I started my day with a cracked windshield and received exceptionally poor service at Safelite. I turned to Payless and it was outstanding! The person at the front desk was a lovely cordial woman, and the service to my vehicle was perfection. And it was done in less than two hours, unlike Safelite, who wanted me to drop off my car for eight hours. Always go pay less.

Extremely quick and easy going. Windshield cracked on Tuesday. Called that day and dropped it that night. Picked up and drove out Wednesday. Greg made sure everything was done right!

Jessica was so sweet and helpful over the phone! She helped me connect with my car insurance and was super friendly and kind. On top of that the repair was so quick!

Quick and friendly. Big window where you can watch the work being done. Customer service was very patient when trying to contact insurance carrier who was having phone issues.

Dropped my pick up off at a dodge deal. You folks usually show up around lunch to change out the windshield. You did n ot show up till 4 pm did not finish until after 5 s9 all day I did not have my truck. You will never get my business again!!!!!!

I was very satisfied with my experience at Payless Auto Glass! I actually had an appointment at a well known competitor. I showed up on time and they told me they didn’t have my windshield, that it was “still at the warehouse” I didn’t believe them. I then contacted Playless Auto and not only were they able to get my windshield they installed it that same day and for a cost of 30% than I was quoted by the other company. Place is an absolute joke. The lady just took me off hold while having a conversation with her boss and was talking about what the job entailed. She told me you have to replace all the glass for the back of my dodge window and it would be 950$ , when i got an online quote for 355. During the conversation she was having with her boss while i was "on hold" she said it was 400 and they could just replace the left side that was damaged but to replace everything. Payless autoglass is a bunch of liars and frauds. Do not go there!

BEST GLASS COMPANY OUT THERE. A big thank you to Maria and Craig for being amazing from start to finish and providing outstanding service. My son's car was broken into the night before and Maria was a doll. Got me right in, fast service, pleasure to work with, notified me when it was ready and stood open while I arrived a few minutes after the time they close. Great team work there and friendly.

Called this place after Safelite repeatedly couldn't give me a timeframe on when they'd be able to get a new windshield over a 3 week period. Payless didn't seem to have a problem getting it and handled everything smoothly. Place is run well.
