Towed my car off of beltway. Everyone I contacted - from office to tow truck driver - was knowledgeable and professional, and kind. Arrived within the hour which was so helpful as I had 2 small children with me. I appreciate this business and would recommend to anyone needing a tow in the area. Thank you!

Professional towing service! My car was handled with care during the loading and unloading onto the flatbed. The driver reassured me that my vehicle would be safe and he notified me when it had been safely dropped off at the dealer for repair. I recommend this towing company.

The driver that showed up was Roy. He greeted me with a friendly smile and gave me clear instructions. It made me feel calm given the stressful feeling of my car broke down. He was polite, respectful, professional and knowledgeable. He could have left immediately after unloading and receiving payment but he stayed and explained and guided me through the dealership's off hour drop off process. It may seem like a small gesture but it highlights his professionalism and dedication to his work. The process from meeting, hookup, delivery was simple and quick. Roy represented the company very well.

The driver was extremely friendly and patient/ skillful with getting our car on the truck. Also very gracious when we encountered an insurance mix up that necessitated us changing body shop destinations. Overall excellent service, and will keep in mind for future needs!

Great guy, assisted me to get my car to get it on the lift and into my drive way. Definitely went above and beyond the scope of work. Was very efficient and was early. That’s a never heard of when getting a tow.

The service I received was above and beyond! Aaron (truck #53) managed to maneuver around the piles of snow and winched my car out of its stuck position. He even helped clear some of the icy snow chunks so I could enter my garage safely! Greatly appreciate all of his help and highly recommend this tow service!

Flatbed driver Danny was outstanding helping me tow my broken down van today.... And the van was not easy to get to with ice and snow everywhere and 10 degrees outside. Danny was professional and polite. I commend him for helping me!. Danny's boss....Give this guy a Raise $$$ .He deserves it!

Aaron tow crane operator #53 and Dispatcher Becky went the extra distance to stay in contact with me when my vehicle became disabled. Aaron provided pictures of my vehicle when he retrieved my vehicle and when it reached its final destination. Both of them displayed 100% customer service professionalism.

The representative that showed up to help me was kind, and professional. I was really shaken up and he was calm, explained everything to me and was patient. A true GOD send in the midst of my chaos. Thank you so much Tyler, you are awesome! And the music was very soothing and enjoyable as well.

Despite my GPS read 1 mile less than what I was charged. The service was great. They made it to my location in less than an hour. & (Roy) The tow truck driver was very helpful; professional; & positive in trying to get my started. I wasn't planning on tipping because of the extra mile charged. But Roy's professionalism made me think twice.

My service technician was personable, honest and professional. I run a business so I understand doing the best you can with challenging circumstances. They had a call out, my technicians workload and scheduled became stacked/cramped and despite the challenge, I was given personal attention and an explanation on what to expect with the service. My technician maneuvered a tight space to get my truck on the flatbed with precision. I am grateful to business that operate 24/7/365. I highly recommend this business for your towing needs. I just want to thank Past & Present Towing for being extremely patient with me while I tried to figure out my car situation. The level of professionalism was outstanding; it was not just the personnel who picked up the phone, but also the two gentleman at Priority Towing that came to pick up my car! When I first called Past & Present, I was a little emotional because car troubles can be costly and annoying. The lady who picked up didn’t make fun of me, she continued to educate me on how this company could help me, the prices per miles and how my info is on the system if I was absolutely ready to utilize the Tow. During towing: My car was treated as if it was their own and though they saw the worry on my face, they reassured me that they’re going to take good care of her. I would highly recommend this company for anyone in need.

I called for a tow. When the driver arrived, he gave me jump first. My car started, however the driver was still polite enough to follow me 30 minutes to the shop! He went out of his way and he didn’t have to. It was getting dark and beginning to rain, I was very pleased! He went beyond customer service and treated me like I was his own family.

The guys that came out to help us were AMAZING!! Our car is low and although they weren't able to tow us they stayed and helped us fix our tire enough so we could safely make it home. They followed us for a while and later called to check in. Seriously best road side assistance ever. Highly recommend.

Our car was somewhere on the tollway around 20 miles from home, and frankly, we were a little frightened and very tired. Aaron was quick, knowledgeable of the work to be done, followed rules of his company, and he accommodated our unique needs. He told me possible options to get the tire we needed and before he left he prepared the car for the most efficient next steps. Juan was outstanding—extremely patient and professional. I needed a new tire, and despite it being 4:00 a.m. and requiring a trip to Baltimore, he took me to two different places and waited patiently throughout the process. I have never encountered someone so experienced and considerate, especially when I was stressed and exhausted. Please hire more employees like Juan, as he truly exceeded my expectations.

Had a great conversation with the tow operator. Forgot to ask for his name but bright gentleman who has aspirations to do great! Even though he’s been on the job for a year and half, he was in and out in 10 mins.

My tow driver Aaron was knowledgable, helpful, kind, encouraging and amazing towards me and my dogs last night. He secured my truck, and made sure myself and my dogs were safe as well. Then he made sure the location that my car was being serviced was also safe and secure. I so appreciate this young man. He did all this for me and mg dogs while being so professional. Yes I like to leave a message for my driver he was very efficient. knowledgeable conservative really great attitude .I could tell he enjoyed his job. He was so efficient as that I went in there to get a tip when I come out he was long gone kudos to you guys all of you great company!!

Response was as fast as I could expect during morning rush hour, a bit over an hour. State police said expect 4 hours. Driver was great, took pictures, loaded minivan, and had me in A/C on 101 degree day and on way to my mechanic in no time flat. Driver was courteous and friendly. While I hope to never need them again, if I do I would use them.
