I call to get my vehicle towed to a shop. Robert arrived in a timely manner within and hour. He was very professional and friendly. I would recommend if you are looking for a great tow company!

They took the job when no one else was answering their phone. They arrived in under an hour. Then they offered me a quote at half the price of the competition who didn't respond, anyway. 100% recommend.

My mother came to pick up our personal belongings from our car after an accident. She was greeted by the receptionists (two ladies) at the front desk who were extremely rude, aggressive, and unprofessional. After a while of back and forth, we found out the car was at their other location, despite the police's report indicating this location. What could've been a quick, easy encounter was made terrible and wasteful because of attitude and an unwillingness to be helpful in an already unfavorable experience.

I witnessed one of your drivers run through a stop sign and enter straight on 776 with a huge trailer attached. He had zero regard for other people’s lives. Your company is a true disgrace.

Was stuck out on siesta key with my truck and pretty much every company was closed or was about to be. Got directed to advanced towing through a buddy and they came out within 30 minutes and had me and my truck over to the mechanics shop. Great service and timing!

Last night I reached out to this company after my car stalled in a shopping plaza. I was told by the woman who answered my call that a driver would be on the way and that they would call me when he was in the vicinity. The representative asked for my pickup and drop off destination, which made me think a driver was coming soon. Two hours passed by while I was idling by. I called the company again to check the status of things but the line went to voicemail several times. I didn't receive an outgoing call the whole night after I spoke to the representative the first time. If the towing company couldn't respond to my service request due to other obligations, I would have been fine with that. The fact that I never got a follow-up on any kind of notice is what bothers me the most. In those two to almost three hours I was waiting, I could have contacted another company to arrange the pickup. I'm not sure what happened when I reached out at 9:30PM, but something must have fell through. This wasn't a positive experience and I wish things would have been handled appropriately.

5 star treatment for sure. On New Years Eve I hit a pothole flattening both my tires in Venice Beach ,Fl. The driver was very friendly and his truck appeared to be right off the show room floor. I rode with him to Tires Plus in Sarasota which was closed. He offered me a ride home which saved me a lot of time as you can imagine how long waiting on an Uber that evening would have been. He dropped me off and then continued back to Tires Plus to drop off my car. My Volkswagen has anti theft lug nuts which can only be loosened with a special tool so the rims don't get stolen. I learned the next day that the driver thought far in advance of Tires Plus's need to have this tool to change my tires and he located the tool and dropped it off with the keys to Tires Plus. What a good dude this driver is. Thank you for looking out for me even in ways that hadn't even occurred to me anyone could.

My dually died unexpectedly at a very busy intersection, blocking a lane. Was told it would be 45 min wait. The driver pulls up much sooner then expected, about 20 mins. Very pleasant and helpful. Got me towed to where I needed it go in a very short time. I've used them before and will continue to recommend them. Thanks Jason and Mike!

I called and spoke directly with a friendly person who gave me a quote and arranged the tow for my RV. Within one hour, Rick picked up my rig and gave me a ride to the mechanic. The service was fast, professional, and reasonably priced. I really appreciated not having to use an automated service and just dealing with real people that provided a great service.

Over the years I have been towed, due to a mechanical problem, a few times by Advanced Towing. Always courteous, quick response and reasonable pricing. I am always very pleased by their service.

Jay is a lifesaver! He stop and helped us change our tire while we were waiting for Triple A! We are grateful for Jays kindness and hard work ethic! I would recommend Advanced Towing for anyone in need!

Rick came to rescue me on a Sunday afternoon from Sarasota to Orlando, excellent attitude and professionalism .

Need to a little compassion &’professionalism. Nasty attitude & insistence that a police report that matches our ID isn’t sufficient to prove ownership. So my husband now has cuts on his hands from foraging through a car that was a total loss, flipped twice, and was filled with broken glass to find the registration. Traumatic enough without dealing with this. But we had no choice in what business was involved so, it is what it us.

5:00 PM just off I 75 with Waze showing all red, my battery gone. What could be worse? Calling for help with the expectation I might be sleeping right where I was. Wrong when Advanced Towing answered the call I was asked a few precise questions including the type of screw head on the battery cover (these guys know what they are doing!) and I was told they were on their way..Not only were they prompt, not only did they fix the issue, but Mike and Anthony were friendly, had great smiles, comforting, and very comprehensive. Each provide great guidance on equipment I might consider to keep with me to remedy future needs. Mike and Anthony then provided an alternative route foe me to get to the repair center avoiding I 75 which was now a parking lot. The service received exceeded expectations, Mike and Anthony helpful, their equipment was flawless, and overall service deserves six stars! Thank you for making what could have been a bust of an evening good and getting me home.

The first lady hung up on me and the next lady was rude. I believe the driver hustled is for more money. We needed the car took to a different address so he charged us more than what we discussed on the phone. And then it took them almost 2 hours to actually bring the vehicle to the address when we expected it to take 20 minutes at most. I will not ever use them again.

