Went here to buy a truck. Awesome place to deal with. Very courteous and friendly. Got is a really good deal. Salesperson Jim Boratenski was excellent. Ask for him when you go. Sales manager Mark Melvin was awesome as well. Very helpful. Will definitely buy future vehicles from them.

I did a survey of them yesterday and upon calling today for an invoice was told because of the survey,I can no longer service my car there. I can say whatever I want but to say you'll refuse future service for me shows how petty they are. I call to speak to the General manager and he calls me back and agrees and says they won't. Thats not how business works so I filed a complaint with corporate!!!

Jim and Mark were wonderful to work with. They were very knowledgeable and very informative during the car buying process. They were not pushy or "salesy" in any way. It always felt like they are a family run business and really focus on making sure the customer is satisfied. I will definitely be bringing my Jeep back to their service department for maintenance. I went to see a vehicle that I saw on your website, and the same day they approved my credit and everything related to the vehicle, in a couple of hours I was driving my new SUV. I am writing this review for Fred Frederick's Body Shop. I work at a location where there is a constant need for auto repairs. When I send a vehicle to Fred Frederick, they immediately work on the car, and the turn around time is excellent. They repaired a car that was sitting for over a year, and made it look like it came from the show room floor. I would let them work on my own personal vehicle anytime. Fred & Chris are the best to work with, and their staff are extremely friendly and helpful. I recommend them to everyone I know, and to all my business colleagues. I am never going to another repair shop again....always Fred Frederick!!!!! If I could rate them from 1-10, it would be a 10++ every time!!!!

The Fred Frederick Body Shop is SIMPLY THE BEST. I came in with a small job and no insurance claim. Not a a big money maker. Larry and his team provided a great customer service experience. The repair work was excellent. When I arrived to pick up my car it had been throughly washed and vacuumed. Great business!

Picture is just for attention… I always look at those first. This was my first time at Fred Frederick.. my sister brings her Jeep here. My 2016 dart had a couple recalls. Two weeks out for an appt, but that’s only bc they don’t have many mechanics. Fine by me. The gentlemen I spoke with in the shop were very kind, as well as the lady who had all my paper work. Dropped my girl off at 8am she was done before 2pm. Would recommend.

Yes! I totally recommend this dealership! On June 21, 2021 I bought a 2021 Jeep Gladiator Willys 4x4. My sales associate Susan Thrift and the manager Mark provided outstanding professional service through the whole process. I dread car buying but they made it an enjoyable experience. I've recently purchased a new Ram Promaster city cargo for our company and I can't even begin to describe how amazing everyone have been! Susan and Allen are beyond anything you would expect at a high end department store let alone a car dealership. They were personal, accommodating, and helpful throughout the entire process. My first interaction was with Susan when I called to get pricing and information regarding the van. Susan was by far the most transparent person I have spoken with (and I called quite a few). While others kept on pushing me to come and discuss pricing, Susan gave me the exact price over the phone inclusive of all fees, taxes, etc. This was the exact price I paid at the end. While at the dealership with Allen trying to get everything approved for financing which proved to be a bit difficult, Allen was more than accommodating. His patience and help along the process made me chose buying a Ram over the alternatives simply because I felt that I can trust him and Susan. If you are looking for a new vehicle and value honest, warm, and transparent staff do yourself a favor and call them. Make sure to ask for Susan or Allen.

I took my car to the Fred Fredrick collision center in Laurel MD and they were able to get my car looking brand new and damage free again. Ben at the collision center was great. He kept me well informed throughout the process and was able to work with me to keep the costs down to a minimum.
