If I could 10 star this place, I would. Paulie & his boys went ABOVE AND BEYOND with this undercoating job on my truck. This isn’t just a business, it’s a family. The prep work is next level, nobody else in the United States, let alone the world, preps as good as NEU. Everyone slaps oil and shit wax on their frames, nobody properly preps prior to product application. For a 22 year-old dinosaur of a rusty pickup, my frame still looks better than the showroom floor after 2 years of being undercoated by NEU. Nobody else does a good of a job as NEU. You will not be disappointed, you will not be scammed. You are truly paying for the hard work to have your vehicle undercoated the PROPER way. There is no better way than NEU. 80% prep, 20% product, nobody will do a better job. LIFETIME WARRANTY, not that I’ll ever need it. Pay for what you get, don't make Paulie upset. I just had 2021 Ford undercoated by neu my truck looks better now then it did brand new I was sent pictures and videos of the whole process there was a lot of company's I could of chose but I'm glad I chose neu beyond happy highly recommend you come too neu they will take care of you and make sure 100 percent satisfaction

I took my new jeep to get coated. I’m from Texas so this is all new to me. The owner is so nice! He explained everything and shows you before and after as and takes pics for you during the process. It was very easy and went smoothly. As an added benefit, my frame looks better with the shiny black coating. Can’t beat a lifetime warranty either. I definitely recommend this shop ❤️

I had my 2022 GMC 2500 done by these guys. The quality of their work is outstanding m. Paulie sent me videos of the whole process. It’s only been about 18 months since I had it done but it looks just like it did when I picked it up. It did take a week but I guess perfection takes time. I would never have anyone but NEU undercoat my trucks again ! 1st class operation. I highly recommend NEU TONY

My truck had a hard undercoating and all the places near by said that they couldn’t do anything but spray oil over it. Seeing what the tar does with trapping moisture I knew I had to get it removed in order to save my truck. Paulie offered to remove the old undercoating and perform a professional lifetime undercoating backed by his warranty. On closer inspection he knew it was going to be difficult to get the tar off and reached out to me. This man was honest and explained that it was going to be more labor intensive and wouldn’t just kick my truck off the lift to get others in during such a busy week! He texted me and kept me updated the whole time. The end result is better than new!! You can go many routes but when investing in your work truck only one way is the right way NEU 🇮🇹🤌

I see some of these negative reviews and it’s sad. I had my 2012 GMC 2500 done by NEU. The owner told me do to the condition of my frame (I had major pitting) .There is a chance that it could come off . It’s been 3 years. Some of these undercoating did come off. I called Paulie and told him. He booked me an appointment within 1 week. Never gave me an issue. Matter of fact he said he would be happy to see me.100% handled the issue and never had issue again !This guy is old school Italian who stands by his word. I’ve been wanting to write this for 2 years. I do not believe those 1star reviews. They have a warranty. Paulie tells you that if you have an issues “I’m a phone call away” . Why would anyone trash these guys ? Just pick up the phone 📞. This is my 1st & last review ever. I just hate to see people trying to hurt such a good guy & great company. Love you Paulie. My husband and I researched undercoating our 17 Chevy Silverado. The frame looked horrible. I came across NEU on Facebook. After watching their videos . I couldn’t believe how in-depth they get into their work. What they did to our 17 Chevy was simply incredible! The owner sent us videos of the whole process. I highly recommend these guys. Being in the collision repair business we see a lot of things come through the shop. A few of his “specimens” have rolled through and let me tell ya, he is an amateur. Anyone who touts “POR 15” is an amateur looking for a quick buck. It is a horrible product that does more damage in the long run than good. Only proper frame refinish is to completely sandblast, use an epoxy primer and epoxy chassis paint. I have seen their welds too…. Scary stuff. He does amateur work at top rate pay. I would highly recommend staying away.

2017 Toyota Tundra. Decent shape and wanted to keep it that way. Ran across Paulie on YouTube so we checked him out. Amazing work, kept us in the loop during the process and sent a video. Meeting him was like meeting up with an old friend ya hadn't seen in years. Work was done in the time promised and was outstanding. Now we don't have to worry about the chemicals that CT and MA put on the roads eating away at the frame. Next up will be my 2024 Tundra.

