I had a confirmed appointment to retrieve personal property from my repossessed vehicle. When I called to request earlier access due to medically necessary items inside the vehicle, including prescribed medication and required safety glasses, the representative ended the call each time I called. Shortly after, my confirmed appointment was canceled without my consent and I was told I would have to wait until the following week. This situation caused unnecessary stress and created a health and safety risk. No effort was made to accommodate a medical necessity or provide a reasonable alternative. Communication was unprofessional, and the handling of a medically sensitive request was disappointing. I would strongly advise others to document all interactions carefully and request written confirmation of appointments and policies in advance.

Unreal, ongoing experience. Illegally towed my vehicles and my neighbors, countless times, and for maybe a year after I proved there was absolutely no legal right to tow as I live on a public roadway. The HOA had no right, the tow company had no right and the community management company had no right to facilitate it all. I eventually had to waste thousands on an attorney because unless you’re an attorney people won’t listen and won’t stop doing the wrong thing. Bad actors, knowingly, don’t stop, and they hire their own attorneys to say whatever they pay them to say so that members of the public can’t get through to even have a conversation. I’m letting this review stay here because there’s way more to say about the tow company but nothing positive. Owner clearly knew he was operating illegally and stealing peoples’ vehicles and holding them for cash ransom. Horrible that’s the world we live in and this owner could be your neighbor and you think he’s trustworthy.. it’s sad. For the record, I have all documents to back up my experience and am trash talking because people should know who people are when they’re running a business. Especially a “business” that involves breaking into peoples property to take their property away and hold it for increased ransom and then never give any kind of receipt or anything that would allow a clear challenge them and the “service” that you pay for. Such a joke. Tow companies hide behind FL tow laws and risk doing shady things, at best, because you won’t sue them because it’s so costly. Horrible business operation and sad FL State laws have a cutout for tow companies so you can’t simply call the cops, show the evidence, get your vehicle back and stop the illegal activity. Clearly a racket but I have no idea why and who at the top benefits.

Want some rude service? Go ahead and give these guys a call. Called for towing of multiple cars and was hit with complete trash behavior. Not like this review will reflect badly on their already bad business.

i understand everyone has to make a living but this was just such an unpleasant experience not even due to the tow. dude on the phone has a terrible attitude and threatened to raise rates when my sister called and asked why it was 400$ to pick it up less than 12 hours after a tow ... he told her we live in a "hispanic area where people don't follow rules" and that doesn't sit right as we're both white and that came unprompted from the employee. also had my less than 5 month old tires scraped to damn near BALD.

These people just throw items out of your vehicle or remove them from your personal items. It’s ridiculous.

I can’t understand how such people stays in business ripping off people . They towed my car from in front my home door inside the gated community , they charged me $435 for over night, I can’t blame them alone, but the Comuinity management who allows such horrible company to reach out inside our community gate to remove my vehicle because I had no permit on my windshield due to my changing it sometime before and forgot to reput the permit on, even though I own my place and the car was parked exactly in front of my door, With all the challenges nowadays, when we forget or miss putting the permit on the car even though it’s for free, the community should put a warning on the car so we get the permit, but it seems that the community management is careless,and the towing company is taking advantage and towed my car , I know I can’t do anything legally as I see all the bad and horrible reviews on this company, but I believe in KARMA TO GET BACK ON THEM 🙏

I want to say that obviously people who get towed arnt happy with who tows it but in all reality it's our fault ! So I'm leaving a review because all I can say in this tough situation is the staff was amazing and made it a smooth process. Michelle from Sarasota was so genuine and very patient with me and understanding of the situation. We were able to get our things out no problem and met Shelby while we were getting out stuff and she was also so wonderful and does her job correct and efficiently! I know everyone has a lot of bad things to say but like I said everyone is doing there job and these people are wonderful. Yes I'm writing this after my truck got repossessed but hey I'm happy it was from this company. Thank you again so much Shelby from tampa and Michelle for helping us and respecting us and being understanding! We are forever grateful !!!!!!

They completely have no care for your vehicle. I left with a flat tire and they ruined the under carriage of my car. It’s literally falling off. It was in perfect shape until they took my car and I left with it damaged! I’m so angry and wish I looked at my car better before paying them!!!

Ben was great. Helped me out with my odd setup for this Fiat Dino I needed to get to a paint shop. Painless experience.

This place simply does not answer the phone leave messages. They will not answer the phone. Had to call the police department to get a hold of them so that I could pick up the truck that I already paid for and then the police department said you're lucky you called because your truck was going off to auction even though I already had the release form sent to them

Anything you leave in your car that a little valuable they will steal. No point in asking just know they took it. Will file with better business bureau.

Guys take cash only then tell you they don't have change want to hold the money while you leave the premises and get change. Must not pay there workers enough. How can you be a cash only business and not have change knowing the person's car is on there lot.

I can't even get them to answer the phone! Their message says you need an appointment to pick up your car, so I can't just go up there either!! What the heck is that!!! It's 9:50AM on a weekday!!!! I've called numerous times , they won't answer. That is ridiculous!! I also see BBB complaints and they only have one star. What the heck is going on here? I wouldn't mind waiting on hold. They won't even pick up!🤬🤬😡😡

Very nice person at the gate, driver kinda rude and my car was not damaged. Price is high but this is all towing services prices. Hopefully I will get my scooter back. Thanks for covering my scooter up guys! You guys brought my cover with y'all when towed! That's awesome 👍

Towed my car from in front of my own house. Towing fee is extremely overpriced ($250) cash or Zelle only. Towed my car overnight on Saturday morning and acts like they are closed on weekends when I call.

