Car broke down and called e-z towing. They were there in about 20 minutes and had the car loaded and on its way in another 10! Great experience and easy to deal with. Definitely recommend if in the area

Showed up in 15 minutes. They were kind, calm, and so so fast. I've had to call a lot of tows and they are by far the best. They even fixed the wheel so it didn't look broken down so it woulnt get towed again. Would absolutely call again.

Waited four and a half hours for a tow. After the estimated 60 minutes to 120 minute wait, I called the tow guy at the 120min mark and he said he was 30 minutes away and blamed it on a previous tow and traffic. I waited and waited and waited. I called again, this time he ignores my call and then ignored my husband's call. So I then called Agero (who is my insurance's 3rd party road assistance) to get a hold of him, they said he told them he was 10 min away. So I waited some more. 20 or so minutes after that, he still never showed and I dont even think he was planning on showing, because then I get a new ETA by the same company for another 45-90min. The new tow guy from that company was pleasant and arrived within the hour. I hope management weeds out the lazy and blatant liar. What a waste of time.

This is the second time using EZ Towing and had exceptional experience in both instances. The gentleman that arrived was on time and professional. The price was also reasonable. I will use again if needed. Great overall!

Our car died in the middle of an exit ramp and I called EZ towing based off of reviews. They’re response time was less than 15 minutes and got it parked where we needed at home. My car was acting up while I was leaving my appointment; it would not start after trying a few times to start it. I called Ez Towing after the business was refered to me by a friend. The driver whose name is Dave was very professional and the price was great. This is a great towing company and I would definitely recommend him to friends and family. Amazing service! My young son and I were coming back from vacation when my truck suddenly died 400 miles from home, I called this company and I could barely tell the driver where I was, I was lost with little information. He searched for my truck till he found it, my alternator quit working and my battery was dead and I didn't even know where to take it. He called his friend who has a garage and made sure I was taken care of. Thats the kind of service that is rare these days. I would highly recommend this company to anyone in need of assistance.

Was in a pinch, needed the car towed to dealership before it closed. Everyone else was an hour away or more. Mr Becford got there in 10 mins, got the car in nuetral with no key, got it on the truck and to the Honda dealership by their deadline.

On Time. Reasonable Price. I like his job!! Hopefully, when I need another task, I will surely call this company back!

As a woman you are always concerned about getting ripped off when someone is servicing your car, etc. The driver immediately asked if I was in a safe spot, and then assured me that he would be there in 20 minutes or less. When he arrived, mind you before the time he said he would be there, he checked to see if my car would start and then put the car up on the bed. My car was towed to where I needed it to be, the professionalism of the driver was unmatched, and I would absolutely use EZ towing of Laurel again. Mr. Beckford you have a customer for life.
