The lady with the locs had an attitude over the phone and in-person left to be desired. She said I couldn’t be service when I got there because the other serviceman had just left and she was there by herself. That’s fine. Didn’t appreciate the tone. When I came back and was able to be serviced, Walter was a big help in getting my battery tested as well as tightening the screws on the connecting wires and checking under the hood in general.

Brianna was really nice and helped me find a critical part (caliper bracket bolt + caliper guide pin) for my 2020 Toyota Corolla, which really saved my life (literally, can't drive without it). Only $9.99 for the two bolts + two guide pins (4 parts total). Thanks Brianna for climbing the ladder to get this part from inventory

I’m pretty sure they literally just lied today at 8:25pm like their system was down to close the store and go home. They appeared to be smirking and nonchalant about it. Didn’t even attempt to rectify the issue, just told everyone to leave and they locked the doors.

After going to two different AutoZones that could not help me. I came to AutoZone on 2nd St. and Mr. Walter went above and beyond to help me with my battery issue. I called before to see if my battery had a warranty on it and in him testing my battery he located that the battery they put in originally a couple years ago was the incorrect battery for my car. On top of that he did all of this in the sweltering heat for me when he didn’t have to. I’m so happy that I did not give up and I went to this location because he resolved an issue that could’ve been rectified two stops ago! Definitely always coming back to this location and making sure that Walter is here! Definitely ask for him when you go!

Russell (the parts manager) went above and beyond for my teenage son! He talked him through recharging the A/C in his vehicle for the first time ever on his own and how to check his oil properly. Took less than 10 mins for a lifelong lesson! 10/10 Customer Service and Professionalism✅ I am so grateful for his outstanding contribution to my son’s auto knowledge☺️ Much thanks! My check engine light was on, I stopped in there at 11 am, and a gentleman with a Metallica tattoo was extremely helpful. Got me straight. I returned later for some brake parts. A young lady, I can't remember her name, anyways she was extremely helpful and made me aware that my brake pads were still under warranty. Saved me $180. This was about 5pm today, 11/19. This location has always be awesome and clean Update: Her name is Brianna, thanks again for your customer service. It's because of you that was able to save $131. I appreciate you

Called ahead of time asking if they could help me identify this one particular light I need to replace. All I needed to do was bring in my car info (such as VIN)…and they identified exactly which one it was. Only $9.99, not currently in stock, but they printed it out for me and said they could also go ahead and order it for me. Oh and I don’t know who chooses the background music in there but I was jammin ? thanks guys!

I came to pick up my order of windshield wipers and asked if they could assist me with putting them on. The rep advised that they are not allowed to go outside of the store after 6pm. I said okay and then I left out of the store. As I am sitting in my car, the same representative CAME OUTSIDE to assist another person with their vehicle. He came to the vehicle with a device, tried to open the hood and couldn’t and the customer had to assist him and then proceeded to hook the device to the car and then went back in the store. When he was coming back outside to ask the customer a question about the other vehicle, I asked him how he was able to help the other customer and not help me, he proceeded to say that he was not helping him and did not touch the vehicle when in fact I watched him help him and touch the vehicle and come outside TWICE to assist the other person. This was not a good experience visiting this store and I do visit this store often. I am very disappointed in the service and the blatant lies and gaslighting of the representative. If the representative advised that he was not able to install anything after 6pm this would have been avoided however, he specifically stated that he could not come outside after 6pm and then proceeded to do so for another customer and then tried to lie about it when I watched him. He was also very combative and was speaking to me very unprofessionally calling me bro. I will not return to this AutoZone.