Wow!! I just had my car towed!! The worst day ever!! My son has just purchased a home and it got towed right in front of his house. I was not aware of the no parking as there are no signs on the street. But on another note I have to say that Tyler was the gentleman I talked with to get my car out of the tow yard. I know he must have to deal with alot of upset people so that Is why I give him actually more than 5 stars but google didnt give me the choice to choose any more stars!. I had called muliple times today I have never had a car of mine towed wow what a scary experience. Tyler remained extremely professional with me on the multiple phone calls it took. So Thank you for all your patience with me until I could get my issue resolved.

Is my second time with the same problem. I’m gonna call and send my complain with IRS and the city about this town company. They only accept cash. I think is a bussines between security company and them. I try to got a supposedly parking pass but nobody knows because is weekend. But they ready to got cars to make more money. 😡I’m very upset. I’m wait for two hours to pick up the car. This people it’s no good. Bad company, bad people. No honest people. Only lies

First of all YES this is the correct business and company(I notice they deny many reviews saying people are incorrect). If I could leave Negative 10 stars for these poor excuses for human beings I would. The set of “women” they have answering phones are disgusting, disrespectful and unprofessional. They will intentionally keep your vehicle to charge u daily for storage. I would not use them to tow my daughters little red wagon if it were stuck. If you’re ever thinking about using them please reconsider Because they will make you and your company look TERRIBLE. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY FOR A N Y T H I N G! I rcently had my car towed by Action Towing, and I must say that the 2 ladies and gentleman that helped me were extremely kind, considerate and extremely professional. Their fees are dirt cheap and I was extremely pleased with their service. If you need a tow, these are the folks Id call. Id give them 10*s if I could.

This company towed my car at 3:30 AM, I stopped the driver and wanted to pay the fees but he refused to let me pay. They charged me $510.00 for a 30 mile tow, plus 2.5 days storage. When I asked for a receipt they got rude and nasty threatening to end call due to a busy staff. They only take cash, don't offer a receipt detailing fees charged. I can think of but one reason to refuse to take payment prior to tow, charge higher than legal fees, demand cash, and no receipt. The IRS should be notified. They have such a low BBB rating and most every complaint is mostly the same issues. Companies like Action give other tow companies a bad reputation

I understand their business, they are contracted by another company for x, y, and z reasons. It's only a trailer with a fenced in area that has rocky and dusty roadways and parking area to drive on and where they park the cars. Needless to say it's all cash, to ensure you can't complain for any billing issues.. all of these factors I get, what I don't liked is the additional fees for cleaning the car again and flat tires you get because of how back the driving area is. It was so bad my Uber didn't want to drive down the business' driveway because he was afraid it might mess up his ride. With all the money you make guys you can at least afford a better environment for your products... It may be 2k at the most every 10 years, which can be used as a write off. SMH

I really wish i could put negative stars. This company is used by my apartment complex, and despite having the required parking passes and obeying all the parking regulations, these people continue to slap stickers ON mine and my roommates CARS and WINDOWS, leaving marks and sticker residue that will not come off. They have non stop harassed us since moving in. THESE ARE THE MOST UNPROFESSIONAL AND RUDE PEOPLE I HAVE EVER DEALT WITH!!!!!!

I was towed for parking in a community with parking permits only. I did not have a parking permit. I can see why there are a lot of bad reviews, no one wants to get towed. But i understand why i was towed and when called the owner answered quickly and was very professional and helpful in the process of getting my car back.

If I could give them negative stars I would. They are absolutely the worst company I have ever dealt with. The workers and the owner of the company are outright dishonest, disrespectful, and unprofessional. They yelled and screamed in the person and on the phone, I was even hung up on while trying to get directions to the location. They are an absolute scam and complete vultures! They are only trying to make as much money off people as possible and have no regard for anything else. They need to spend less time scouring the parking lots for people to tow and more time on customer service! My husband and I have felt personally harassed by this company. I pray I never have to see these people again. Please beware! EDIT: Since the incident I had with this company, I have looked up my rights and spoken to a lawyer. The actions they took were illegal. They tried to tow my car on private property, even though the owner has given us permission to park (even with expired registration). They also did not provide a written warning on the car. Florida law states, towing companies must provide a written warning on why the car is towed, and advanced notice before removing the car. They didn’t provide any written warning prior to the night they tried to tow. Lastly, the car was not even attached to the tow truck. We said we would just remove the car, and he told us to remove the car from private property we would have to pay the towing company $64.95. Since our car was not hooked up to the tow truck, under the Florida law, the tow company has no right to charge us any fees unless the car is already hooked up to the tow truck. Like I said THESE PEOPLE WILL TRY TO SCAM YOU. Look up your rights and don’t let this happen to you.

No customer service and poor towing. I left my car at my work place Saturday morning at 930 10 am due to car trouble.Which according to the tow away sign says you have 24 hrs to park there before getting towed but I’m an authorized vehicle. It’s my place of work. I come back Tuesday morning to find out it’s been towed. The guy charges me for 3 days after being rude and telling me it has to be cash because I inconvenienced him by telling him I’m an authorized vehicle and shouldn’t have been towed period. So if I left my car Saturday morning 24 hrs would be Sunday morning. Sunday morning to Tuesday morning is 2 days or 48 hours. Yet I was charged for 3 days because of the owner Tyler’s attitude. He blocked my entrance as to try to show me I can’t get my car unless I pay. I paid him cash liked he asked even tho it was two days. Super unprofessional and my car was damaged due to his carelessness in towing. He won’t admit it I’m sure due to his arrogance. Horrible experience with these people
