I stopped by the Laurel, Maryland branch to purchase some parts and was shocked by the behavior of a very rude and unprofessional associate. Some of the staff at that location need to acquire customer service skills.

Every time I order parts here, it takes up to 30 minutes for customer service. The people there only see you as if you came in to ask for bad service. A McDonald's would be better.

I highly reccomend Parts authority for your automotive parts! Great selection of in-stock parts, and excellent customer service!

Clowns don't know how to ship items in a timely manner. Keep being told item has shipped but UPS hasn't updated in 2+ days. They are contracted through rockauto. Absolutely won't be buying through rockauto or these idiots again.

Been in retail and customer service for over 15 years and for a fact i can tell you this has been one of the worst experience i have ever had More then 1 hr wait for some rotors and breaks ridiculous This is so stupid You have 2 back room guys just sitting down 3 people suposively ordering parts And 1 cashier teaching another cashier

Overall good service and pricing. However, staff can be rude and unpolite sometimes also the wait times are above 30 minutes most of the times. Customer Support on the phone is the worst part, they don't really care about helping you, and they just hang up the call.

Wow!! I was really shocked how this location operate they didn't have any air it was almost 100° outside and over 100° in there it was empty and we waited almost a half an hour for the employees to pull 1 one front left caliber and the counter salesman who sold it to us told us that they would pull it in about 15 minutes and he sat there over 20 minutes watching us waiting with no one pulling the part and finally he decided to go get it... Very poor customer service ??

Very rude representative at the front desk and I was waiting for 50 minutes for 10 wheel lug nut .Almost everyone was on their cellphone. The store was almost empty with only 2 customers. I hope the management will wake up and do something.

Courteous, attentive and thorough front desk personnel at the Laurel branch, who went the extra mile to ensure that I get the Battery I requested even though there was a mismatch in the electronic inventory versus the product in the store. Really appreciate this in ensuring that I get my requested specification on time. -

The staff who handled my order was fast & efficient. I was in & out in about 5-7 minutes.

This location of Part authority is out of control because there are two ladies working at the cashier, one is short and the other is tall. Both of them keep talking rude to customers especially the short one have a bad attitude and bad mouth talking rude to customers and the manager there cannot tell her to stop abusing customers. Very rude ladies. Talk all day and gossiping about customers. No Customers service experience.

Bad customer service if you give the vin number of the parties they are wrong, you go personally and angry. waste of time gas

Very recommendable. Once again I want to say Thank You to DAN and XAVIER for providing such a great experience, these guys were well informed, helpful and friendly. Their great team work cut my time down in half, my order was already completed and staged upon arrival . Its not hard to see that you love what you do. HAPPY HOLIDAYS!

Came here to get parts that elsewhere would have cost $1200, the staff were friendly, courteous and knowledgeable of the parts I needed. I walked out a satisfied customer and only paid $600 for my parts. Thank you for putting the customer first!

If i could give zero stari would have. I'm reviewing in the store as i type(57mins wait and counting) nobody asking if they can help anybody, employees just casually having conversation, i mean no order whatsoever!! Maybe i came in on a bad day but this absolutely awful!!!

The girl who dispatches things to pick me up told me to call the seller who took my order because my order did not appear in the system and she replied that I would do that that was not her job if she works for parts authority you are supposed to attend to the clients since one pays for their parts does not come to be given away

There is nothing worst than poor customer service.. I promise never to use this store again... If the sign says closed at 6:00 than why are you closed at 5:55... I have tried to use them twice in the past and there is always something... Again I would not spend my money there and would not advise any of my friends or acquaintances to waste their and money on inconsistent service

Was able to obtain the part for my car in a day instead of days as per aot of other distributors, but was promised one price on the phone a nd charged a different price when I went to pick up the part. That was disappointing but glad I was able get the part.

I just spent 25 minutes at the Laurel location waiting to purchase to headlight replacement bulbs. The first 11 minutes was waiting for someone to assist me. I was one of 2 people in line for assistance. The person who finally helped me continued to answer phone calls an look up parts for people calling while O stood on front of him. Mind you this was after he acknowledged me and I told him what I needed. Either they need more help or additional customer service training for their employees.

Past two times here have waited over an hour on parts, no employees even say hi or try to talk to you, worst customer service and wait time I’ve ever experienced from a part store, staff just lounges around, your better off at another part store

My 1st time going....had a really good experience, staff was very attentive and knowledgeable

Love this place . I went here for a part for my car and there was some issues when I called one of their other store . There was some issue with price when I went to pick up my part . The manager was awesome he was very friendly. I felt welcome and not out of place because I'm a woman . He spoke to me very respectfully and apologized about the mix up and honor the price I was quoted and even gave me a discount. I will return and buy any part that I need here and no where else . I'll need brake , rotors and other stuff for my car very soon and I'll go here .

Very knowledgeable people and great prices. You should call ahead so your stuff will be ready, it is a little slow if you don't. But it is worth it.

I'm so glad this place is now in Laurel. They have the largest selection of in stock automotive parts in the are maybe in the world. This place is huge and they deliver to local shops. I just met Bless and he is an awesome and friendly guy. I highly recommend this place.
