We were so relieved to find a service like this, that stocked our type of tire and could come out in a pinch to replace it, so we could continue on our journey. K31 Save my life today I was on my way to work when my tire blew out. I googled tires and they popped up. I called at 5:54 am and was able to get someone instantly. Shane was able to give me a quote and a eta very quickly. Shane was very respectful and a pleasure to meet. I would definitely recommend this company.

I finished my workday and walked out to my vehicle and immediately noticed that the left rear tire was flat. I broke out the spare and the jack and set about changing the flat. However, I was unable to remove ANY of the lug nuts with my tire wrench and breaker bar. I have never had to have someone else change my tire but realized that was about to change. I conducted a quick search and happened upon K31 Mobile Tire and Roadside Assistance. I spoke with Shane on the phone and found him to be extremely courteous. Within 20 minutes he was at my location and removed the flat tire, repaired it on the spot and then replaced it. He also replaced my spare under the vehicle. Shane was well equipped for the task and couldn’t have been any easier to work with. Pricing was extremely reasonable and as I drove home, I realized that from start to finish, it was less than an hour. I feel like this was some of the best vehicle service that I’ve ever received and give K31 my highest rating.

Me and my wife were stranded with nothing open in town. The brother who assisted us came with urgency and was effective in replacing the shredded tire. The ride home was smooth and safe thanks to him.

I called and requested an appointment for mounting and balancing 4 tires, and they were able to come out right away. Wow! Very friendly and took great care of the vehicle and wheels. Highly recommend. The wheel balance is spot on too.

Out of all the mobile car business I called in the Hartford area explaining the dire need for a jump starr hey're the ones you can actually came and help. This is my second time calling this business due my cars bad battery during this cold season but the help I received was top tier quick and fast and im not glazing

This was hands down the best and fastest service I’ve ever experienced. I spoke with the owner and explained that I was on a tight time crunch. He had never met me or spoken to me before, yet he immediately understood my situation. He listened carefully and asked all the right questions. He even deviated from another job he was heading to and told me he would come along with his technician, since the technician had never worked on a Cybertruck before. He arrived faster than expected and kept me informed the entire time about where his technician was. Once on site, he personally walked his technician through the proper process for lifting this specific truck without damaging the battery. Not only did he have the right equipment, but he used it exactly as intended. The entire job was completed in under 20 minutes. On top of all that, he didn’t charge an exorbitant amount. The service was so outstanding that I felt it was only fair to tip him. Truly amazing service. I couldn’t recommend him enough.

At 3:47am, these guys were the only company that we could get to respond to our roadside assistance need in a reasonable time. They were at our location in under 30 minutes. This is a far cry from others who gave estimates of 1 to 2 hours, and even one who never showed up. Noone likes waiting in the wee hours with tempuratures below freezing. These guys were great!

For the nature of their work - extremely responsive, polite, and priced very well. To avoid a long review, they threw the donut tire on my wife's car and came the next day to throw a new one on (the side wall was sliced).
