Amazing work done by D&D Body Shop on my 2020 Chevy Malibu after it was hit in an accident. They were more accountable and responsive than my auto insurance company itself and went above and beyond to ensure the repairs were completed in a timely manner.

I had my speakers replaced here and couldn’t be happier with the experience. The pricing was very reasonable, the work was done efficiently, and everything sounds great. I especially want to mention Cassie — she was absolutely fantastic, super helpful, and made the whole process smooth and stress-free. Highly recommend this shop if you’re looking for quality work and great customer service.

D&D installed a spoiler for me and was great to work with. They worked with me to ensure I was completely satisfied with the work completed and did it all for a great rate.

Just wow. These guys are great. I needed a couple replacement parts put in that I was afraid to tackle myself and D & D stepped up big time. I'd expected to drop the car off and come back later for it, but they were able to get the parts on while I waited. Cassie is a gem and had me out in an hour. I have never had a more positive experience taking my car to a body shop for repair in the 50 years I’ve been driving. They were very conscientious about getting the right part the right color and not wasting my time by having my car sit in there for a week and a half until they were able to achieve those goals. I brought my car in, they assessed the damage, they gave me an excellent price and ordered the part. I was called when it came in they had it painted, I brought my car in when it was ready and they put it on the car. It took two hours of my time, including my driving back-and-forth to the body shop. The quality of the work was excellent, It’s impossible to tell that there was any damage at all.It’s true my car was drivable, but had it not been they would’ve made arrangements for me to get a Rental car, I would’ve been picked up at the body shop. This whole transaction was stressless and convenient.I would recommend D&D Auto Body to anyone without any qualifications.

This place is AWESOME. Hands down the best customer service and work I’ve ever experienced at a body shop. Zach, Cassie and Josh are absolute sweet hearts, and the shop truly works for YOU. Not for the insurance company. Insurance was trying to get me to go to a “preferred” shop, who was willing to UNSAFELY put my car back together, with parts from a SALVAGE YARD (my car is a 2022, and the accident was NOT my fault) but Josh was an absolute angel, and communicated with me the whole way, and explained why he was refusing to do so, and advocated for me the entire time. I seriously couldn’t thank this shop enough. 10/10

I am so glad I found this body shop!!! I went to the first shop and waited in the office for 15 min no one came in so I walked out and found the person that I was told to ask for and he acted like I was bothering him and asked me to back and wait in the office no smile no welcome! I went toward the office got in my car and immediately googled D&D I had no appointment opened the door and was quickly greeted with a smile and a welcome from Cassie! I was so impressed she helped me and arranged to have my door handle replaced! I will definitely be back!! Thank you for the great work

I had a great experience today here. I brought the car in to have it looked at and they were able to fix it right on the spot for a reasonable price! Cassie was very friendly and helpful!

I’m beyond amazed by the service I received here today. I hit my bumper on a curb and it was hanging, so I called yesterday to set up an appointment for an estimate for today. On the spot, they popped my bumper back into place and only charged me $70! I am beyond amazed. I will be returning for any future needs!

We have delayed putting up this review, but are severely disappointed with the state of my husband's CTS-V after having it worked on at D & D. I didnt notice it when I picked up his keys but he immediately noticed that the front end wasn't lined up at all when I brought him back to get it. Pulled it apart at home and see that brackets are still bent in multiple areas, he was hit, and no repairs to them was attempted. Lots of bubbles in the paint, things rubbing due to the brackets not being repaired. Thankfully we got his old headlights back because they hadn't even changed out the bulbs, and they were not inexpensive bulbs that were in the old headlights. They also didn't plug in the headlights properly so they immediately let in water and we're fogging up within a few days. All fixable, but not the quality that you would expect for having a professional do the work. We went to this shop because my husbands buddy worked there and it was supposed to be a good owner who cared about the quality he let leave the shop. Insurance paid for everything so this was by no means us trying to get a deal because we knew someone, this was trying to help out a local business. We didn't trust them to make it right if that is how they let it leave. Unfortunate to have had insurance pay a shop to fix his car and then have to have my husband go in and do it over himself so that is is right. I would seriously consider another shop before bringing your ride here. *Edit to add that the bent brackets are not on the drivers side, they were on the passenger side - where he was hit and where the insurance paid for repairs. Again, we did not trust your shop to make it right if this is how you sent it out the door. And yes, we did wait months for the review - sometimes giving these things time before saying them helps to alleviate emotions involved; this is one of my husbands prized possessions and he was extremely upset about the service we received, even more so because it was done by a friend. So yes, we waited to leave a review. Wish you the best, but won't be recommending you and others deserve to know our experience before they decide where to take their vehicles for repairs.

