They gave me 700 more than CarMax on my Corolla! Was skeptical at first but they talk you through it, really nice people working who are genuinely interested in the customer. I’ll say the people at the front desk aren’t the ones doing the appraisal and they communicate with other people online. They are going to take pictures of your car and documents but I wasn’t worried its not a sketchy place. One and done deal. Get ready for 21 day payoff it made me anxious but it’s worth it. WARNING! Don't sell your car to this company ! It's better to sell your car to Carmax, Facebook Marketplace or through an auction. If this company thinks that you are going to make any money by selling them your car they won't make the deal. This place only exists because of Carmax...they don't have an inspection process whatsoever! They solely rely on what Carmax says on their offer. Carmax can shut this place done if they choose to because that quote is for their customers not WE CASH AUTOS. This is proprietary information so if Carmax decided only to show its customers the quote this would stop WE CASH AUTOS ! This company probably does understand what the R with the circle around it means but I'm almost certain they are in violation of Copyright Infringement. You can't just go to WE CASH AUTOS and get an offer for your vehicle if you don't go to Carmax first. The entire store is filled with Carmax quotes on the walls, the front counter and in a large binder with all of your information on display. This place is going to get your car and resell it on Openlane this is another online platform that sells cars .They actually have their employees standing at the entrance of Carmax chasing cars down like a dog to get them to their business! Stay away from this place they're great as long as its money to be made for them! They are displaying everybody's information to the public as soon as you walk in their office. Their response is only name calling they called me a scammer, con artist and fake , but who is MSS.,INC ? Isn't that a fictitious name, but you choose to call me fake. You have called me everything but a liar so this tells it all on your behalf. The response is sounds childish like a third grader wrote it. This company can't deny anything that I'm saying about them I'm telling the facts!
Based on my experience, it does not seem that this is a legitimate, or trustworthy business. They provided a number modestly above carmax’s offer, then refused to respond to any further inquiries and would not provide information about their process when requested. It’s not clear that their “offer” was legitimate, or that they had any intention to follow through. And if they had, they showed me no evidence that they could be trusted to make a legitimate payment. Looks and acts like a fly by night chop shop. I would NEVER sign my title over to these scammers. Don’t waste your time and don’t take the risk!
I had a great experience at we cash autos! Gus was very helpful with the beginning process of selling my car and then when I went back the next week Saki helped me finish the process.
One thing I wish I knew before: if you paid off your car you have to wait for the title to come in which takes 2-4 weeks for it to come in and their offers only last a week, just like car max, so I had to give them my car and got a check but I couldn’t deposit the check until I gave them the title. Had I known that I would have just let them handle paying off the car. Saki however was nice enough to stop by my apartment to pick up the title when I got it so I didn’t have to uber back there.
I used citizens bank down in silver spring and once I deposited the check, it cleared the next day.
Overall I’m very happy with my experience and like they promised they beat the car max offer I received and I got $400 more.

Gus was cool and helpful, and they even beat CarMax’s offer—but that’s where the positives end. They initially quoted one amount, then paid out hundreds less with no heads-up until after all the paperwork was signed. The excuse? They “rounded,” used a 21-day payoff instead of the standard 15, and passed on loan company fees to the seller. None of this was disclosed up front.
Also, their hours are listed wrong—they close at 7, not the time posted online or on the door. I found that out the hard way.
Bottom line: Do your own math, double-check everything, and be ready to call out the BS (not Gus—he’s solid). Personally, I’d recommend going across the street from carmax instead.

After my appraisal with carmax, I sold with Sam and Oscar and they beat the price. Just half a mile down the road by the Weis and I got more for my car. It was a smooth process and took less time than carmax. Just have your title registration and DL

Dont call just pull up they are extremely busy sometimes the phone kept on ringing and Of course there was this person who felt entitled and kept interrupting MY transaction because he felt more important than everyone ELSE but other than that i had a great experience.