If I could give -10 I would.... First I bought a val cover gasket but had to return it because it was wrong, bought a drive belt and had to return it because it was wrong... Bought brakes for the back of the car the girl said it didn't matter if it was for the front or back we said never heard of that but maybe it is since she's looking on the computer and maybe new technology. And of course had to return the brakes because they were wrong, told her again it was for the back she did apologize, the brakes were installed after driving for about 20 mins getting on 695 I hear a noise well the brakes fell off as I tried to stop I couldn't, the emergency brake didn't stop the car I put the car in park it still didn't stop, so I wouldn't run in the back of the cars that were stopped in traffic on 695 on a Friday evening at 9:30pm I thought to not hurt anyone I can only hit the guard rail just at 2 feet away from it my car stopped, with me blocking traffic on 695 traffic is backing up there was no where to pull over or to stop the car again, I called a tow truck, they towed my car to a shop, the next morning we bought another set of brakes not from the Laurel Md location and compared the part numbers she gave us and again it was wrong, I sent an email to Auto Zone and not one person has responded to this situation so I'm posting it here, the new staff can not compare to the old staff and I now wonder why the old staff is no longer there, whatever it is the new staff isn't doing this location any justice.......,.

We came to buy a battery and paid to have an employee install it. The computer suggested a battery that actually didn’t fit my car. We had to return the battery, obviously. But the employees stopped helping us after that. They just said “sorry” then did not proceed any further. We went to a different autozone where they ran into the same issue but then they tried a couple different batteries until they found one that fit. This autozone has sub par customer service. I will not be coming back here again.

I came in for a new car battery and Walter went out his way to show me how to dismantle and install my car battery, services are one thing but the lesson is something I can take with me forever. I like that they have self checkout now. I have 5 stars because they were well staffed and had self checkout. One of the guys there was new and I hope we gets better. One other guy was real cool. Like he was chill. One other guy walked me through using the self check out. He was coddling me through the process but it's ok.

Very friendly staff. The guy took care of my concerns and explained everything that was needed. They had the part and even recommended where I could go for the repairs. This was actually my best experience at any AutoZone. The team definitely works well together!!!

Great Customer Service!!!! I came in to get my battery replaced and Rachel was helpful, efficient, and knowledgeable. Got there, told her what I needed and she immediately walked out to check the car with me, helped me select the battery and installed it without skipping a beat. From beginning to end it was a great experience. I really appreciate you Rachel, I hope the store knows the incredible staff member they have in their crew.

I don’t understand why all the customers that are going to pay with card never use the self checkout when is right in front. I mean it’ll be better if the sign was a little bit higher, and not hiding like it is currently. Besides that people need to use the self checkout if they are going to pay with Credit/Debit card, because that is where we are going, is time to get used to it. The AutoZoners are only there to help us getting Rotors, Break Pads, Brake Calipers etc. the items that we don’t have on our reach. It’ll be better that instead of having a “gun” as a scanner we had a scanner installed on the counter just like other store which have self checkout, and if we scan do self checkout to not have the stealing alarm going off.

I visited AutoZone to buy 2 replacement light bulbs for my break lights that were out. This has been one of the best customer server experiences I've ever had. Michael E. greeted me with a friendly smile, professionalism and extremely prompt amazing service! His dedication to excellent customer service and professionalism is second to none and reflects great credit upon himself and the AutoZone brand. My overall rating undoubtedly is 5 out of 5 stars without hesitating. Michael E. deserves a big raise and the biggest recognition/honorable mention for his amazing friendly service, attentiveness and professionalism. Thanks AutoZone for hiring this jewel of an employee to represent your magnificent restaurant business! :o)

I needed a fuel cap for my 2016 TOYOTA COROLLA Le because I JUST got it out of the repair shop after 35 days, I originally went to "Advanced Auto" but it was RIDICULOUSLY CROWDED & I already priced one around$20 ?... So, I went to "Auto Zone" & ended up getting 2 WITH key lock features for JUST $12.99! SO GLAD I CHANGED MY MIND!! ? Additionally, I didn't know how to work the gas cap with the ? key lock features, but 2 staff members assisted me & not only was there NO WAITING, I got 2 for much cheaper than the other place but 2 staff members assisted me in learning how to use the feature! I'm very pleased with my change of mind!

I just stopped in the store to pick up some antifreeze and I wanted to talk to someone to make sure I was getting the correct kind. After stating what vehicle I was dealing with the 2 gentleman concluded that I in fact did not have an F-250, that it has to be an F-150. The picture below says otherwise but to assume that the person who owns the vehicle doesn’t know what type of vehicle they have is very off putting and came off as sexist. Won’t be going back to that store.