We cannot say enough about the absolutely wonderful service we received from Sal! Not only did he get us to a safe spot off the Interstate he recommended fleet service and contacted them and waited till they arrived. In this day great customer service is hard to find so we are just so thankful for the level of what we received. Thank you Sal and Advanced Towing!!!

VERY professional, extremely knowledgeable in how to get the job done (I've had some unusual towing / recovery circumstances with my commercial company vehicles) Both long distance and local, Mike, Sal, and Rick are TOP NOTCH!!

We had a great experience! They came with a big flatbed towing truck and loaded our car and broken boat trailer with the boat on it. Very impressed! Very professional and great service!

Gladys and Chris were absolutely wonderful when my car broke down on Wednesday. I was being towed within 45 minutes of calling, Chris unlocked my car for me after I accidentally locked the keys inside during the tow, and was incredibly pleasant to be around during the trip to the mechanic's. If I'm ever stranded again, I know exactly who I'm calling!

Brad was great! We called about five towing companies and all said they were on their way, we waited two hours and still no one showed up or called us to follow up. Therefore, we immediately kept looking online and found advanced towing. Brad answered and said he would be there in 25 minutes, when he got closer he said I’m about 15 minutes away... The communication was great and so was the towing experience. He towed our huge truck all the way home and safely. I will certainly use Advanced Towing again. Brad was awesome!!!

We had an excellent service today! On a Saturday morning he was there on time and fast loading without interrupting the traffic. I was a bit nervous calling after reading the negative reviews, so no problems at all on our side. By the way he never even mentioned money and we never even asked him how much it costs so it was so minimal that we couldn’t believe the rate for a Saturday morning. Thank you Advanced towing for your reliable service!

I would not recommend this towing service to anyone. The driver was given instructions and did not follow them. When I called the company I was told a lie. I was told that I did not give a second key to the driver, but I did. When I called a second time to discuss the situation I was yelled at over the phone and hung up on. When I mentioned I was going to file a police report, I was yelled (profanity) and hung up on again. Amazingly a few minutes later the driver called me back to say he "found" my key which means he lied about the situation to his supervisor. After another attempt to discuss the situation with the driver in a rational manner, I was hung up on again after a string of profanity. This morning the key (that I was told I never gave them) appeared at the repair shop where the driver was instructed to drop it. My summary of the towing company is that they are rude, unprofessional, and lack the business ethics to be trusted. Check some other reviews and see that I am not the only one treated in this manner.

Waited 2 hours for the driver to deliver my car what should have taken at most an hour. I now have to pay my mechanic $50 for the hour he stayed after work waiting on the driver. He picked up a different car before mine and ended up dropping it off on the way to my spot. Seems silly to me to take off my car and park it to unload a different car to then put mine back on, hopefully they didn't mess anything up on my car. I informed him the mechanic closed at 5 and I needed to be there before he closed. I called for their service at 1:30 my car was finally dropped off at 6:30. I guess know I understand why the driver told me not to follow him and that he would be right behind me. So unless you have the whole day to sit around and wait on this company DO NOT USE THEM!!! They might be AAA recommended for now but not for much longer if this is how they continue to do business. Good luck.

I called AAA yesterday to have my car towed from a junkyard to my house. They sent out Advanced and they were there within 20 min (very rare when going through AAA). Unfortunately AAA didn't advise Advanced that I was on my way to meet them and pay my balance so we could all leave in a timely manner, with that being said I had to call everyone back and complain. The guy on the phone was nice and the driver was super nice! I wish I got his name but he was friendly and made sure I was comfortable on the ride to my house. I would definitely recommend to anyone to call them!

This company was contracted to tow my car after it was recovered from being stolen while I was out of town. I got back into town on a Friday, called around 3:30 pm to ask for pricing and what time they close. They were charging me $480 to pick up my stolen car and were going to charge an addition $25 every day thereafter. When I tried to explain to them the situation they refused to work with me, even though there were multiple police reports documenting the incident. They then proceeded to lie to me, telling me they closed at 4:30 pm when they actually closed at 5:00 pm. I was too far away to get there by 4:30, but had I known they were open until 5, I would have been able to make it. I then called on Saturday morning, again to check the time they closed. They answered the office phone, then proceeded to tell me that the office was closed, but they could open it up so that I could my car, for a fee of $50. Livid, I tell them I'll pick it up on Monday so that I can talk to someone in charge. I get there on Monday, and the receptionist lays out a bill for me. A $125 towing fee, a $40 mileage fee, even though I didn't leave my car where it was found, a $40 registration fee and a $40 filing fee so that they can look up and notify who the car belongs too, even though that was already known since my car had been reported as stolen and I just couldn't pick it up because I was out of town, not to mention they hadn't even put the registration or anything on file because they had to have me find the registration and point out that I was indeed the owner, so that money was for nothing, and then $25 a day for twelve days, would have been nine had I not been lied to, for a grand total of $555. They then took over an hour getting my car out of their lot. The entire time, no one with any authority came out to talk to me the entire time and the only option the receptionist gave me was to leave my number and hope the owner called me back. This is one of the shadiest, most transparently greedy and corrupt companies I've ever dealt with. If you have the option, take your money/services elsewhere.
