I brought my 2006 Ford Mustang GT Convertible to C & R Automotive to go over the car as the suspension seemed in need of some attention. Tony went over the car completely and recommended that I install new front struts and coils and new rear shocks. The suspension was original as the car only has 68,000 miles. Tony has been my mechanic for almost 30 years! I have followed him where ever he's gone. He is fair, thorough and NEVER tries to upsell anything. Just had some work done and Tony told me I need a tune up "soon", he could have easily said it needed to be done during this visit, but he didn't. This was my first time at C&R and will continue going back (and recommend to family/friends) for any automotive needs! From the mechanics to reception, they were top tier!

I had my car serviced at C&R this month and I cannot say enough good things about Tony Sanzo who changed the oil and made sure my car was all set for winter! I have been to Tony many times over the years. He always explains everything to me and never pressures me into having work done that isn't needed at the time. I drive an older car and it is great to take it to a mechanic I'm totally confident in. The pricing at C&R is completely fair. I honestly don't know why anyone would go anywhere else!

I brought my car to a dealership for a recall and recent rough starts after my battery had tested well. They tried to convince me to spend about $6,000 on additional repairs including replacing the head gasket on a car that was running perfectly otherwise. I got them to warranty the battery after it failed an additional test, but after I got home the car wouldn't start. Towed it right to C&R, Tony and Victor replaced the starter & valve cover for a fraction of the price, AND took the time to show me the issues on the old parts first-hand with explanations. You see 5 stars all over C&R here for good reason, you'd be hard pressed to find this level of service and mechanics who are this transparent. These reviews should speak for themselves, but if you have any car trouble, I sincerely urge you to give C&R a call. Tony, Victor and their team will not let you down, you'll leave the shop laughing and satisfied, and that is rare in this industry.

I can't recommend C & R Auto enough! While driving back from Mystic Seaport, my check engine light suddenly came on, which is never a good feeling. I called C & R Auto around 3 PM, even though I knew they closed at 5. They told me to bring my car in right away, and despite the late notice, they quickly ran the codes and diagnosed the issue. The next morning, they took care of the problem promptly. Their mechanics are clearly knowledgeable, and their prices are very reasonable for the quality of service. It's hard to find a place where you feel like they truly care about getting you back on the road, but C & R Auto did just that. Excellent service and great team!

The new big chief Toni was easily one of the best interactions and service I have ever had. I am still astonished they were able to get my big repair job in the SAME DAY! I was in a rough situation and it always seems like when those moments happen, C&R are always there keeping a spot warm for you and will walk you through the storm every step.
