Some of the. Worst people I have ever had to deal with. On top of stealing our rental car from a parking spot that was not clearly marked, they were very rude and condescending

They damaged my car when pulling it out in a very tight fit parking and now denying it. If anyone has a lawyer or any info on this company to file please dm me

I get why they have scraped together as many as two stars (just barely). I get that they sit in parking lots after hours to tow unsuspecting victims. What I don’t get is the their laughter as we drive off after paying to get our car back. Unprofessional tow scum! I doubt they read these reviews but they would if they cared what people think!!

My car was drug out of its parking spot itis front wheel drive. Five minutes after I walked away from it, it cost me two hundred and eighty dollars.He had it less than an a hour the doctor's office off of 41 next to south side elementary school. He told me that the doctor's office has been targeting my vehicle for a week. He is very unprofessional. I do not recommend them 1 bit. It looks like he has had several unhappy customers. does very unprofessional work. I will be leaving a review on the doctor's office as well. There should be a law against people. Targeting vehicles like this. Sarasota, should shut this man down.

Not honest or trustworthy! My car was towed to the shop and it is an all wheel drive car that needs to be towed by a flat bed. However, they did a wheel lift on my car. Which causes multiple issues on my vehicle. My steering wheel was secured with my seatbelt which indicates that it was not towed correctly! He lied to me saying they put it on a flat bed!

The most unprofessional manager I’ve ever spoken to. I picked up my car 30 minutes after being towed at 10:30 at night and was told I was the last customer of the night. As I pulled out my tire engine light came on and the pressure quickly declined. By the time I got home my tire was completely flat with a piece of metal lodged in it. I tried to call immediately but they were already closed. I called Sunday and was told to call Monday to speak to a manager. When he called me back on Monday he asked why I didn’t return to show the lady my tire and I said “if I turned around with my tire pressure declining that fast I wouldn’t have made it home so that’s why I called and you guys were already closed” he said I was a liar and that I must have done it myself. My truck was in their gravel trash lot when I went to pick it up. He continued to call me a liar and told me to leave a review so he could make more money! Not to mention my license plate stating I’m a veteran, what a way to treat someone who served your country! Absolute trash humans!

They damaged the car while breaking in through the window. Then we got to watch the kid, who has no clue about manual cars, try to drive a manual M4. Thankfully he didn’t even know how to turn the car on. He actually thought he was going to just drive the car though! They really have no idea what they’re doing but will try it at your expense.

Took my handicapped elderly disabled husband out for a rare dinner at State Street restraunt downtown Sarasota.. He has a handicapped permit on our car. We parked in a handicapped parking permitted parking spot with our valid handicapped parking tag in view. When we were done with dinner. This company stole our car. It cost me 250. Dollars to pick up my car. There were dents on my car from their careless towing. How are they permitted to take a handicapped car from a handicapped parking spot with a handicapped permit. THIS COMPANY SHOULD BE CLOSED DOWN FOR DISCRIMINATION ON THE HANDICAPPED.

This company is so unprofessional. I Got my car towed. Which was my fault and I understood and accepted that I was at fault. But I Called their office multiple times and no response. When I finally got a response hours later I was told that my car was going to be $250 to pick up only cash. When I asked if I could come pick it up the following day on Sunday I was told yes but to call in advance. The following morning I called 7 times and nobody answered I show up to the place and they were closed. Not once was I told that the place was closed on Sunday when I spoke to the lady on Saturday night and she told me that I would be able to pick up my car on Sunday. I had to wait until Monday to go get my car and they charged me almost $80 more to pick it up on Monday. When I asked about this extra charge the guy rudely told me that there was nothing they could do, even though it was their mistake for giving me false information on the phone. When I get there and go to pay they apparently only take cash but somehow did not have change.

