Very disappointing for my recent visiting to this store for the first time. The staff were so phone-focused that they forgot about the customers right in front of them! I waited for over 10 minutes without being acknowledged. I would give 0 stars if I can.

Sold me the wrong headlight bulb... returned the next day to exchange and was told it's non returnable... I've been going there for the past 8 years... just lost a good customer.

Straightforward service. Once I got the attention of the staff they were super helpful

They have any part I need. Very efficient and knowledgeable crew.

I rather come here then Autozone because imof the great customer service and not having to wait in line.

The tenacity for hunting a part is unequalled. Archie tasked himself to find this part for a 2016 Hyuhdai Sononata. from just a picture of the part he was able to acquire it and the seal need to completer the job and make me look good to the wife. Archie and Carquest will be my FIRST stop in look for automobile parts.. Thank you Archie!!!!

Went to the store to pick up a UPS package. Two people were at the front desk and they both made sure to not make eye contact and of course, they did not greet me. After a few minutes of feeling invisible I approached one of them and he said he was busy on the computer and the other guy still pretending I wasn’t there. So disrespectful. Never coming back.

Great service even though they didn't have what I was looking for the counter guy tried very hard to find what I needed

This location is conveniently located 2 miles from my home. The retail shelved item selection is sparse. Don't forget that they are part of Advance Auto Parts. I usually order online to get the discount and pick up my parts at Carquest.

Nice guys here and they're always helpful. Seems like a smaller business than most car shops so I prefer coming here when I can

Needed multiple parts for a very old foreign car, and the asian gentleman at front desk found them ALL and even showed me how to install them !!

I bought 2 set of wiper blades, There wasn't a trash can to get rid of my old ones

Carquest on Freestate Dr in Laurel MD is awesome. Jim helped me out and even gave me some good advice. Very courteous and dedicated to customer satisfaction.

My rav4 radiator hose cracked and need a new one. I went to the dealership and they sent me to this Carquest. Because the Dealership did not have one in stock. The sale person at Carquest gave me a discount and half the Price of the Dealerships part. Thank you for all that you do. Alex

I don't think Carquest deserve any star rating from me. I was the only customer this afternoon at their Laurel store, standing no one attended to me not even a person. I was thinking to myself am I invisible. I later told one of them ''can you please attend to me''? the associate told me you have to wait I am busy. Really??? after already wasted my own time. I left in annoyance. They're customer service is zero. No courtesy, No etiquette, nothing. I WILL NEVER SHOP THERE AGAIN

Staff was friendly. Store was a complete mess. Shelves barely stocked. Stuff falling off everywhere.

Opens early, store is well stocked and staff is quick and friendly. Very convenient location as well.

Fast friendly service and wide variety of parts for even european vehicles. Don't have to travel to the dealer they have genuine oem parts and can order too

I bought jumper cables. The assistant was friendly and he did not try to sell me something more expensive because I was female, I get that often. He found me the cheapest ones!! I was grateful as I really had no money. Small autopart store but so close to home, glad I looked for it because I never knew it was there it's so off the main path.

On line process is simple fast and easy I love it???? the customer service inside of the store is nice friendly helpful and pleasant..

In and out quickly. A bit hard to find, this store wasn't crowded, and the staff were helpful and conversational. Highly recommended.
