Don’t buy anything from here. You can’t return things. I tried returning something and they said you can’t return tools. I went to the other autozone in east Hartford /glastonbury and they returned it without any problems.

I bought parts for my car, after the parts went bad l went back to get new parts because I had warranty. I rebought the parts so I could change it and bring back the old parts to get my refund , when I brought it back to get my refund they said that the new parts I bought was already returned at a different location…… Employees are scamming, when a customer buys an item the employee does a fake return to get the money.

This place is awesome, thank you Philippe! I dropped my oil cap in my engine bay and couldn’t find it, but after minutes of trying Philippe was able to get it out. Thank you Philippe you are the best!

oderd same day delivery for parts on my car cant drive it until I get it but they didn't have a part so instead of calling to let me know so I can order a different one and they can deliver it in the same delivery they decide just to refund the the money and not tell me I got half my oder but now I have to order there same day delivery again and pay once again when there supposed to call me but didn't

of. I came in dealing with battery issues, feeling super frustrated and overwhelmed. Chuck stepped right in to help me and was so patient, knowledgeable, and kind throughout the whole process. While talking with Chrissy, I shared that I’m new to the state and don’t know much about cars. She immediately related, telling me she had once been in my shoes, and assured me she’d do everything she could to help. And she absolutely did! Even though I’ll still need to follow up with a mechanic, Chuck and Chrissy went far beyond their roles to support me, ease my worries, and get me back on the road safely. The customer service was top-notch, and I truly felt like they cared. There are two AutoZone locations within a similar distance from my home, but after this experience, I will gladly drive a few extra minutes to this one every single time. Thank you so much, Chuck and Chrissy!

Autozone your staff saved my night! I needed a new battery and Ethan Jay and George helped me out. I was there and gone in less than 35min. I won’t blame George for being a Cowboys fan. He doesn’t know any better but he will learn at the Super Bowl (not)! Thanks for the professionalism, optimal service experience and laughs. I’m Starting to become highly concerned as to who you have working behind these counters . I came to charge my motorcycle battery as I do every other time with autozone and advance and was denied service bc and I quote the Caucasian women behind the counter stated “ we charge batteries just not that kind “ I had a long day and had no need to argue . Took myself to advance auto where they were able to charge “my type of battery” smh 🤦‍♀️

I came here last week for a bulb for my driver side headlight and Charles was awesome. He went above and beyond. Awesome service

Stopped at the store from Outta town with a problem with my car and Jorge found the right part and showed me what it took to replace it and got out of there with great feelings. Great job.

Chrissy was so helpful in an already delicate situation where customer service had failed me at another store she stepped in and did some research and completed my transaction with no hassle I’m grateful to her!

First off I would like to give a big shout out to Chuck. I ran into an issue with my vehicle while I was on the road but luckily I happened to be near by autozone so I pulled in hoping someone would be able to assist. When I got there Chuck was in the parking lot assisting another customer with an issue of their own. I explained to Chuck the issue I was having and even though his manager had told him to clock out, He went above and beyond to help me with what I had going on. I felt bad that he was doing work while off the clock and insisted on giving him a tip but he insisted that he was ok and he would just appreciate a 5 star review so here I am giving him the 5 star review that he deserves!!! If you happen to need any assistance with your car needs stop by autozone and see Chuck, he’s the man!!!

The salesperson was very helpful with his knowledge of the parts that I needed. Very friendly and made sure I was making the right purchase. I was a little nervous because I never made a purchase this big before, but I know I made the right choice. Thanks again for making me feel comfortable and confident.

Staff is very helpful and you can tell they do not want anyone waiting! They try and help everyone. They are friendly and very knowledgeable. The facility is fairly new and still had that "new car smell"!! It is well organized and bright.

First, I called into AutoZone and spoke with a young man named Jeff about a battery, he was very pleasant and answered my questions and explained how things work with the battery with patience. I then went into the store and continued to speak with him, and he continued to be pleasant and informative. I also received the help of Christina, who was also pleasant and helpful, and last but not least, there was Alexander, who was also pleasant and very helpful, he put my new battery in for me and also, explained how things work, and while putting in the battery we conversed, and I enjoyed the conversation. I can Truly say, even though buying a new battery wasn't on my agenda for the day, my experience was overall Very Pleasant, and I Truly Thank All 3 employees and would recommend anyone to go there (12 Governor St, E.H.). It's very nice to have pleasant employees when shopping. Continued Blessings to them All. Jackie

One of the employees there completely ignored me he acknowledged me and continue to still ignore me. He was extremely unprofessional and disrespectful. He lacks professionalism and customer service skills. I suggest if you can't or don't know how to work with the public you should not work a costumer service environment. I was told his name was Sam I'm not sure if that was true.

Horrible service at 10:30 AM on 01/30/2022. Proceeds to counter “Hi I’m looking for…” both the lady and man that were in the front ignored me. Until Alexander M. helped me with my concern great service by Alexander M. Everyone else at that time needs to be retrained in company policy and expectations.

Everyone knows that feeling of having car issues and the stress it can bring on. No one wants to deal with that at the end of the work day especially. Luckily, Alex, the employee who works at this location, went above and beyond to help me out. I was so thankful and surprised at his level of service, I tried to tip the man but he politely declined and told me to pay it forward. Had to leave this review to honor that type of character which is a rare commodity in this world these days. Would 1000% recommend.

I am not sure what his name is (I should have asked) but he helped me look at my car this morning on 7/12 and answered all of my questions about key fobs. He’s very professional and very knowledgeable on cars and I’m very satisfied with his customer service. Store was clean and associates very friendly when called this morning asking a question. Prices are good too! Would recommend 100%

Went to this Autozone to get a replacement battery. A woman there named Natalie was awesome! Great customer service and very patient. She helped me troubleshoot getting a corroded battery with rusted bolts out of my truck and replacing it with a new one. She knows what shes doing and was a pleasure to work with.

I like to go to AutoZone good customer service employees whenever I go there I have extra cash I tried to buy most to everybody a drink Coca-Cola Sprite I believe they go out of their way to make the customer happy

What a great experience. Sometimes as a lady it's hard to get correct information about cars and different parts, but I had no issues here. Thank you George for your awesome service and for helping with my purchase. The store was very clean and the cashier spent a long time with me to find out exactly what I was looking for.