They literally towed my car out of my office parking lot where my license plate is registered with the building. Came back to my car gone. When I called the number the girl told me there was nothing she could do since it was late at night and to call back in the morning (Friday night). When I called Saturday they were closed and when you try to leave a voicemail… there mailbox is full, how convenient. What kind of business is this? Absolutely horrible and I will be pursuing legal action

Horrible everything we've been through with them. The person who picked up our car didn't stop telling us lies. The disorientation about the subject is very great. An inflexible person and above all a rude person. I understand the bad reviews they have as a company, especially because there is no transparency about anything

Had my car picked up do to filing Chap 7. They came and took my car when I wasn't home. I called to schedule a pick up for my personal belongings. Came 30 mins early and got all of my stuff out of my car, nothing missing. Treat people the way you want to be treated and you won't have any issues.

ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE. The female behind the counter was TERRRIIIBLLEEEE , after a wrongful reposession... I was told I needed to pay $150 to get my personal belongings (ILLEGAL). After that, they told me my car would be there until april 4th and when i called March 28th (After paying $1600) They had already gutted and shipped my car to lakeland. AVOID AVOID AVOID. As a business owner I will be getting in contact with the DBPR to find if their license is current and have had my case picked up by Morgan and Morgan. AVOID

Absolutely horrific company run by extremely unprofessional, rude, aggressive people. A friend had their vehicle towed by them, they refused to tell my friend the name of the company- would only say they were located off of McIntosh. Once we were able to locate the vehicle and pick it up my friends wallet which contained over 800$ was gone. If I could give them negative stars I would.

They ruined my bmw,they did not use flatbed while they towing my car and now my dashboard became a christmas tree.I will get inspection report and claim a damage case.They thought they were not responsible for that but they are.They gon’ learn.

It’s a Sunday and they towed my car. Fine I wasn’t parked in the right spot it’s whatever. But the minute I get there to get possession of my car they charge me 258 dollars that’s with tax and not only that they are the rudest people I’ve ever met. Like no professionalism what so ever. I hope they go out of business and they swim in debt.

Rudest person I have ever met and I’m a customer service manager. He wouldn’t even tell us where he was taking it, even when I told him it was our only car, we had no one else to pick us up, and I had a plane to catch in the morning. I was forced to pay the drop fee right then and there and I was so lucky I had the cash. We had just crossed the street when someone said, ‘hey, your car is being towed. He had it hooked up with us still in the lot!

Of course such an unfortunate circumstance to have your vehicle towed. My father passed away and left his truck with just a few more payments left, due to probate I had to let the truck sit before I could pay the bank. Well the bank came to get the truck. The two men that picked it up were so kind and considerate. They helped me get all of the personal items out and even helped take the handicap scooter holder off the hitch. I was so heartbroken and emotional as this is the one thing left of my late father. They were so informative and compassionate they even apologized for having to do their job. I’m grateful for the kindness of these two men in such a horrible situation. Thank you guys. Praying I get everything settled and get the truck back as soon as possible.

This has to be the worst experience I have ever had working with a tow truck company. Yes, it was my fault in the first place that the car had to be towed but Fastway should be mindful of people's time and also the property in their possession. Not only did we attempt to pick up the vehicle twice, the first time the car not being available and the second time no one showing up to release the vehicle, but they also damaged the car cosmetically and mechanically (suspension). When asking about it upon pick up I was told to call back and ask for a "Steve" who handles those types of things for the business. When I asked for Steve's last name I was told that he doesn't have one (twice). As you can see in the photos, the car was extremely damaged and I will be pursuing things legally from this point. DO NOT USE THIS BUSINESS FOR ANY REASON.

Don’t let these people into your car! They are crazy antimask and will not wear one while pulling your car out. They also enjoy having really personal conversations in front of customers that are deeply offensive. When voicing disappointment that they were having such conversations publicly I started being mocked by all the staff. I understand it might not be a formal work environment but am utterly shocked by the lack of decorum while dealing with clients. Also they do not open at 9 am like their own phone service says. To the gentleman that rudely told me to call right now to prove that they open at 10, call your service yourself. Repo at 10 all other issues at 9 am to 6 pm. That is false

The other reviews which state that this company is rude and unprofessional are true. They towed my friends car which was parked in my complex even though it had a parking pass. We accidentally switched the parking pass for that car with another car that was parked in our complex. The towing guy realized we made a mistake and switched the parking passes around but still decided to tow the car. When we tried to reason with them over the phone, they said "we have to try to make money somehow." When we came to pick up the car they were very rude and unprofessional. DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE!

