The worst people I’ve met. Physically assaulted (choked) someone that was being wrongfully towed. Police had to come and tell tow man to drop the car because it was being wrongfully towed. Unprofessional! Charges can be pressed for that kind of behavior.
We use Advanced Towing all the time for local moves. They always do an excellent job. Most recently they moved a 1960 C10 for us. They are always professional and treat our cars very well. Highly recommend Advanced Towing
We used this towing service today to transport two military vehicles from Tampa to East Bradenton. One was a deuce and a half and the other was a 5 ton. They went out of their way, making two separate trips. And the pricing was super fair! Sal was amazing!!! He was polite and professional. Sal took excellent care of both vehicles on both trips and delivered them to us without incident and in wonderful condition. Sal had excellent communication throughout the entire process. We will definitely be using Sal and Advanced Towing again for any future needs and highly recommend giving Sal a call if you need a tow or transport. Thank you Sal for the 5 star experience!
Our vehicle was towed to this location after an accident in September. I went to go retrieve some belongings from the vehicle the following week and noticed our key fob was damaged. I took pictures and told the lady that this was not how the key fob was because we JUST had it replaced. The lady said there is no way it was damaged there but she would follow up with the tow truck driver about it. After a couple weeks I called back to follow up and she just kept saying there is no way they damaged it because the keys stay in the vehicle so the drivers don't accidentally leave it in their pocket. Surely, something did happen between the time it was towed to the time it was in their possession because our key fob is now missing buttons and damaged. Even though the car was in an accident it is still our property and to treat someones things like this is unacceptable. We trusted them with our vehicle and property and now we have a $300 key fob that was damaged in their possession with 0 accountability or resolutions. I am very upset and their customer service was awful.
I called Advance Towing because my wife’s vehicle stalled in the middle of an intersection, blocking traffic. We were told a tow truck would arrive within one hour, but after multiple follow-up calls, the truck didn’t show up until two hours and fifteen minutes later. We had to call the police to help move the vehicle due to safety concerns.
The tow truck driver was great—polite and very helpful—but the delay was unacceptable and caused unnecessary stress. I hope they improve their Communication and response times in the future.
Staff was nice, but that was my sole pleasant experience.
They towed my semi truck along with loaded trailer after an accident on Saturday. I asked to pick up trailer on Sunday as cargo aboard is perishable and need to deliver asap. Was told office is closed on weekends. I then advised I would arrive the moment they open Monday, called Sunday as confirmation, and called again Monday morning an hour before arrival. Showed up at 8am only to be told that the gent responsible for the was busy so I will have to wait a couple hours. Sat there for 3 hours only to received a grossly inflated invoice.
I suddenly realized why the last driver on scene overrode the first on how to recover vehicle. Decision was made to roll with the option that clearly turned out to be the most difficult and time consuming. They wound up dragging my trailer sideways damaging my tires. Also damage my mudflap/hanger/accessories where they chain the trailer in the rear.
Towing it out from the front as the first tow truck driver suggested could've avoided the damages and all the extra overpriced hours they charged for "labor."
Come to realize, last guy on scene--the decision maker--was non other than the owner's father. Go figure. Pad that invoice, pops!
No idea why FHP called these guys for recoveries.Totally unprofessional and crooked! Maybe i need to file a complaint with them.
If you have a choice, be sure to seek service elsewhere.
I called them to tow my semi truck and the guy came he didn't know how to tow it and he still wanna charge me full amount even he was able to and he said if you done pay a will damage your transmission by towing the truck like that and I called his office the said they don't care 🤔
Their hours are listed as 5pm, and we showed up prior to 5pm to pay something, and yet the office person told us they close at 4:30. If that’s the case, why were they still there? This is absolutely unbelievable. When someone drives 35 minutes and there is someone working in the office during the LISTED BUSINESS HOURS to be turned away and told to come back. What a joke. Not a way to run a business.

Elderly couple came into my store asking for assistance getting their vehicle started. Matt Williams ( frequent shopper of Harbor Freight) to the rescue. On his own time, he popped the hood , tinkered around a little, and the car started. The look on the womans face made my day. Wish there was more Matt Williams in the world. His momma raised him right.
Great tow company, towed my truck 2 hours away from home for a great price, totally recommend this company to everyone super professional and very reasonable.

My imported Mercedes firetruck broke down 1200mi from home. After being turned down by 6-7 other tow services, Sal with Advanced towing showed up. Even called the next day to check on my situation! Wow.
Driver was prompt communicated well. Gave me a ride home. Truck was clean and well kept. Would use this man again. He's a vet and thanks for your service.

It's not often you have a good I literally just had the best tow experience of my life! I needed my car towed to the shop today because of a stuck shifter. It was the worst of all times for this to happen! Matt was the driver they sent out and he was on time, professional, and even stuck his head under my car and realized that there was a temporary fix that would get me on the road and allow me to drive the car to the shop myself! He went way above and beyond the call of duty and man do I appreciate it! Thanks y'all You're the only tow service for me!
car was brought here after a accident had to wait several days because of not having the title when I went back and went through the car there was several things missing including a 300.00 dollar snap on ratchet and charger that was in the car when it was brought in and other things

Very rude had a car accident car towed to them now I have to jump through hoops to get car moved . They won't allow insurance companies to take care of . Don't use them!!!
The technician arrived promptly but then left because he was afraid of the rain. He asked me to call him back when the rain slowed. When I did so about 20 minutes later, he said he would rather go take lunch instead and call me when he was done. 2 hours later I hadn't received a call, so I called him back. No answer, of course. I would not recommend using this towing service to anyone. If you can't appreciate your customers and their business, then you should be OUT of business...which I anticipate is rapidly approaching for Advanced Towing. There are plenty of other towing services that deserve your money.
