First time I’ve EVER had anything nice to say about a towing company. I have a natural hatred for towing companies but these people were absolutely AWESOME!! They were quick to show up, my tow guy was very nice and friendly even though my dog kept barking at him he was unbothered. Very patient and did his job very well. If I ever have to use a tow company again it will definitely be these guys.

Joshua came to my rescue, I was stuck at the post office and my car decided not to start. He arrived within 30 minutes Had to have it towed to my auto repair shop. Joshua was efficient, very polite & courteous. I would definitely will use them again.

P & J Towing does the most! Was having an issue with my starter and Joshua made the towing process smooth and flawless. Double checked that my battery still had juice before towing it to my usual mechanic, and made sure to update me with pictures once my car was safely in their lot. Super respectful, friendly, communicative and made quick time of it all. If I'm ever in a bind, I hope my roadside assistance pairs me up with these guys again.

P and J rescued us after breaking down about 40 miles away. Josh saved the day. Extremely professional, courteous and overall a pleasant experience due to the circumstances. If I’m ever in need, they will be my first call!

Victor did not have me waiting long, very knowledgeable very nice quick and easy in and out. Gave me information about parts and a mechanic if need be!

Terrible place. Horrible staff with bad attitudes. Their tow drivers don't know what they're doing. They towed mine and my friends car and ruined them. They pulled my bumper off and my friends car was let down too fast and it messed up his shocks. Then they had the nerve to have a bad attitude about fixing it.

This is the BEST towing company in Sarasota. Do not bother going anywhere else! I called every local tow company to get estimates, they were double and even three times the estimate P & J gave me. Their customer service and flexibility was unbelievable. Super on point. 💯

I had called yesterday to ask for some information on the towing laws and what they can and can’t tow because my apartment was threatening to tow my jet ski and I got a call this afternoon from victor and he got a call about a jet ski so he called to give me a heads up. Very nice gentleman.

My vehicle stopped working while driving, I called my insurance company for roadside assistance and they contacted a tow company. The first tow company never arrived. P&J towing was then contacted, they arrived promptly in less than 20 minutes. Joshua was the driver. He was very polite and professional. I was updated by text with a photo of my car at the dealer service center. Five stars plus.

Joshua showed up earlier than the expected time and was extremely nice and professional! He kept me updated on the status of my vehicle the entire time. 10/10 experience, I would call them first if I ever had any vehicle issues again!

Had a great experience with this company today. Getting your sick car towed is never fun, but Joshua showed up immediately and had my Jeep secured in a matter of minutes. He took it to my dealership and sent me a photo and text as he handed it over. Very professional!!! Thank you Joshua.

This service is A1. The whole process was so easy and fast the driver ( Victor) was friendly, professional and a pleasure to deal with. We were kept updated from the time he started out ,picked up our truck and until he backed it in our driveway. Highly recommend.

Highly recommended this business, from my phone call asking for a tow, to pickup of car, to towing to the dealership, I couldn’t be more pleased with them. Professional, but even more importantly, reassuring. I even suggested to the dealership that P & J should be recommended to customers.

I ran out of gas on Beneva snd Bee Ridge during rush hour traffic. I called P&J Towing they arrived within 15 minutes of me calling. Victor the driver was very pleasant and professional. He towed me to the nearest gas station. Stayed with me until the car started running again. Pretty sad! I called for this company to pull out my guys truck that got stuck in a ditch and without even looking into it he said he couldn’t do it because his trucks would get stuck too???? WTH so I called Scott’s towing and he pulled them out without a problem!
