.. I bought everything I needed from a huge online auto parts store. After removing the transmission oil pan, draining the fluid in go to put the new filters on, only to find out i have the wrong one. I called several stores around. They all said they had it, but when I got there, it was the wrong filter. Apparently there are 3 types of filer it could be. Seemed mine was the filter no one had. All the stores were about to close and this store was my last hope. They said they had it. When I got there, they brother box to the register. It too was wrong.. Chuck the guy behind the counter took the time to cross reference parts and found the filter I needed 5 minutes before they closed. Luckily I was able to finish the job thanks to Chuck. Thanks Chuck!

Very aggressive and rude staff. We called to check on the status of our online order and the staff on phone had a very harsh tone. In the end, they cancelled our order due to item being out of stock at the location but the overall experience was very bad. I understand life happens and it's frustrating to be working in such an extreme weather. But you don't have to take it out on a customer.

Good place to go for in stock parts. You have to remember that this is a warehouse so if you do not preorder online, you have to wait for the part to be located in the large warehouse and delivered to the front desk. They have had several hard-to-find parts that I wanted the same day. Ordered online and got and e-mail when it was ready. No issues.

I experienced aggressively rude employees. Came in to get a part for a friend. A large in weight Hispanic dude asked me how the part was ordered, I said idk which I proceeded to dial my friend, but his snarky response was that he didn’t know either while raising his voice like I said he did. Then he continued to walk away from me when I tried to give him the answer he wanted. So I switch to Jim W lane where he was helping a customer prior to me, and once it was my turn Jim asked did the other rep help me so I explained to him that the rep kept walking away and I was on short time, and jim response was that he was too bc he had 12 mins to do something. But he was just helping someone else. So I was on the phone with my friend who ask to speak with Jim , when I handed my phone to jim, he snatched it out my hand. Please if you are a woman, always go here with a man bc these employees are obviously bold with women when they’re alone plus I had my daughter. They showed no respect and were hostile for no reason. They were by far ill mannered and proud of it.

I went to Napa Auto Parts on the 19th of August to get a very obscure part for my friend’s very old van I was driving. My first representative was less than stellar and I had to go back as it was not the correct part. But I then had the pleasure of getting help from Ezra G. He really had to do some sleuthing and hard work, including coming outside to the van twice to get the right part. He was so patient and pleasant. I learned from him and was very surprised they even had the part(s). I am very grateful for everything he did. He went the extra miles for sure.

I just came from one of your competitor which was very disappointing and I felt compelled to share my thoughts on your customer service. It's truly exceptional! From the instant acknowledgement upon entering the store to the immaculate cleanliness and organization, every detail is well taken care of. The merchandise is also impressively stocked.

I have been buying napa for car parts before. Amazing service. My daily car battery died during winter and ordered online. Went to store after 15 minutes to pickup order, it was ready to go at the counter. I got a good discount too. Other stores does not discounts to car batteries. Thank you Napa for saving my life multiple times…very nice people and friendly.

usually like NAPA but I have been on hold for over 10 mins just to check availability of a part. Not good customer service Update: It's been 20 mins now so I am giving up. Would like to support local brick and mortar but will just go to Amazon

Terrible!! Do not buy! Try to return something have the email receipt and order number. They claim you have to have the paperwork that ships with it. How stupid is that!

Ordered parts online from the “distribution center” over the weekend and was informed that the pets would be available for pick up Monday morning. I arrived Monday morning but one of the parts was missing, and was then informed by morning guy in blue shirt that he couldn’t release the parts that had arrived until the last pet came in. Meanwhile, my vehicle is sitting on the lift, torn apart. I go back later in the morning and another counter person gets the parts that had arrived and issues them to me, which is now ok, even though the last part is still not there. I was then given an arrival time of noon for the remaining part, which was a lie, as I waited there until such time, with nothing to show for it. Now I have to find a way to get home, which is 80 miles away. For a “distribution center” with many employees, this place is as unreliable as it gets. Autozone and Advance would have had the part when they said. Napa is certainly not what it once was. Don’t purchase from these folks unless you don’t value your time.

Wasn't a fan of the store tried to order parts they had the wrong ones I had a lot of trouble trying to find my part evenwith the number I go to advance auto or autozone. Plus not to mention everything's a little overpriced here it's true but comes in handy when you're in a jam

Ordered 3 spark plugs online and it said it’d take about 30 min to process. Came in an hour later to an empty store, still not processed. Guy told me to give him 5 minutes. For the next 20+ minutes all I see him do is walk around to various corners of the store texting. Guys… it’s 3 of the exact same spark plug. This should not be that difficult.

Nice little parts store. I like the retail area better than other local parts stores. Everything Napa has displayed for purchase has an actual purpose. Not a bunch of stick on, smell funny, cover up or fail on first use junk. And the knowledge of the staff is a bit better.

All the time I have had a good service in this store but today if I had a bad experience I always carry oil to recycle and drain up to 8 buckets of oil to recycle and there is no problem. Today the black girl work on the back she only let me drain 2 buckets and she told me that there was no more space and I told her yes, she answered me angrily and she opened the door for me to leave as if she was the owner of the business, very bad service for that person

The staff is helpful but I find NAPA to be the highest priced auto parts store around. Seems like unless you have a commercial account it's really difficult to shop here unless they're the only one with the part.

Definitely better than autozone, tried 3 times to get the right one only to have to return it again, get my money back and off to Napa auto, where the first set I picked up were the best at $10.00 off each one, so all in all, I got the best for 20 dollars less than what Autozone charged........

Quick help at the counter, and friendly service. The biggest plus to this location is that they're the distribution center, so their stock is better than other, smaller local NAPA locations.

A very good parts store that is only 5 minutes away from a napa warehouse. With that being said, if they don't have the part in stock, they can usually have it by next day. This is a older store and pretty much everything comes from behind the counter. Not a place to walk up and down the isles and browse.
