I hate to give a Companya bad rating. I know people can have a bad day, but unfortunately, it was beyond my Control and I had this company tow vehicles multiple times they damaged my items never reimbursed me my money. Just absolutely Terrible customer service and was not happy at all with their services I dealt with multiple drivers and the owner and they were just as bad of human beings that you can possibly . They talked down to me like I was an idiot and all around probably the worst company I’ve ever dealt with in my entire life. I write this in hopes that somebody will read this and not get screwed over like I did and have such a horrible experience with a company that not only is horrible but the most expensive towing company out there. If I could give them zero stars I would do that because I believe that’s what they deserve. I can’t believe they stay in business running their company either the way they do as a small business owner I was embarrassed and terribly upset having to deal with such a horrible company.
Chris was great! He saved us from the side of the highway lol. Got us home safely and towed our truck directly in the driveway. He was timely and professional.
My husband's truck was involved in a crash- totaled and other driver admitted fault. Because we refused to pay the fees associated w Talon, they took the truck, never contacted me. Also my registration on my other cars was up for renewal, I was unable to renew, had to jump through hoops to find out why. Talon placed a hold as lien on my Jeep and daughter's car- NEVER CONTACTED ME TO SAY ANY OF THIS! NO BILL EVER MAILED TO MY HOUSE! ABSOLUTLEY NO COMMUNICATION. I had to pay $435.00 plus 2 registration fees, drive to Talon for paperwork to release the hold on my cars and a trip to the DMV. Not a very professional approach at all!!!!!!
Won an auction on 2 vehicles from there auction yard,both vehicles had no Reserve Price,$600 for 1 vehicle,$500 for the other,total of $1100 cash,yet when it came time to pay and pick my vehicles up,they didn't honor there sales,then proceeded to telle there was a reserve of $1000 on both Vehicles,but would sell them to me for $1600 Cash Only!!!
Scam Artists for sure,and will definitely try to keep your vehicle once loaded onto there tow truck, wouldn't recommend using them to take my junk vehicles to the scrap yard!!!!
I have to show some appreciation for the gentleman who helped me today when I needed to pick up my car which had been towed after a wreck. He was very kind and compassionate, and took the time to explain everything I was confused about. Dealing with a wreck is already so stressful and emotional and this gentleman truly was a bright light through this whole nightmare experience. Thank you sir, I hope 2025 will be full of good things for you, and that the kindness you show others will come back around to you 🥰
Talon was unbelievably helpful when I needed to tow my company vehicle back to my home after a major crash. They were so incredibly helpful, pleasant and very prompt. As soon as I called them they had someone on the way immediately to help me tow my totaled van back to my home. Chris is the technician that got sent out and he went above and beyond with helping me and making sure the van was perfectly where I had wanted it. He was extremely kind, helpful, knowledgeable and went the extra mile to help in my time of need. I couldn’t say enough wonderful things about Talon and Chris. Thank you so much for everything! They will be the ones I call again if I ever need another tow!
Was quoted $150/hr for offloading a piece of equipment. When the job was done that took no more than 15 minutes I was charged $300. I paid the amount due (with no complaint) then found out that they actually needed to deliver to a different address (only 7 miles away). They said it was going to be another $150. I asked if we could work out a deal for $100 because I felt they already overcharged me. They said no and that they would just drop it on the ground and leave. Incredibly rude and will take advantage of you. Will not be using again.
I've used Talon Towing several times and refered them out to friends. They have been fantastic each and every time. Their drivers have been professional, friendly/courteous, arrive when they say they will, and have handled our vehicles with care. Highly recommend!
They came to pick up someone that broke down and look how they left my yard :( when I have nothing to do with that. And I have video footage of what happened and company doesn’t care they said they NEVER go off the road and there no way they did that. would not give me manager name. Will be contacting the Sarasota county department as I should not have to fix this myself
If your going to be a total d-bag driving on the road and honking your train horn for now reason or to anyone that happens to get in your way then maybe not a great idea to advertise in your company on the side of your truck. It does.

I provided all the paperwork necessary to pick up a car and still they didn’t honor an electronic title and the proof of lien on the vehicle. Treat customers bad it’s all about getting money. They don’t wanna release the car because they want to keep it worse experience ever unprofessional people work there. They don’t answer their phones. Been calling for three days.
Extremely professional and handled the job with ease. Showed up within the window of time provided. Brought correct equipment and the driver was extremely attentive to all the variables.
Talon Towing is TERRIFIC!!!! OMG my Earth Angels for sure! My battery light came on right before I hit Sarasota... I was on my way to NJ (didnt make much progress) My steering wheel got very tight so I managed to make it off the ramp! got stuck on the side of the road. AAA had no one to pick me up. I called everyone til I came to Talon Towing and not only did they come and get me at 1am in the morning!! But towed me to their lot, where (I slept in my van with my dog) and they FIXED my van for me in the morning!! They gave me a Super fair price and I know they were valid as they took their jobs very seriously! I was a little scared staying in my van all night on the side of the road... what an uncomfortable feeling. I really got lucky with Talon Towing coming to my rescue!!! And they are the most handsome bunch of Tow drivers/ mechanics ive ever seen!!! LOL THANK YOU DJ & TALON TOWING!!! YOU ARE MY HEROES!!! PS They have the most dazzlingly beautiful trucks ive ever seen as well!!! WOW!
DO NOT USE once they have your truck they will not want to give it back. This is how this company makes money, by taking other people truck.
That’s a lie about two separate invoices this was for one complete truck and trailer unit. This guy is a liar and rip off. As far as the driver she was givin money for a hotel and Uber but did not have a debit card.
Worst company ever. I’ve been in trucking for 2 decades and this is the most disrespectful and overcharging company ever. They are the true definition of an oppressor!! I’ve attached photos of my invoice for proof. I was charged 3 times for a heavy wrecker, 2 times for mileage. They made me pay cash so I couldn’t dispute. Even the police that was called said I was jerked over.
I don’t usually leave reviews but I had an excellent experience with Talon Towing and wanted to share it. Not only did the tow driver drive out of his way to grab my mom’s car key from her at her residence (her car broke down in a parking lot the day prior and she had gotten a ride home) but they also provided great care to her vehicle while towing it to her repair shop. The customer service was unmatched to any other tow company I’ve ever dealt with. I would highly recommend using Talon Towing if you are found in an unfortunate spot and need your vehicle towed.
