I believe this NAPA branch might be the best auto parts store in the region! I've been highly satisfied with every visit. The parts availability is consistently excellent, and the customer service deserves a solid 5/5 every time.
Every time I buy something I learn to open the item at the desk, they always give you the wrong part, even by giving the correct year make and model but still don't know why I get the incorrect one, tomorrow 3/13/23 will have to go back for the right part or go elsewhere and get it no big deal.
I was sold the wrong headlight bulb by the employee in the Manchester store location, and I wasn’t planning to drive back up there any time soon. So I when to another location in the south end of Hartford and was quickly turned away, the employees said that returns are store specific and I would have to go back to Manchester. Seems like a pretty archaic system. Napa as a brand can take your money as a national chain, but returns are dealt with store specific.

Friendly Helpful Staff. I've been to this store several times, they seem to always have what I need, with no wait time other than the occasional other customers ahead of me. This time I needed a new sparkplug for my lawnmower and just happened to be in this area. Found a compatible replacement on the rack, "verified" through Google search, took it to the counter and asked him to verify it was a compatible replacement, he did and I bought it. $5 vs $10 at my local hardware store. Added a star for replying to my review
This store is filthy. I feel like I need a tetanus & hepatitis shot just for walking in. I can’t believe a corporate owned store could be so dirty. It smells like death, and I even saw a rat run across the battery rack. This whole building should be condemned.
The review from Peter V below me is not a legitimate review. He is the store manager. When you need to fake a review to make your store look good while talking about how knowledgeable you are, you probably dont know anything.
This store had all the parts that I needed for my car I was very happy. This meant I didn't have to go anywhere else. The employees were professional and I was very happy customer
The prices here are outrageous compared to competition. Quality are one of the perks to this company tho undeniable. The customer service was alright as well. The layout on the store was pretty easy to navigate through and kept clean. Power and hand tools are available at this location. Car cosmetics and detailing products also were stock and ready to go. The parking is a huge shared lot in the plaza in which it is located. No public restrooms.
I when to purchase a Radiator for my mini van they don't have it in stock they order from another store. Mike the sale person was nice in Profesional the order arrived on time
They were very helpful to me and they're close by my other house so it's basically a walk across the street from me and the prices are fair too! Oh yeah they have a great selection and ALWAYS have some type of sale or deals going on!
Parts person was very professional and understand what I was looking for didn't have to break it down for him to understand. Advance Auto had someone who thought I was talking a different language when I asked for the part.
