I highly recommend this spot on franklin avenue. I got into a little fender bender about last month and my whole grille was dented and bent off. Came back and the car looks brand new. I realized why this shop has been open for 50 years. Customer service was on top of everything even on days they were off. They help out as much as they can aswell.

I brought my car there based on reviews and it was the best decision I’ve made! I am one happy customer and my car looks brand new!! The staff was great as well with keeping me up to date with the progress!!

First and foremost the front lady was awesome I gave it three stars because they need to improve on some stuff the actual damage was fix but there was bolts and nuts laying in trunk so I decided to check everything I have some fasteners missing and broken the trunk handle felled out lucky it felled at home when I went shopping it was missing Update beginning of December I noticed my camera was never replaced or fixed I call the insurance company that took care of expenses they told me that they were supposed to take it out to repair and paint the hatch door if thats the case they broke my camera and they super glued it also the bracket is missing and bolts broken so if it was broken at accident why super glue it I went back December 1st or 2nd to check in with them on the situation they said they take care of it and that they will order new camera I'm going on the 3rd week still no communication that probably explains why my back window has fog on the inside I'll give to Wednesday then I call the insurance if not I'm going to Mazda and then send them the bill

I would recommend them to everyone! They helped me tremendously this past week and made sure I knew what steps to take after damaging my vehicle. Everyone was polite and quick to answer my questions. 10/10 service!

At first I was skeptical to leave them with my car for an extended period of time, turns out they worked much faster than I thought. They gave my car back within 30 hours for my bumper and even detailed it inside and out. Super glad I went w them

My car was severely vandalized. I had an option to bring my car to any service provider that my insurance covered. I chose this one. Not only did they repair my vehicle…they held it for me for no extra charge because I was going on a trip. The customer service in this place is amazing and I can honestly see why they have been open for 50 years. Vanessa was absolutely amazing and the owner Zane was amazing as well!! They will also repair anybody work free of charge for as long as you have your car!!! If I have any needs in the future I will definitely be back!! Thank you amazing job!!!

I highly recommend Brookfield Auto Body. After a rear-end accident, they arranged my rental car with Enterprise for the duration of the repairs and even handled the return for me. The work was completed on time and to a very high standard. A few months later, I returned for additional work. They answered all my questions, gave me helpful advice on sourcing parts, and offered to handle the repairs.

Highly recommend Brookfield Auto Body. The staff there made my repair so easy. They arranged with Enterprise for my rental car during the two days the work was being done. I was even able to leave my rental car at the auto body shop upon picking up my own car, they facilitated the return for me. The work was done beautifully and on time. The staff was very friendly.

10/10. I hit a truck with my car and had my hood dented in. I had to have it replaced,sprayed, and installed. They did a phenomenal job, the process was amazing especially comparing to other places that were charging me 2-3 times as much. The communication was top tier also.Most definitely recommend.

I had them work on my daughter's Camry. They were incredibly quick with the work and the camry came back looking better than when we bought it. Everyone was very kind and thoughtful. My daughter left her wallet in the car and they even went out of there way to find it for her. They fixed the broken parts, repainted, and detailed the car. Best place to get help with your car for sure.

My first bmw I’ve ever owned for 5 years and someone decided to hit it while it was parked perfectly fine in a parking lot and damaged the front driver side of the bumper. Obviously being my first my bmw i had no clue insurance companies are so quick to total them out through virtual assesment and not have them physically looked at which is what the at fault drivers insurance wanted to do. I ended going through my insurance which led me to Zane and his shop, upon arrival i was greeted by everyone inside very nicely. Zane took the time to hear me out and and understand the situation and have my car looked at properly and proving that the car was in fact not a total loss due to chance their might be hidden or extra damage. I can’t thank them enough for what they did for and allowing me to get my car fixed and keep it instead of it being totaled out. Once again thank you guys.

I my self was recommended to come here for repair for an accident and there was quite a lot of damage they did an amazing job with the repairs and always answered my questions and went above and beyond and everything was just perfect! Absolutely the best auto repair, body shop experience I’ve ever had! Brookfield auto body made a stressful situation (got hit by a car and needed extensive repair work) a completely smooth and stress free experience. The staff took care of everything, all I did was call to make the appointment. They handled the insurance company, the rental pick up and return. The staff is friendly, respectful, reliable and supportive. I recommend them 100% to everyone!! 5 plus stars!!

I was traveling with a friend (two 60 something ladies) from a visit to New England back home to Florida. We were in an accident, 1,000+ miles from home and Brookfield came to tow the vehicle. Vanessa at the office was incredibly helpful and patient with our many questions and follow up phone calls. Angel, who came to pick up the car, was amazing! His customer service truly went above and beyond any expectation. They made a horrible situation so much easier to navigate. Excellent customer service delivered with true care and kindness. Kudos to this company.

While I was away, fulfilling my military obligations, my beloved mother was in an accident through no fault of her own. The insurance company referred her to Brookfield Auto. The men and women working their treated her with dignity and respect and even heard her out on what exactly happened. Fast forward to the present (week and a half later) and I got just in time to pick up the vehicle with her. Brookfield Auto expedited the whole process (without sacrificing the quality) to ensure my mother made her time hack to leave to move back to Florida. The car looks absolutely brand new!! She circled the vehicle to inspect and was thoroughly impressed, as was I. Brookfield Auto earned my 5 Star review.

Very professional mechanics doing both extensive modifications and custom work jobs. Hood needed to be welded to the frame with hardware and reattached to the body. Quick turnaround time and deadline to repair and fix everything perfectly! Highly recommend any sports cars that have body damage to stop by and get a quote or repair Both the owner Zayne have a long reputation of automotive repairs of all vehicles. Definitely will be back for any future repairs

I see why Brookfield was so highly recommended to me. Two relatives had their cars repaired at Brookfield after auto accidents, and were very happy with the service. So, when my car was damaged I remembered the recommendations. I just picked up my car and am very happy with the repairs. The entire process was stress-free.
