What a wonderful experience .. strange to say when you have to call for a tow…but Cordel has built an amazing new company that delivers on their promises. Cordel arrived earlier that projected, loaded my vehicle in a crowded Publix parking lot smoothly and with impressive speed (after assessing vehicle to assure a tow was indeed necessary) and unloaded at my auto repair shop safely. Top Tier Towing is by far the best, most professional company around. They are the only people who I trust to transport my exotics & regular vehicles. The owner is more OCD than me, and that’s not easy.

Cordel was great! Very helpful and kind, and professional. I’m a 70 yr old woman, stuck on side of highway 75 with a dead vehicle and Cordel made me feel at ease immediately 😊. Even dropped me off at car rental lace on his way to the garage!! Yesterday I had two tire blowouts. I called my regular garage,Lowe's Automotive for recommendation for a fly bed and they hooked me up with Cordell at Top store. He arrived 15 minutes earlier than his estimate.. he was professional with great attention to safety and care for my car while keeping me updated on his delivery progress . I would highly would recommend him and Top Tier for any towing needs.
I cannot recommend Top Tier enough!!! Cordel was so responsive, kind and understanding of my situation. He even took photos and sent them to me to let me know that my baby was well taken care of! Don't even think about going to another company!
