This past Sunday I caught a screw logged in my tire while out running errands. I managed to make it safely home but panicked as to what to do. As a single mom I rely on my vehicle to work and take my son to school. After calling around I got a hold of Jeff at Neo Automotive. Not only were they open, but Jeff had my car towed to his shop from my home and sent an Uber to pick me up when it was ready FREE OF CHARGE!!! $35 for the patch and not even 30 minutes later I was back on the road. When I arrived to pick up my car, his staff was very friendly and assured me that it was good to go. The owner, Jeff, was also very friendly. Equally amazing that they were in the process of assisting another driver to fix her car and planned to stay past closing to get her back on the road as soon as possible. It's so nice to know there are still good, honorable people in this world. I highly recommend Neo Automotive if you're ever in a pinch or in need of general auto repairs. They've got my business for life!

An extraordinary service oriented shop. The staff is great. I get an appointment almost immediately. Stopped by this Saturday with concerns about the fuel tank in my KIA. Jeff Luff was extremely helpful in getting a quick diagnosis. It feels like a concierge service shop. You feel you know them all and trust their experience and expertise with many vehicle models.

I took my fear 124 spider for the first time they were sable to fix a few months issue that I have with my driving window they're not even the dealer will say what to fix. Just 10 minutes they found the issue and what I needed to be done, just show me the issues step by step what it was wrong, ungrateful to them this will be my home place now to take my car to them thank you Neo team.. On a observation of their shop he was so well maintained and every station so clean keep up the good worker Neo team..

This is a great garage. Very knowledgeable and very friends. They can work on a wide range of cars with expertise. And they even will take you home in an Uber, which it makes up for the fact that you’re kind of far out near the airport.

I almost hate leaving a review when I find a hidden gem, but Neo Automotive deserves to be #1. When my car broke down, I was in a real pinch, and they absolutely came through for me. They sent a tow truck immediately, started working on my vehicle the same day, and even provided a loaner for the entire duration of the repairs. That level of customer service is almost impossible to find in today’s market. Neo Automotive went above and beyond — they’ve earned a customer for life. Highly recommend!

I received fantastic service when I brought in my Honda HRV! Jacob and Jesse were extremely professional and welcoming at the front desk. Stephen was very thorough in looking over my vehicle and making sure everything was being addressed properly. Highly recommend!!

I couldn’t believe how incredible this wonderful place is. I stopped by just to see if I needed to set an appointment. Without hesitation they graciously took care of my issue right there on the spot. The Amazing team from Jacob to Stephen & truly everyone present which I never received such incredible service instantly without setting an appointment nor charging me on my Bentley GT to reprogram it & put air in my tires which they didn’t need to do without asking. They just did everything in less than 10 minutes without taking a penny even though I offered & felt bad. I have 5 luxury cars & wouldn’t hesitate for a second not service them there‼️THANK YOU SO VERY MUCH‼️❤️🙏🏻❤️

I am disappointed with how this shop operates now. I just spent around $2,000 here getting a new radiator, coolant flush, and front brake pads. Not cheap repairs — I trusted them with major work. And right after taking all that money, they tried to hit me with a completely ridiculous $1,275 upsell for a basic transmission service. Their estimate literally said it was just for “removing/replacing the transmission oil pan gasket or filter.” That is routine maintenance, not major transmission work. Most shops charge $300–$500 for that. They wanted more than double, with zero explanation why. It honestly felt like they saw a big invoice and thought they could squeeze even more out of me. That kind of predatory upselling is exactly why people don’t trust mechanics.

My experience was excellent. Gary Bailey was helpful, kind, knowledgeable, and fast-acting. I was in a bind where my car wouldn’t start, had it jumped, Autozone diagnosed my issue as a bad starter and I was able to book an appointment online on Saturday night for 8:30am Sunday morning. I had to travel out of state the following afternoon and Gary did what he could to make sure I was able to have my car back by the time I needed it. Amazing. He also figured out the problem was actually my battery (despite Autozone stating that was good) which was a much less expensive repair than a starter would have been. Gary turned an inconvenient stressful experience into a situation where I felt heard, valued, and informed from the first point of contact onward. He has remarkable empathy and genuine people skills. The place has good vibes all around. Highly recommend.

