I went there because of an error code and they took care of everything for me. They helped me understand what I needed and made solid recommendations. I left there feeling so well taken care of, the experience was very professional and the staff was very knowledgeable and helpful.
Today I bought a battery, it wasn’t the right one so I was stranded, but I called and Miguel helped me out so quick, he a young guy, but with a really big heart , he went to my location just to drop me off the right battery and help me, this is why I would pick autozone over any other store

I had an amazing experience at AutoZone today. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with a warm smile. The manager, Christian, was extremely friendly and knowledgeable. He helped me find exactly what I needed and explained everything in detail. I will definitely be coming back and recommending it to my friends!
I went here because my check engine light was on and I wanted to see what the reason was. He ran it and a code popped up I asked what it meant he told me to google it and went back inside. Rude and no help at all.
Saw this before driving there “After reading the codes, AutoZone will provide you with a report that identifies the potential issues and recommends solutions and parts.” THIS DID NOT HAPPEN.
I went to an Auto Zone in Glastonbury and they provided me with a report and a suggestion that actually fixed the simple problem.
Went to return items I bought incorrectly so I never used it and they instantly turn me down without even checking if the item was brand new or not, which it was. They just told me they don’t do returns at all when in fact I went to another AutoZone same hour and returned the parts I bought. This store don’t really care about keeping customers, I believe they’re trying to get rid of them to make their job easier. Was disappointed the way they turned me away without even asking what parts or the condition. They were brand new. Why can’t I return them if they’re brand new?

Valerie is VERY knowledgeable about cars and a professional. My check engine light came on yesterday, while driving and I stopped in to get it checked out. She went ABOVE AND BEYOND to help me and diagnose the EXACT problem my car was having. Very satisfied customer 👍👍

I can’t say enough about how amazing the team is at this location! Not only did they greet me immediately and friendly but worked together to answer my questions and help me figure out what I needed for my 2017 Jeep I just got. The man was willing to help to the best of his knowledge. He knew what i needed where the item was at in the store, He even took the time to walk me to the items i was looking for. He then cashed me out and proceeded to go out to my truck and connect the device for free to tell me why a certain light was on And wouldn't shut off before going back into the store He took the time to check my fluids to make sure the light had nothing to do with the fluids being low. He then brought the hand held machine he had plugged into my truck under the steeringwheel near the fuse box and told me to go with him so he could give me the diagnosis. Add you all at no charge. So he put the code in the computer and printed out a paper that explains the item i need and where it goes in the vehicle and what it's purpose was. I must say he was very helpful to the best of his ability. I wish i knew his name... It was early morning on a Saturday 4/14/18 he had dreadlocks and was very respectful. I would of told his manager how much of a great employee he had but when i was in the store at that time i didn't see anyone besides the man who was helping me. I called the store to see if they had a headlight lightbulb in stock and they did. I arrived shortly after and Maileen greeted me and asked how she can help me. When I stated that I had just called, she said oh yes, grabbed the light bulb, rang me up and walked out to my car and changed it out, all in less than 10 minutes. She was very friendly, professional and efficient. My daughter was driving to Boston that night so it was a huge help to have it replaced so quickly. THANK YOU!!!
Auto zone is a place if you wanted to hear the workers talk about when we going to get high. Other then that you'll have to wait until they're done talking who's going to get it and then you'll get your turn to buy what you need. Don't take it wrong, as far as knowledge about the parts and where it's at they are good. But things like that should wait until after work. It's funny cause I'm still going there 🤣.

I needed a new headlight bulb, and I wasn't sure how to put it in. The worker who was waiting on me, asked if I would want his assistance to put the bulb in. I was ecstatic, cuz the manual said you have to go to the dealer to have it done. It took this very conscientious worker less than 5 minutes to remove my old headlight bulb and replace it with the new one. He didn't ask for anything just said have a good day but I felt compelled within myself to give him $5. He was so excited about it and asked me if I was sure. Of course I was sure he did a service for me that would have cost me $30 to $60 at a dealership. Five stars all around thank you AutoZone
Before coming to the store, I called to inquire if they provided battery testing and installation. The employee who answered the phone said that they did provide those services, so I told her I would come by to get my battery checked and replaced. Upon arrival, I was not greeted by anyone, so I walked up to the register for assistance, only to find the store manager on a cell phone call. She eventually acknowledged me standing there, but another employee came over and assisted me. I told him I was there to get my battery checked and replaced, so we proceeded outside to my car for him to check the battery. He checked the battery and determined that it was a bad battery. After he checked the battery, he told me that he could not replace it because of a fuse he saw under the battery cover. He also stated that he couldn’t do it because the car’s computer was next to the battery. He claimed that he didn’t want to be liable for anything going wrong. I said thank you and proceeded to get in the car, as he went back inside. Once I got in the car, it would not start back up because the battery was dead. I went back inside the store and asked him if someone could give me a jump since I had jumper cables with me. There were three employees, all of which said that they could not help. I asked the employee who performed the battery test for me, if he had any other suggestions for me because my battery was dead and my car would not restart. He said he could not help because he had to make a delivery. He then got into his car and drove off. (I’m still unsure why he chose not to give me a jump if he knew my battery was bad from when he tested it).
Fortunately, there was another customer who overheard the issue I was having and he offered to give me a jump.
This was my first time going to this location and I was very disappointed in the way things were handled and how I was treated.
Lorenzo was by far the best person to handle my wife and I. Any issue we had, he was there to solve with absolutely no hesitation and with 100% confidence. If you need help with ANYTHING, this is the man to look for. You won’t be disappointed. Promise.
Lorenzo W gave my family wonderful customer service today. He has a great attitude that was infectious, even though my car was giving me some troubling signs. He made sure I was educated on the products I bought and even came outside to help me in the rain.

You didn't give up and your perseverance was above the limits. I honestly walked into the store clueless about which bulb to get.
