So this is how the building actually looks, it’s behind Weis grocery store, that door in the picture is the entrance, this is a fully stock Advance Auto Parts, with great staff, including Ishmael!

Young Hispanic man working the register had a great positive attitude. Friday Jan 3 2025 around 530-6pm I was kind of rude and still he responded with only helpful kindness. Employees like that make a business stand out. He should get a raise. Thanks for being cool. ?

The customer service at this location is not consistent with what I've come to expect and receive at Advanced Auto Parts. Two months ago my battery died and I went to this location to purchase a new battery, I asked if they could come out and put the battery in, they were like oh we don't have the staffing right now to do it (they had two employees in the store) thankfully a friend came with me and her BF changed out my battery for me. Well today I went back to this location because I was told by my dealership my battery is going bad. I have a warranty on it so I went and asked if they could test it to be sure so that I can either purchase another battery or understand what else is happening. Again I was given an excuse as to why staff can't help me and one of them was " I'm the only one in the store" and that it was raining and he couldn't do the test in the rain. If these services aren't offered anymore perhaps the store should let us as customers know the new policy. This location has less than stellar customer service.

The employees were using profanity & the customer service was terrible. Do better!!

Bad costumes service and Bad quality parts make in chaina. I just put it in and I broke and the guy in store says he cannot exchange or do refund ?

Charlie was a huge help! Alternator blew up and belt came off during my 10hr road trip back home. Called the store and they had an alternator in stock. Limped it over there with no power steering or brakes while hauling my 11k lb 35ft trailer. Made it there and Charlie assisted me to make sure I had everything I need and let me borrow some of his personal tools. Let me wash and clean my hands after the job was done. Thanks advanced auto parts & Charlie!

Dennis was amazing. It went very smooth and quick with no problems. I came in to purchase the oil and filter for my car and he made sure I was getting the bundle deal! 10/10 customer service

Last night I went there after not going for a year due to 2 bad experiences. The service was actually great. I was greeted by both employees on duty. A female and the guy who was the manager. I also saw them go the extra mile to help another customer.

Good store. The young men who helped me were excellent. Found the part.

I came to this store pick up a package from ups. Dennis was very helpful and had great customer service skills. When helping me obtain my package, he had a question so he asked I’m assuming his supervisor Tammy for assistance. She was very rude and dismissive throughout our whole short interaction. I won’t be returning to this location. Dennis could teach his supervisor a thing or two about customer service.

I went to this store looking for a few parts. Staff was very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. They even suggested other things that I wasn't sure about, but ended up needing anyway. Thank you!

Not a friendly service store at all. The employees were not helpful. The guy that was helping me told me he find himself repeating the same thing to me more than twice. I apologized and told him I am a woman will no knowledge of cars so forgive me. He then went to say he wife never repeats herself when he tells her something. I was truly dissatisfied with the service. I live right in the company and hate the service.

Always A1 service when I come to this location. The GM, Tammy is very knowledgeable and makes sure her team members are just as knowledgeable as herself. I will definitely be returning for my auto parts

This location really needs customer service help and more people that are knowledgeable of cars there favorite word over the phone is “HOLD ON” and they never come back

I have never been inside. Once I observed an employee 'reserve' a parking spot right in front of the store by putting one of the orange cones in the spot Parking is tight there. And there are nearby stores, it is not a dedicated lot just for their customers. It turned me off; that management allows that kind of inconsiderate and irresponsible behavior. So when I need automotive items I go elsewhere.

Bad customer service I went when it just opened so I was the only customer in store with one employee and one manager. Both tf he manager and the employee acted as if they were so upset that I came in and needed assistant picking a part.

I am no expert mechanic, but I certainly enjoy doing auto repair work myself. Who doesn't like saving money?! So, whenever I need car parts I head over to Advance Auto Parts. In my experience, there are knowledgeable staff available for brainstorming repair issues. If that particular person does not know as much about car repair, there is also a computer system available to help determine the right kind of part for your car repair. The stores are usually well organized and merchandise is not on the floor or in disarray on the shelves. This makes car parts easy to find. Moreover, there is a very good selection of car parts available for a broad range of projects from exhaust work and engine work to small projects like oil and filter changes and wiper blade changes. I usually have a good experience of the stores and the staff are typically courteous and helpful. The prices and parts selection are reasonable. If they do not stock a particular part you are looking for, they are happy to order it and let you know when it arrives. Also, they carry both mid-grade in top shelf items so you can choose the type of part you wish to install in your car; whether you're looking to save a little bit of money or splurge for a top-of-the-line parts, they have it! For those folks who may not be as Savvy with basic car repair, they do offer battery install Services as well as for headlamps and wiper blades. In addition, if your check-engine light is illuminated, they offer services to check the codes through on-board diagnostic (OBD) scans. I have used this service and it is convenient understand what the code / error may actually be. While they may not be able to repair it, it does offer insight into what the problem may be. Overall, I had a fine experience at all auto part stores that I have visited, other than the occasional glitch when there are not enough staff members available or they are out of a particular part.

Super friendly staff. Never had a problem with their work. I'm in and out within 1 to 2 hours. Just like anywhere I've seen, small seating area. McDonald's is next door, BK across the street and Panera out back, so don't expect coffee. I'd definitely recommend them for oil changes,wipers and tires of you don't want to do it yourself or wait for online tires to arrive.

I would have bought some coolant and a car battery there, but I couldn't get the kid who worked there to stop texting long enough to answer a question. Each time he DID look up from his phone and I asked a question, he murmured barely audible definitely indiscernible words and semi-pointed/shrugged in the direction of the items rather than helping me find what I needed. The absolute worst experience I ever had in an auto parts store EVER.
