I have gotten two of my cars fixed by Omega, and the process was smooth. The front desk is amicable, and the mechanics complete work timely! I highly recommend them, and I will continue taking my cars to them!

I went to Omega for second opinion as the first chain shop totally misdiagnosed the problem and wanted to do thousands of dollars worth of work that still wouldn’t fix my problem. Go to Omega if you want your mechanic to be honest and on your side.

I had a great first time experience with Omega Auto Works! I originally bought car, a 2018 Audi Q5, in for a brake service due to the grinding noises my car has been experiencing for a few weeks! After carefully examinations by the technicians, I was informed that my brake pads and rotors were in good shape! I really appreciate their honesty! Since my car was already there and due for service, I decided to ask for oil change instead! The price was very reasonable! And the best part is that this shop is only about 15 minutes from my home! I will definitely be coming back for any future repairs! Thank you again Omega Auto Works for taking great care of my car!

This is the first car place I’ve gone to where I didn’t feel like someone was trying to get one over on me. They were super respectful of my budget, they educated me on the issue and why it occurred and gave me advice for how to deal with things in the future. They were straightforward, honest, and EXCELLENT at the repairs themselves. I have an Audi so I know they can be tricky to work on, this will be our go to going forwards! We went back for a second time for the Ram truck this time, they were able to squeeze us in upon request, and found the issue promptly. The issue is fixed and the price was fair.

Needed BRAKES replaced ASAP before a trip. OMEGA made accommodations, did my brakes in a day, and then I drove 3,000 miles with no issues, braking felt better than ever! Thanks guys

Omega Auto… absolutely superb service! My brother recommended that I take my 2010 Range Rover in for a Maryland inspection, and I later came back for some minor maintenance. From my very first visit, I knew this would be the shop I’d trust with my vehicle moving forward. From start to finish, their communication was outstanding—they kept me fully informed with updates, explained the diagnostics clearly, and never once made me feel pressured. DJ is AMAZING! I was able to schedule an appointment within a week, which was very convenient. They provided a complimentary vehicle so I could go about my day while the work was being done. Pickup after hours was smooth and hassle-free. The price for the brake service was reasonable, and overall the experience was straightforward and positive.

I have taken my vehicle to Omega Auto Werks twice this year for major repairs. The first was for a timing belt replacement and the second was for high pressure fuel pump diagnosis and eventual replacement. In both cases exceptional professionalism was given. In the case of the new timing belt there was a malfunction and the belt broke which caused engine damage. This was not the fault of Omega, however being the standup business that they are I was informed that they would not only install another engine but also cover the cost of labor! I paid zero dollars and zero cents for the replacement of my diesel motor and another timing belt. My family and I have been taking our vehicles here for over ten years and have always received honest estimates and excellent service. Thank you Julio, Thalita and DJ for running a top notch shop. I thank you even more for your integrity!

Took my BMW in for an inspection and won’t take it anywhere else after. I’ve been shade tree wrenching since I was 12 and this shop is clean and the staff is extremely knowledgeable. They put my mind at ease after the dealer tried to make me think I needed more than I did.

I’ve been bringing my vehicles to Omega on and off for several years now, and I can honestly say this is the most efficient and professional auto repair shop I’ve ever dealt with. Most recently, I brought in my 2018 Range Rover Sport after the check engine light came on. They told me upfront that things were busy and the repair might stretch into the new year. I dropped the car off early on December 29th, fully expecting a delay. But to my surprise, they had it fully diagnosed, repaired, and ready to go by 3 p.m. on December 31st — ahead of schedule. That kind of turnaround, especially during the holidays, was unexpected and deeply appreciated. From start to finish, their communication was excellent. They kept me in the loop with updates, explained the diagnostics clearly, and never pressured me into unnecessary work. On top of that, they went the extra mile — literally — by picking me up from my house to get my car when it was ready (even though I live just five minutes away). They even came by my place when they needed access to the vehicle. You don’t get that kind of service from most shops. What I love most about Omega is their transparency and trustworthiness. There’s no fluff, no games — just a shop that tells it like it is, charges fair prices for high-quality work, and treats you like a valued customer every time you walk through the door. These folks are my favorite people now! Replaced the dme on my BMW and did a stellar job , very friendly, and transparent! Had to leave town due to a funeral and they worked with me and were so kind to me during a difficult time. They gained a forever customer!

This is long overdue for me, but Omega has been consistently outdone themselves. I've been going to them for anything I need repairs, possible advice or even something minor that I cannot do myself. They are able to help me out with any repairs with my cars. I know they are not going to be perfect as mistakes can be made. But I am willing to work with them by simply communicating out any problems that were created. Any problems that were created by me or them, it can be resolved. There service is outstanding, the mechanics and staff are very respectful...not only to me, but to my cars as well (had previous bad experience with some dealership taking my car out for a joy ride). Thank you for always helping me out and fixing my cars with the upmost respect and care.

Have to give a major shout out to DJ and his team. 10/10 service. Back story, there has been a light on my dash for the last 2 or 3 years (I know that sounds crazy but please I am just a girl ?). It wasn’t a check engine light but it was related to the keyless start. The light never stopped anything, so I ignored it lol. But I finally was like, let me get this looked at before my warranty expires. I dropped it off Sunday night at Carmax in Laurel but they referred me to Omega because they don’t handle anything with programming. I called Omega early yesterday morning, and I explained that my car was already at Carmax (basically next to them) and they said they didn’t have availability until Thursday but DJ said they could squeeze me in. Carmax transferred my car there and then a few hours later DJ told me they did actually find an issue. I truly know nothing about the warranty I have, he gave me the info to contact them to get a rental (since my warranty covered that). He was also very nice, has great communication via phone and text, and explained everything in layman’s terms. He also told me another issue related to my catalytic converter that isn’t failing right now but even when it does to remember the following “In Maryland, you do not have to replace a catalytic converter if you spend at least $450 on emissions-related repairs and still fail your Vehicle Emissions Inspection Program (VEIP) test.” Oil changes fall under emissions-related repairs, so this will save me thousands of dollars. Thank you!!

I got a power steering flush and my tires rotated and I was pleasantly surprised. The pricing was reasonable and fair. The service is top notch and they communicate via text with updates on your car. If you looking for a place you can trust with your vehicle and feel that you getting the proper quotes. This is the spot, I was going to another place for 25 years. And I took my son's Chevy Traverse here because he had issues after going to my spot and two others and continued to have them. Came here they fixed it no more issues and with a warranty. A big plus is that you can pay through Affirm and I believe Klarna. You can't beat that. Go see Omega they're the truth.

I took my BMW X3 in for new rear brake pads. The customer service was amazing! Omega provided me with a quick and accurate estimate all via text. I dropped the car off around 9 AM and it was ready to go by 3 PM. They have a complimentary shuttle service that takes you to and from the shop. The mechanics were very knowledgeable. 10/10 experience! I will definitely be returning.

Came here to have a clutch replaced , they also took time to inspect other components while transmission was out to see if anything needed attention . Called me and kept me informed all the way . Shifts perfect now with no noises !! ? They were also able to track down an intermittent problem I had with my SMG system ( bad wiring harness) . They did a repair for me and got me on the road . I purchased the new wiring harnesses and installed it in a weekend , I’m impressed this place was able to help me track down this issue . I’d definitely recommend Omega to close friends and family. I took my truck in for services and they did a great job on my truck DJ The manager was knowledgeable and more than capable of helping me solve my issues on my truck. The mechanics that worked on my truck handle their business I was so thrilled at the outcome that I will not take my truck to any other auto shop, but Omega In the future for repairs.