From Cassie to Dave and Zach! I can’t say enough fantastic things about this business. From the time I walked into the door, Cassie who greeted me was outstanding in customer service. Dave who was in constant contact with me as far as the work I needed done. He also went out of his way to shop around for the best price for me. Even as far as trying to find a used part. To Zach who also guided me along the way with keeping me updated as far as progress. I would recommend this business to family and friends in a heartbeat. Josh & Cassie are truly amazing! We had a vehicle that had front bumper damage to it and affected us from driving it. Josh quickly took in the vehicle and conducted a thorough inspection. I was sent a repair estimate to review via email. We discussed some different avenues on replacing and/or repairing it and we came to a mutual agreement with a competitive pricing inline. They called me yesterday evening letting me know that our vehicle was ready for pick up but since I was picking it up the following day, they would wash it in the morning, so it remained clean for us. One of my branch managers picked up the vehicle and immediately called me and gave so much praise for how the vehicle was cleaned on the outside, but the inside as well. From the Scheduling at the Front Desk to the repairs that were done everything was excellent . They Staff is very customer oriented and pros at what they do. Would recommend highly for any repair job.

Used D & D Auto Body a few years ago and was pleased with their work. Just as delighted with the recent work on the bumper cover of my 2020 Subaru Forester. Came in last Thursday with the bumper cover detaching on one side. Dave & his crew took a look and said it needed a new bracket. They taped it up so I could use it over the weekend. Kathy ordered the part the same day. It arrived the following Tuesday and was installed on Wednesday. An unscrupulous shop might have told me I needed to replace the bumper cover for over a grand in parts and labor. D & D did the job to my complete satisfaction for a few hundred dollars in less than a week. Quality. Integrity. Fair price. Highly recommend D & D Auto Body based on my experience with them. Nice people to do business with.

I was dazzled by the professional and technical expertise of repairing my car.I had not been in a accident for years and navigating insurance and repair seemed like an enormous task. The staff at D&D were curteous, professional and the repair was excellent as well as timely. If you want to put your car in the hands of a staff that goes the extra mile to repair your car as if it was their own car they are the autobody shop to use. Top notch and good quality!

D&D Autobody, in my opinion, does outstanding workmanship in all areas of their service! There is Cassie (office mgr.) Cassie is as sweet and professional as they come. She addresses all concerns... always answering calls without me having to make callbacks and addressing my concerns to the appropriate person doing the job. She gets back to me in an adequate amount of time and sees everything through to the end. Then there's the guys doing the body work... Dave and Michael. They're amazing! I'd taken my car to the dealership to be repaired, and it was so messed up that they referred me to D&D Autobody (as they didn't have the expertise to fix it). They not only did a fabulous job but handed it over to their guy for detailing by the name of "Roe." WOW!!! I felt as though I left in a brand new car!!! They will also back their work and said "Should you notice anything not right, to bring it back, because they will stand behind their work". Now, that's what I call service! $250 for a "leak test" to tell me the sunroof needs replaced for $3,000. I understand needing to charge a diagnostic fee, but seems a bit much, and to inform the customer after opposed to prior is slightly odd. When I picked the car up the engine was at operating temperature and radio settings were altered so obviously took the car for a nice drive for their own pleasure. Left dirt marks all over the headliner. Completely careless. No thanks.

Customer service here is on top of it even when the insurance company is dragging their feet. Everyone in this company listens to the client and goes above & beyond to make the whole experience smooth and done on time. Thank you for being so caring and understanding in a very stressful time. If I could give Dave and his auto body shop 10 stars I would. I am from Albany NY and was vacationing at my sisters condo, took her car to get a car wash and backed into a dumpster! The damage to the car was unbelievable. I was told do not just go to any body shop, go see Dave at D & D Auto Body! That was the best advice ever, the car came out beautiful just like brand new, he had to replace the rear bumper, pull out a terrible dent and bondo the back of the car and he even fixed a previous ding on the front bumper. Dave does amazing bodywork, he is honest and caring.
