I love coming here picking up loads of cardboard. The owner is polite and courteous and so is Jacob. Staff is quick and hardworking. This place here gets the drivers in and out quick, unlike other shippers and receivers.

This place is the worst place to come to. Unfriendly staff however, the owner is worst then the staff. Unprofessional behavior is the daily norm!!

I can’t speak highly enough about the folks here at Encore. They have a level of customer service and kindness you just don’t see nowadays. My wife had lost her IDs and debit card several weeks ago. They found it while sorting inbound material and made the extra time and effort to locate us and return our items. Incredibly thoughtful and we couldn’t be more appreciative. HIGHLY recommend this company.

Jessica the scale operator is the best

Looks bad, but they run it like a well-oiled machine. Follow their instructions, dont second guess them, and they'll have you blindside in the dock within 3mins. Looks like anarchy, but they got this down cold.

Fast and convenient

Pick up scrap w 53' dry van. Fast loading and staff friendly, only bad thing you have to blind side dock. Staff does however spot you while docking. Has on site scale.
