Recently purchased a new truck and needed a nice tonneau cover. Called these folks on a Thursday. Picked truck up on a Saturday. They installed in about 30 minutes on a Monday. Very thankful they support the military and they did fantastic work on the install and getting me set up with a nice cover. Bonus that they doubled the warranty of the cover since they installed it.

Great place and quick service. Called for a bike hitch for my new car. They gave me the timeframe and set appointment. They had the hitch on in about 30 minutes. This is the 3rd time I have used them and always had a great experience!

I purchased my LEER top on April 27th. Front desk and overall customer service was excellent . However, Less than 30 days and my latch has detached from the glass. No locking nut was installed, just a sticky piece to hold. After explaining my situation with Cap World, the management team in Laurel contacted me immediately. Cap World diagnosed the issue, which was a failure on LEER and not Cap World. Within 3 days, I received the correct part from Cap World at no charge. Issue resolved.

I called Cap World in Laurel for a Leer 750 Sport Fiberglass Tonneau Cover, in which they gave a great price. They made ordering very easy and told me it would be 6-8 weeks. They received and installed it within a month. They were very friendly and did a great job installing and it looks great on my truck. Again Great job, looks good. I would recommend them and will be returning for more items.

It's nice to do business with a small, well-run establishment where the people know exactly what they're talking about. I had a small job - replacing a liar cap lock. Small job, but a pain in the back side. I pulled up and within 15 minutes the gentleman had the job done and the rate was really reasonable. The guy knew his stuff and was able to tell me things about my newly purchased, used cap that I didn't know. And they know their stuff here, so you can come here with gray confidence that they'll take care of you. Nice to be able to say that. Definitely, to thumbs up!

Andrew and the guys are knowledgable, they charge a fair price, and they get jobs done fast enough (due to multiple highly skilled guys) to get you in within a few days of scheduling. They did a great job rainproofing my A.R.E. shell last week and I'll be coming back soon to get tracks and a rack installed since they quoted me another fair price. Highly recommend.

Called cap world in Laurel for Bed cover, they gave me a great price. Put cover on two days later. Friendly sales guys. Installers had cover on before my seat got warm. Great job, looks good. I would recommend them any time.

Went here last Saturday for hitch installation after setting up an appointment a week in advance, I was in and out of there in less than 1 hour. Friendly staff, professional, and courteous. FYI, don't go to U-Haul!

The place has great pricing and can actually schedule you within a reasonable time frame. A lot of other shops have you waiting over 8 weeks for your cap. Ours arrived timely and we made an appointment to get our truck in. It took them over an hour to put on the cap on the 2014 RAM 2500 Mega Cab which is quite timely. I would have given them five stars but when I inspected the bed where they attached the cap, I found multple scratched areas on the bed paint. It looked like the cap scratched the bed as it was being put on. Overall, the install went well but I'm quite dissapointed that my bed was scratched. Update: I was contacted by the company and offered a partial refund for the damages. Feeling a lot better about how they handled the situation and can say that I'm overall happy with the service. Raised it to a 4 star review.

I had a hitch installed on a sprinter van. These guys gave a great price, ordered the parts, they set me up an appointment in a short window and they installed on the day they said they would at the time they said they would and in the amount of time they said they would take. It was all very smooth and very happy with the overall experience.

I scheduled an appointment with just a few days notice to get a trailer hitch receiver installed on my 2018 forester. Showed up at 2pm and was rolling out at 2:45. Awesome staff, everyone was really kind and so speedy! Will definitely be going again for future service needs.

The staff and owner were super professional when it came to scheduling and coming in. They let me know they were running a tad late but they were doing all they could and they did some speedy work to get my hitch installed. even though they were running late on their schedule they very kindly helped me attach a bike rack to the hitch. A+ service would recommend.

Brad and the team at Cap World installed a stealth hitch on my Tesla Model 3. They made the process quick and easy, they were confident they could install the stealth hitch which required fully removing the bumper, removing the rear crash bar, installing the hitch harness and reassembling the crash bar and bumper. They did an excellent job, the price was fair and reasonable for the level of effort and I’m super happy with my hitch. I have already installed my bike rack and loaded the families bikes for a scenic ride in the nearby park. I will recommend any and all Tesla owners or anyone who wants a hitch installed to give Cap World a call. Thanks Cap World Team!

The customer service at Cap World is one of the things that really sets it apart from its local competition. They are quick to return emails and phone calls, they provide excellent service even after they have made the sale, and generally really seem to care about earning your business. Cap World sells a wide range of truck-related products. I ordered a very customized truck cap. The estimate was that it would be about 3 weeks until delivery. It only took about 2 weeks to come in and Cap World was able to get me on the calendar quickly for the install. Installation took about 30 minutes or so. Follow up support has been great and I will definitely be working with Andrew and his team at Cap World for my truck accessories in the future.

Brad and Andrew provided excellent customer service which is not easy to find for auto services. I had running boards installed on my SUV today and the installation was quick and the end result is beautiful! I purchased the parts so I only had to pay a very reasonable price for installation. Their price beat the price quote of at least four other places I called. Their specialty is trucks so if you need parts or accessories for your truck or SUV, I would highly recommend them.
