I bought a car less than 2 months ago. After breaking down twice and spending over $2,000 in repairs and tow trucks, I just had to junk the car I bought from them for a lousy $530!!! They sold this to me knowing I am a single mom. Shameful!
I was shopping for a car for my daughter. They had several cars that caught my eye, so I stopped. Tim was personable, professional and compassionate. I also spoke with the owner who reminded me a lot of my dad because of his integrity. They were upfront with me about the car. They put on new brakes, had the car aligned, and had the car inspected by Honda. We had several issues regarding her license and ability to get down there and they worked with us. They kept their word and did everything they said, each step of the way. How refreshing to do business the old school way! There is nothing better! Such integrity! From that experience, I fully trust both of those men and I'm so very glad we were able to do business with them! I have recommended them to several people and will continue to do so. They are now our source of used cars when we need one! Thank you to both of you! You took a very trying experience and made it enjoyable!
Alex & Tim knew we were looking for a car for my 16 year old daughter. She was paying for it with her hard earned $$. They found her this great car with low mileage. When My daughter saw a cute little Mini Cooper on the lot, which was more money, they said they wouldn’t sell it to her. Their concern was safety & Mini Cooper’s are expensive to repair & they knew it was her money not ours. Their honesty & integrity were much appreciated. They even threw in a free first oil change for her. It’s great to know their are good honest car salesmen out there!
Do NOT buy from this guy. My girlfriend who was 9 months pregnant purchased a van for our growing family from Tim. $9200 cash for a 2010 Dodge Grand caravan with 106k miles. The day after the purchase all kinds of weird lights came on the van was losing power and shutting off while she was driving. I called tim and he had us bring it back for his mechanic to look at assuring is he would take care of us. Put a battery in the car and said it was fixed gave it back to us. 5 min after picking it up from him the same issue occured. Two different mechanics have looked at the van and have not been able to figure out the issue. Tim will not answer my texts regarding a refund or a trade for a different vehicle. Now my girlfriend has no transportation for our 3 kids. Claims to sell reliable vehicles Wich was not the case for me.
I just bought a car from Tim today and I can DEFINITELY recommend this dealer for your used car needs. First, he has a very nice inventory of quality, affordable cars. Secondly, they really seem to care about what they’re selling. They DO NOT deal in junk. They pick nice trade-ins from dealerships, rather than buying at auction. They make sure that everything works properly and that the vehicles are safe and clean. He was open and friendly, and made me a very great deal. I’m sitting here, several hours after taking delivery, feeling great about the purchase. Quality inventory and fair prices. What more do you need? Check out University Auto Sales!