I had a very bewildering electrical problem. My previous mechanic had the car for 10 days and could not figure it out. Jose and his team had the Problem Solved the same day. It was a simple overhead dome light switch, which was causing the battery to drain. I spent 150 bucks for their expert time. And I’m glad to do it. The shop is clean and they are professional and I don’t wanna have car problems, but this is a great place to go to if you do.

since moving to the area and needing an oil change I was searching all over google for the best. I was getting close to service time and sweating and one day Neo Automotive popped up. Jose answered the phone when I called and I knew he was good people made the appointment and was the that afternoon. After arriving for my appointment met Jose and what amazing customer service soon I met Brandon and he is also customer driven. I was with my last auto garage for many years and look forward to doing business with Neo Automotive

Nice guys and squeezed in my exhaust job before end of day when their sister shop in Sarasota couldn’t and I was on tight schedule, seeing if I could do something before leaving town. They were great. Good local pizza spot next door to eat and wait. Thanks guys!

Courtney was so amazing!! I had literally no idea what was wrong with my car but she was so informative and helpful. She made just to update me basically anytime something had changed. I also had the privilege of speaking with nick who also was very helpful. Overall the staff here is amazing and made sure to go above and beyond for a girl who doesn’t know much about cars. They truly are so helpful and dedicated to their work.

I needed a repair done to my jeep. I was in and out quickly, and I didn't feel talked down to. As a woman, that happens a lot at car repair shops. They didn't talk in circles or make wild recommendations. The service was fast and friendly, and I left with a small list of recommended future maintenance. Very good experience.

Justin and his team are the best mechanics and they really go out of their way to ensure everything is done correctly. My last repair job on Bettina the Saab required the removal of the engine in order to run new hoses from some leaking engine coolant lines. Bettina's been running great since then-until I just discovered that I need a new starter. This reminded me that I never left a review for the last repair, so I'm doing so now. Justin and crew are just a great bunch of people to deal with and it's always been a positive experience. I trust their work and their opinions, so try them out if you're having any mechanical issues; I think you'll be glad you did!

I have called on Neo Automotive to repair or replace batteries on two of my cars. They are incredibly responsive, kind and trustworthy. Highly efficient and well organized - I cannot recommend them enough.

This review is way overdue, but Justin and his team are simply the very best. It's hard to find a good mechanic that's trustworthy and won't break the bank. Ive never met a team that knew what they were doing as well as they do. A great group of people to chat with, I actually looked forward to bringing my car in.

Neo Automotive, specifically Justin, came out on a holiday to look at my car through their mobile service. I am new to the area and have very little car repair experience so I did not know what I was getting myself into. My car needed to be towed to his shop and was up and running in less than two days. Justin was very respectful, extremely professional and honest. I have no doubt that he truly cares about his customers and the repairs that come out of his shop. I will definitely be going back to Neo Automotive whenever I need any automotive help. I am beyond happy with the service that I received!

All I can say is wow! We are very busy with our company over on the West Coast of Florida dealing with hurricane response and helping people get their lives back on track. And that’s what Neo automotive just did for us! We had a broken truck in a tight situation with very tight timelines and they blew the doors off of us with Service! My first phone call was at 10:30 AM, within 15 minutes the part was located, and within one hour the technician was on site to do the repair. At 1:15 PM, we are back on the road servicing our client. They just earned a customer for life with us!

When I find a business that cares about their customers and performs quality work, especially when it comes to automotive maintenance, I feel a need to write a review. Justin will do a quality job for a great price. For me, Justin and his team have installed a leveling kit on my F150, replaced a water pump, preformed multiple oil changes, installed new tires, dropped a transmission, and provided support and insight for many other auto related questions. They work on a wide range of vehicles and provide a wide range of services. If you need work done to your auto, Neo Automotive is worth checking out.

Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, Value Was referred to them by a friend. Wow.... one of the best repair facilities I've ever used! Justin's team is honest, transparent, great value and fast. My AC went out 4 months ago and they got me in when I needed it the most during the heatwave. They know what they're doing and keep in touch the entire way. I highly recommend them for great top to bottom car care!
