Extremely rude employee told me he had no idea what I was talking about when I went in for a windshield repair kit (that they sell) better off buying online off Amazon to not deal with the staff.
Customer care is not lost in this location. I came to see if I could find a solvent to remove paint from my hands and my leased car’s steering wheel. The manager showed me exactly what I needed but unfortunately it was not in my price range as I am a student. He graciously offered to let me use some from his personal bottle. It did the trick perfectly and he saved my a huge amount of money that I didn’t have. Thank you very much sir. I appreciate you so much more than you know.
I went in for new wiper blades and Tay was so helpful and walked me through everything I needed. My car specifically needed a certain adaptor and she was experienced enough to give me exactly what I needed. Not only was she helpful she had incredible patience. I can’t remember the last time I had that kind of service at an auto parts store.
My car was towed away because of them and they showed zero accountability.
I purchased a product from them designed for locks and ignitions.
After use my vehicle ignition locked up in my vehicle would not start.
I contacted O'Reilly chat online trying to get customer service. I was hoping they would at the very least replace my ignition seeing the product they sold me compromised my ignition.
The regional manager Dodged me, He till this day never returned any of my calls. Unprofessional, I will never return.
RAY and DAVID were so extremely kind and helpful! They went above and beyond. GREAT people. This is what we need more of in the world. I was having such a stressful week and they truly made it a little better. You can teach people almost anything but you can't teach them how to be kind. That is priceless. Thank you again!!!
This is my go-to auto parts store I don't care what anybody says I get reward points they text me I get 5 to 10 dollars off my purchases the people at the desk are always so friendly and helpful and they did not complain if you ask them to get the part for you I've been going over 3 years and yes they do deliver I used to go to AutoZone advance Auto not to bash those companies but they just don't have the service that these guys provide O'Reilly's Auto parts in East Hartford that's my go-to if they don't have the part you're looking for they can have it for you ASAP
Slow service at check out counter. Unnecessary long wait time I'm the only customer. Other employee looked at me slowly stocking shelf behind the counter. Overpriced items. Autozone will be my go to parts store now.
Always a pleasure to shop at this location. The staff is super friendly and helpful. Prices are a little higher than AutoZone or Advance, but well worth it to avoid the lack of service and hospitality that I experience in the other stores.
Great staff. I've had good luck with all the parts I've bought there. Prices are slightly higher than online but they usually have it right now or next day
Not a great experience at all . I felt rushed by the girl that waited on me while three other customers wait behind me as the overweight older guy just sat behind the counter doing nothing. Seems like it’s always something when I stop here. Guess I should use advanced or auto zone from now on .