This business owner is a joke! He only deals In cash so he can falsely report his business. Yes if you call him ”after hours” he will refuse to notify as to the exact location of your vehicle so he can say it was “not damaged” during the interaction. This business owner is Horrendous!!! It’s actually quite hilarious that he is soo afraid of even providing the address of the location of the vehicle over the phone. He deserves no less than A one star on google reviews.

Absolutely awful company, very deceptive business practices! Upon leaving the White Buffalo, there was no parking available so we parked across the way where the businesses were closed, hidden away was a small towing sign which we did not see as it was dark. Fastway towed our car within a half hr and then we were forced to pay $175.00 to get our car back. There must have been at least 20 people also waiting to get their cars back after being towed! At $175.00 a car they have quite a lucrative scam going. Shame on them!!!

Broke inside door handle of car. Now the only way to get out is jumping through passenger side. Didn’t notify police department of my tow in a timely manner and my car was missing for 6 hours. Called sheriff and had to report car stolen. Sketchiest, worst car towing service by far. Now looking at other reviews of similar situations I too hope this company crashes and burns. Sorry for the folks who had to pay 200+ to get there car back. I walked in with police report, and called cops, left with my car for $20. Obviously they knew they were wrong!

One star is too nice only way you can leave a review. My girlfriend had a car repoed by this company, I used the vehicle that day had left my lunchbox in it that had prescription medicine in it from when I went to the doctor for kidney stones. Car got picked up that evening and there is no question about my items being in there. When she went to pick up her items, everything except my lunchbox with medicine in it was missing. I called asked to speak with owner John Fastway he got on the phone I explained the problem and he said it wasnt there. I explained it was there the owner of the business said its you word against mine call the finance company. I said well someone from your business took it, he said what are you a druggee come several weeks later to get you stuff and trying to blame him. At this point I hadnt accused him of taking anything until he said that. Well my stuff was there if you just look at the owner he (looks) high. I called back owner would not get on the phone, I questioned the reviews of other pills getting taking out of vehicles, place smelling like pot, she said we are a repo company everyone are crackheads that give us a bad review. Stay away from this company. If nothing else a owner of a business should not talk to a customer, i was polite until he got nasty. Not a nice guy, which means his business ethics equal his attitude.

We were referred to Fastway thru another dealer. We contacted them today to assiat us with a repo we worked on for weeks. With no notice to Fastway, they had the car within 30 mins. They did an incredible job. The office staff and driver were very professional. Its hard finding a good repo company within our county. We are so happy we got this referral and will continue to use them going forward. Any negative review are obviously from people who lost their cars. Hands down, this is best the repo company that we have ever used. Thank you so very much! Jeanette, PMG

My car was towed 43 feet and I was charged $240 on a Sunday, when everything was closed. The woman I spoke to was extremely unprofessional when I asked for details. My friend then called back to get an ETA for when they would be showing up to let me get my car because she didn’t want to leave me alone and a gentleman who answered said “if you’re not a customer I don’t really care about you” ... definitely the most pathetic excuse for a business I’ve ever encountered. I was told they would be able to give me my car back in the hour “by 4pm”. At 4:20pm I called and asked them to call the driver to see where he was at. She cursed at me, and stated she had already called him, however when the driver finally came he informed me she never had. I was extremely frustrated and continued to call in which she threatened to make the situation more difficult if I did not stop being difficult, when I simply wanted to know when the driver would be there TO GIVE ME MY CAR BACK. If you do not believe me concerning their lack of professionalism, please read their responses to other dissatisfied customers.
