Got the call and they arrived within 15min right on time. Isa was very nice and I have a low car so they even helped advise the best way to load it so we did not scrape or hurt the car. Once dropped off i received plenty of pictures as well! Thank you to Isa, provided excellent service!

Yoel helped me move my vintage car from the exterior parking lot to inside the apartment gates so that the city doesn’t randomly tow my car away. He showed up quickly when I called him. Would work with him again.

If you ever need a tow, do your self a favor and call the right people, it’s stressful enough to deal with car issues, the experience I had couldn’t have gone any easier. Bc I have a new vehicle, it had to be towed back to the dealership, which was 54 miles from where I live. I was so concerned long distance towing would cost me a lot, but he gave me a pretty good deal. From the time I called, till they arrived was less than 25 minutes. When they arrived, they were very pleasant, polite, communicative and professional. I’d give you more than 5 stars if I could! Thank you so much for your help today!!

I was really impressed with this tow company. They answered the phone right away and showed up in less than 20 minutes, which is almost unheard of. Super quick, professional, and on top of that, their rates were cheaper than the other companies I called. Definitely my go-to from now on.

The absolute best tow guy around the best prices and a great guy overall supper understanding I had my truck buried up to the cab in mud and he still got me out at a great price saved me thousands of dollars having to get a off-road recovery team out there and prevented a lot of problems BEST OF THE BEST!!!10 stars

Just got service from Castillo's. Today's job was complicated and it was during morning rush hour. I got quick service at a fair price. I have called on Castillo for towing many times. They always give me on-time service, they show up with excellent equipment and have charged me a fair price. They have been on my speed dial for 5 or 6 years. Reliable respectful and gave me a ride saving me another hour. SOLID CREW, above and beyond.

I was two hours from home, on a Sunday afternoon when my Suburban decided it wanted a break. I did not know the area and nothing was open for business. After calling several places and being given a 1-3 hour wait estimate in the heat and on the side of the road, this service rescued me, my son and car within 15 minutes of calling. He even showed me how to fill out the forms and drop my key at the Chevy dealership he towed it to. You guys are awesome!

My car didn't want to shift into gear in a parking garage and the spots were 2hr parking. I called multiple towing companies and they had every excuse not to get until I got in touch with Yoel. Yoel was very knowledgeable, understanding and responsive. He sent me updates and pictures on picking up the car and dropping it off. All this at 11:30pm. I had to get one of our trucks a tow today. I looked on Google for a tow service near where our driver was and found Castillo’s, I was told that they would be about 30 minutes. I sent them the direct address and told them how long it would be before I got there and that I would meet them. Much to my surprise they were there waiting for me very quick process getting the vehicle loaded up and headed over an hour away to our mechanic’s shop. They kept me informed every step of the way. Very easy payment process. Would 100% use them again if the need arises. The only reason they got a 5 star review is because that is as high as I can go! Great company to work with.

Amazing service for an extremely fair price! Saved me when I needed help and was prompt and extremely accommodating. Made a bad situation a lot better and was there for me when I needed him! Absolutely astonishing level of service and professionalism. We had two vehicles disabled by Helene from some flooding in our garage. We had been away, and it was the day before Milton when we returned and needed to get the cars towed to higher ground. Our insurer tried to dispatch two different towers, both of whom failed to appear. In desperation, as it was getting dark, I called Yoel Castillo, and he agreed to come right over and try to handle a difficult situation with our garage at right angle and a driveway sloping up one story, not to mention an overhanging tree. He was able to push our vehicles out of the garage, winch them up the driveway, then tow each to a local auto service provider. This took two trips and at least 1.5 hours. The second car was handled in total darkness. And, for all this heroic, last-minute service, the total charge was very reasonable under the circumstances. I would give Castillo's ten stars, if I could. Thanks, again!
