This company came with all the bells an whistle.The tow truck was new with a long flat top able to lift ur vehicle up other than dragging it by two wheels. They were right on time and very professional fast an courteous…I will recommend them for any type of emergency or situation.

My electric car’s 12v battery died, and the tow truck driver showed me step by step how to jumpstart my car, which is not as easy to do compared to a gas car. He then towed my car to the dealership for service. Excellent experience! Thank you!

I can wholeheartedly endorse this company for your towing and recovery needs. I hope I don't need them again (!) but I will definitely use them if the need ever arises.
I am not one to leave a ton of reviews but I want to take time out of my day to say thank you to this towing company. My coworker and I were stuck on the side of 95 southbound near 495 for almost 8 hours because we could not get a tow trucking company to come and get us under four hours !once I reached out to this company. They were there within an hour and 15 minutes not only did he make sure we were safe. He offered us something to eat and drinks since we had been there so long .. made sure we were in the car safe and got us back to where we needed to be. This employee was Mario. He was very compassionate and you could tell he really enjoyed his job. I wish this company all the best of luck and I hope they get a lot more business.
Absolutely Amazing Towing Service! Fast, Friendly & Flexible!
Needed a tow yesterday (April 15th) and had an outstanding experience with Totally Satisfied Towing and Recovery! They initially gave me the best cash quote I found. Then, when I realized I could use my AAA membership, they seamlessly switched gears and confirmed they could work directly through AAA. Instead of the 2-hour wait AAA's other assigned provider quoted, Totally Satisfied Towing was there in UNDER 10 MINUTES after I gave them the call ID!
The driver was incredibly professional and easy to deal with. The best part? They even gave me a ride 27 miles to my mechanic after towing the car. Talk about going above and beyond!

The quality of service that I have been provided from the gentleman and the company have been hired and superb. Unfortunately, for myself, I have had him service me three times.
