Terrible experience. Waited 2 hours for a simple oil change. They stop and take several cigarette breaks like there’s no work to do. Never in my life have I had an experience like this getting an oil change. Wouldn’t recommend coming to this place. Terrible terrible terrible

I love how they break down everything wrong with my car and sort them by tiers of danger. Except for my appointment not being out into the system, everything was relatively streamline and they got the job done in no time. Would recommend. Price is good too. Only got an oil change/diagnostic. Update honestly. They didn’t do what they usually do and raised the prices on the oil change which is ridiculous. Then they didn’t even tell me what is wrong with the vehicle like they usually do while I’m getting charged more. Wow.

Overall had a great experience at this location. Had to get a new battery and Graciela, who was working up front, made sure to squeeze me in while they were busy. And big thanks to Eric for installing the battery! Definitely recommend this location

Made an appointment on 07/07/2025 for 11 am. Arrived at 10:55, and was completely ignored by staff, eventually I walked out at 11:10. One female employee appeared busy inside the office, while another male employee saw me walk in as he was dealing with a customer. As I took my place behind that customer, the male employee finished the conversation with the customer and walked out into the garage area seemingly to distribute additional directions to the workers. After a few more minutes of waiting at the desk as the next customer, with an 11 am appointment, I noticed that the male employee was now outside conversing on his phone. It was clear that I was being ignored. I felt that a simple “be right with you”, or “give us a sec”, would have been suffice and put me at ease, as I had a busy day ahead. At 11:10 I left and then called to schedule another appointment, very disappointed. I made it plain to the male employee on the phone that I had an 11:00 appt and was just there and was ignored. He offered no explanation or apology and just carried on matter of factly. I’ve been here a couple of times before so I’m chalking it up as it was just this particular staff on this particular day. Either way, I would rather spend my money where I’m at least acknowledged. I will not be making that next appointment. I will never return again. HORRIBLE customer service!!!!!

The people at Midas was very friendly, professional and customer service oriented. There was a personal greeting upon walking through that made me welcomed and that my service is in good hands. The lady at the front desk was personable and professional. Thank you Midas for the great service you provided during my oil change experience.

Above expectations: My car was on the brink of collapse because it needed an oil change. I called multiple places needing one asap and having only a certain amount of cash to spend. Eric, the manager, picked up the phone and saved my car. He told me prices for my car, very professionally and knowledgeable even accepting the coupon I just saw online. He worked with me and very much saved me time and money. Won't go anywhere else again. Thanks Eric.

I had an amazing experience at Midas, all thanks to Eric! From the moment I called, he went above and beyond—adding coupons to my offer and explaining financing options to help me save money. When I arrived, my alternator actually died in the parking lot, and Eric didn’t hesitate to come outside and assist me. He was so kind and even helped push my car into a parking spot. His professionalism, patience, and willingness to go the extra mile truly made a stressful situation much easier. I can’t recommend him enough—thank you, Eric! Update: Midas wrongly advised me of what was wrong with my car - while acknowledging they knew prior what actually was wrong with it. This later resulted in my vehicles engine shaking and cutting off on the highway. They diagnosed it for free, which I can imagine wasn’t hard as they already knew what was really wrong last time. Disregard my previous review.

%100 good customers service and grate mechanics

It's a dice roll if you'll be helped by somebody nice or somebody disagreeable. Hard to call and get an appointment. They won't accept your parts and will only use the parts they buy, so no way of speeding service or saving money ahead. Service time was good; they'd get my car checked, give me a phone estimate, send me an inspection video, and get the car fixed within a Saturday morning. Bonus was that they were open on Saturdays, which is always a huge help. Mostly went to this location because of the restaurants and fast food around, so I had something to do while waiting.

Absolutely amazing service! Due to the snow, my skid plate came down and was hanging, causing it to scrap the ground and bend. I didn’t know where to go, so a co-worker told me to go to Midas and they could remove it for me. I called the Weston St location in Hartford, CT and was advised I could come in right then and there with no wait time. I get there, they take the keys and pull my car right in. The skid plate was moved as a courtesy. The guys working there were very polite and welcoming. No sense of feeling that I wasn’t gonna be helped at all. I would recommend them to anyone for excellent service. Thank you so much!!!

Funny thing is, I didn't get my tire here but I had the best customer service experience here. When Erik at the front desk couldn't get the right size tire, he referred me to a competitor because I was in a rush to get my daughter to her volleyball tournament. I could tell that they would deliver the best in care for my vehicle. I would fully recommend them!

This place is the ONLY place to bring cars to! Everyone here is so friendly. They don’t pressure you into buying anything. They lay out your options and let you know why you need things done. They work with you and make a plan of action to fix your car. I have never been somewhere where they treat you like family and are so pleasant to be with. I will never go anywhere else!!!

These guys are great! Got in for an oil change with no wait and a very comprehensive inspection. Angel, the service manager, is very professional and easy to talk to. Their team took great care of my older vehicle with high mileage. Will definitely be back.

I had a phenomenal experience at this Midas. They staff was very pleasant & accommodating to all of my needs. They took me in last minute & took great care of my vehicle.
