Went in there to look around, Bruce got me in a jeep, worked his tail off to get me in what I wanted, got me a decent amount for my car, set me up with workable payments. He's a good people person doesn't push you into something you don't want. If you stop, go talk to him
Heidi assisted me buy my car 2 -3 weeks ago.she had me sign paperwork but unable to answer questions about registration process, title, time frame to send, non working radio, etc. if Heidi was new trainee she needed more assistance from management team during my purchase. If she wasn’t yet capable of being completely in charge of a dealership all day then she should not have been. I’m not frustrated with Heidi as much as disregard of respectful customer service. I did note that Heidi made multiple attempts at contacting her superiors re my questions during purchase with no response from them.Heidi did not have support. Of course mistakes happen-I’m frustrated at the way in which your business treats customers re my attempts at follow up re this mistake. I had to follow up because Michael did not- read rest. My car ended up losing a lot of air from front tire, found it had a nail in it. dealership should have noticed something like that&other front tire had almost twice the psi. I get call from a manager Michael ( 3 days ago) that he needs my signature on title as getting ready apparently to send in docs. Signature on title seems very important when selling a car, to me anyway. States he will drive up to my residence after work to have me sign it, will text me when he’s on his way. Heard nothing from Michael since (until this review!!) causing me /forced me into trying to contact him. called Prime Motors three times now over 3 days and same man keeps answering, states he will relay my message about title to Michael. But never heard from Michael after those promises. ? Today that same man (accent) hung up on me after telling me he will give me Micheals private number. I texted him ( he was not in office but his own phone when he called back) and asked him to yes please give me Michaels number. NO RESPONSE TO TEXT / no explanation of hang up. Prime Motors phone rings and rings with no message service.

Wanted to purchase a golf cart with my friends but the Stalinist owner did not allow such a thing. This owner really really hates any sort of modern technology. And he also hates money because I had some for him. Oh well
They are crooks , they always been crooks. . First it was palomino sales then that closed , later bought Barfield they also trash that good towing company and the list goes on of cars that they sale and within days brake down , some have even had their car swindle.... buyer beware some places do have negative feedback from sore costumers but do your research on this people before you buy.

Young man, Igor Oliveira, that was there at Prime Motors was very helpful and he helped to get a car financed through one of the financial entities. He did what he could to get me a car that I could afford and he was very patient throughout the process.

If I could rate 0 starts I absolutely would, owner is not a man of his word, takes advantage of hardworking people. The employees lie about the vehicle's spects. O% Trustworthy, sold us a vehicle that "had no accidents", come to find out it had a hit on the side. Also before purchasing we requested to please fix the engine light the vehicle had, they only deleted the code and lied about the vehicle's condition. "Repair shop" looks like a junkyard, they left the vehicle with the hood open under the rain for days to rust "while they were fixing it". Thankfully we are honest people and the financing company requested their money back. The sad thing is we now have to go to court to fight for our down payment that we worked so hard for, on top of all the wasted time and unpleasantness. At first they were friendly but as soon as we called them out on what they did all customer service became nasty. Would not recommend in a million years.
I purchased a vehicle from Prime Motors while in Colorado and flew to Florida to pick it up. Rachael was incredibly accommodating and made this relatively complicated process very smooth and stress free. Buying used cars can be risky, and the onus is always on the buyer to do their due diligence. Even though I was out of state, Prime made the process of independent mechanic inspection easy and the vehicle checked out. I am happy with the purchase and would use this dealer again in the future without hesitation.
I bought a car back in 2016 from them. Was shown a clean car fax for the car as thats what the bank needed to see. Was told nothing was wrong with the car. This past June went to trade the car in and was told my car had been in 2 major accidents a year prior to me owning it...i was shocked and it only hurt my trade in value. The owner is a crook and a scam artist dont buy anything from here!!!
Browsed online for a few days and then applied on the sight to see a vehicle. In a very short time, Rachel Ross messaged back reguarding the vehicles I had questions about. I could see that she gave a real effort to making sure I could leave with a vehicle I wanted and at the price that worked for me. After hours of converstation and talking to the banks, even with my bad credit, Rachel found a vehicle that i was happy with and was approved for. Thank you Rachel Ross for the great customer service and i would recommend this place, just ask for Rachel.
If I could I would put zero stars. We inquired about a vehicle and put in an application at 11am. They decided to run someone else's application before ours although they didn't put one in until 330pm the same day. Apparently this place isn't first come first serve, it's all about convenience for them. Don't deal with them, they will only waste your time and screw you over. The person we delt with is Rachel and shes very unprofessional as she told us herself that she didn't know how to run an application offline after telling us to fill it out online in the first place. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone after the run around they put us through. Such a waste of time.

Do not buy here. I bought a jaguar from them in cash and 3 months later the transmission went out. They also said they would fix some things such as a headlight that was out when I bought it and the interior peeling and so on and then when I brought it to there “shop” (which looked more like a junk yard) they said they couldn’t fix it and wouldn’t cover it. This is where the slimy used car salesman term comes from. Real scumbags. Has been a year and still rubs me the wrong way, and this is my first review online ever. Do not buy here.

Beware of Prime Motors. Not one vehicle on site that I saw is worthy of ownership. Test drove one vehicle that literally broke down on the test drive and had to await mechanical assistance! Beware if given the opportunity, they will lure unsuspecting buyers to their junk yard to pawn off a vehicle that should remain in the junkyard. It appears most of the parts in their cars for sale come from their junkyard....rusted engines, missing parts, filthy interiors of their vehicles etc. Unfortunately, young, naive and low budget buyers are most at risk.
