Stopped in to get some replacement wiper blades for our daughter who we are visiting out here. The fellow (John?) who helped us was extremely helpful, friendly, and even put our new blades on for us. Great service. Highly recommend this location!

With the cold weather popping up, my car battery decided it was time to hibernate. Thankfully, Earl helped me out and was absolutely amazing! He helped me replace my battery and made the whole process quick and stress free. Earl was very kind, professional, and truly great at what he does. Excellent service all around!

David and his friend “I” 😆 were the best I have experienced at this location. I needed a new battery and they didn’t hesitate to help out. Thankfully they weren’t busy when I went last night. They were nice guys willing to help out! Best employees they’ve ever had at this location! God bless them. Thank you both for being such a fun blessing to me!

I just returned from getting new wiper blades for my 2021 Mazda CX-30. I was taken care of by David F. and he was incredibly professional, extremely polite, and swapped out my 3-blade system very quickly and painlessly. I will definitely go back and ask for him, personally, for my next visit, for sure!

There has been many times Earl has gone above and beyond to help customers and on several occasions he has helped me with a very professional attitude and kindness. He is always very busy installing batteries and helping customers and yet keeps a great disposition. This man is a gem! I have been to Autozones in California and Ohio and Sarasota over 1500 visits and he is the best I have ever seen. While everyone else is just going through the paces Earl is working circles around them and is a true specialist and with a wonderful attitude.

Quick and Easy Service Stopped in to grab an AC recharge can for my vehicle, and the whole process was fast and hassle-free. I had a great experience visiting this place. My battery died, and Earl did an amazing job replacing it. It was fast and this mechanic had a lot of experience. He said that he was working there for more than 25 years!!!

This AutoZone is my favorite place to buy additives and replacement parts for my collection of older cars, 1981 thru 1998. Extremely friendly and knowledgeable. Shout out toJOHN especially who not only helped me with a wiper fit dilemma, he installed them on the car for me. Highly recommend this store

They ordered brake pads and they were wrong. They ordered them again and I paid extra to get them faster. Again wrong parts. Then they finally were ordering them again and they wanted $12 more to get them in 3 days. Then a Mgr said I could go up the street and get them elsewhere if I didn't like it.

Stopped by this AutoZone because I thought I needed a new alternator. One of the employees came out, took a look, and actually recommended a different (and much cheaper) part that ended up fixing the issue. Super honest and helpful, didn’t try to upsell me at all. Really appreciated the time they took. Will definitely come back here next time I need something.

I had a smoking battery and needed to change it asap. I called a couple Auto part locations but they didn’t have the staff or if it was too complicated they couldn’t change it. So I called Auto Zone and EARL took care of the problem for me. Excellent service!!!

David and Earl are the best! My mom and I came in and they were kind and knowledgeable. David went above and beyond explaining everything and helping find a solution to our problem. After David’s help Earl quickly and expertly installed a new battery. Best service we’ve ever gotten at an auto store from these two!

A 25 year employee named Earl at the Autozone in Sarasota, Fl location 3748 Bee Ridge Rd went above and beyond the call of duty. My daughter and friends were visiting from Davenport, Fl nearly 2 hours away when they had car trouble. They were able to make it to the store and were assisted by Earl. He not only changed their battery for them but gave us a contact to assist with an alternator change and when his shift was over assisted the mechanic by holding the light for him. All this just to find out she needed a radiator but the store was closed. Earl stayed in his car watching my kids until I got there even staying over night so that he could find the radiator next day. He not only found the radiator at another location but went and got it for me. Kudos to Earl for being my children guardian angel, he is the epitome of excellent customer service and if going above and beyond was a person it would be Earl.

honestly very disappointed in the service I received last night. We were in Tampa all day long yesterday and when we went to leave tampa and head home and my car wouldn’t start back up luckily we were able to jump the battery but we decided that when we got back in town we would stop at AutoZone because we got my old battery there and I had a warranty. We got home at 8:15 and got to AutoZone at 8:26. They close at 9 o’clock the second we walked in the sales manager Devon rolled his eyes at us because he saw us walking in with a battery we asked if he could please check the battery but for some reason he said something along the lines of not being able to check it because there was no Voltage. We asked if they could charge it so that they would be able to test the battery and we asked how long it would take and he Word for Word said “It takes about two hours and you got here at 8:30 and we close at 9 so”. WITH THE WORST TONE AND ATTITUDE EVER. how freaking rude. We just asked a question we didn’t need the attitude about getting there at 8:30. I didn’t ask for my car battery to die at the time that it died so how could I control the fact that we got there at 8:30. a customer that was in line behind us was like “don’t listen to him he’s having a bad day clearly” and we’re like he should never be talking to a customer like that. We were respectful this whole time and just asking questions and he had the worst attitude about everything. I was even nice enough to let the people in line behind me start checking out because we were going to think about what we needed to do and he was being rude to some of the people in the line. someone like that should not be working in customer service especially not as a sales manager. My boyfriend and I are going to go in and speak to the general manager because there is no way we should be treated like this.

Battery went out on my vehicle and the staff looked pretty busy especially with their computer system not working properly. They were very efficient and took the time with me and my work schedule. The manager, Michael changed the battery for me! He was very personable and definitely deserves a promotion! Thank you Venice store for your hospitality!