My husband and I bought a very well love Jeep in fantastic condition, but needed Undercoat Servicing as it was not done by the previous owner. My husband did months of research, trying to find the Right product for our needs as well as a company that also fit our needs. We came across NEU’s Social media page and loved the energy and raw honesty from the owner. We gave a call in and was able to speak with the owner directly. He was very knowledgeable and open to answering all of our questions and navigated all of our potential concerns. After a in-depth conversation, we knew that this was who we wanted to go with. We did not feel pressured or like we were speaking to a salesman, but somebody who is passionate about what he does and genuinely believes in the product and services that he provides. We dropped off our Jeep before leaving to Italy on vacation. We received communication through the whole process with photos and updates of where they were at in the process and all the before, and after. The whole transaction was easy and very transparent. Paulie is a No bullshit kind of guy and is going to be honest with you, but it is something that we truly appreciated as so many people will try to sell you an unnecessary service or lie to you about what is necessary or unnecessary just to make a sale. NEU Gave us a lifetime warranty as they stand behind their product. This is not a powder coating that needs to be redone every six months to a year based off of where you live and how you Drive your vehicle. This is a service that is extremely detailed Every last inch of the serviced area was cleaned, prepped and coated to a mirror Gloss black perfection that will be able to withstand the New England changing weather. Thank you to Paulie and his team for their great work. We will definitely be bringing our other vehicles and recommending this business to all our friends and family.

My Wife and I Had 2 vehicles done By Paul and his Crew. After seeing what a Great job they were able to do on our 2015 Toyota Corolla we were so pleased we made an appointment immediately after and had them do our 2017 Dodge Durango. I am also impressed with the fact that Paul is so confident in the product and how they apply it he is willing to give it a lifetime Warranty. Where else are you going to get that?

The owner of this business is not someone you want to deal with. I paid Paulie to complete two Chevy trucks for me. At $4500 a piece. The second one had the coating peeling off days after completion. When I asked him if we can correct all these things he replied by cursing me out over the phone. Truly embarrassing. Reply to Paulie’s comment: His claim of one of the most beautiful jobs he’s ever done is paint peeling off in over a dozen spots in less than a month from leaving his shop. He even admitted to me his previous less than professional employees prep workers to blame. Truth is this is the last guy you should trust with your hard earned money and vehicles. He also cut through my rear view camera wire and refused to take ownership. It entered his shop working, and it left with a “grinder wheel severed” line.

Paul is a hack and a scammer. He took my truck told me 3500 to do the frame like new. When he got the truck he raised the price to 4k. 1 month later I noticed that he painted right over most of the rust and only removed the easy to reach rust. He grinded metal off my frame revealing rot, instead of telling me he painted right over the rot holes. I would have never paid to under coat the truck knowing the frame was bad. But he gladly took my money anyways. Now I have a rusty frame covered in paint and wasted 4 grand. Pics for proof you can see the shiny paint he put on. There's also videos of my blue 2012 f150 on his Facebook so no denying this one. And about his life time warranty. I don't w even want to call him to have him touch my truck I'd rather throw it away than have him touch it again

Today while working on an adjacent street to NEU. Pauile the Owner, came out and thanked us for working on the town roads. We had a few 'laughs' and Pauile bought 4 pizzas and invited us to join in during our lunch break. Pauile also handed out some NEU tee shirts !!! I have not had an auto undercoating there yet, but im sure NEC does an Amazing Job. I would like to extend a thanks to Paulie for being such a Gentleman. Paul and the team did an unbelievable job on my 1988 Camaro! The undercarriage is exactly how he described it would be! My plan is a total restoration and Paul and the NEU team pulled through with that part of the project! Great people providing great service. Great work and great people. My car was done within 3 days and came out perfect. They even took time to clean my tires and rims which was a nice surprise. Highly recommend reasonable price for great work.

Pauly Is GOOD PEOPLE an old school stand up gentleman with honor and integrity which is rare! I contacted Pauly via phone essentially to find out what my options were in relation to frame rust on a Toyota 4Runner. He explained everything to me via phone, he took his time to make sure I understood the totality of the undertaking. I explained my situation and he said he’s “sick of good people being taken advantage of” and He also literally personally interjected his fabulous self on my behalf, he first physically located my truck and saved me from being taken advantage of by an unscrupulous Auto dealer. His intervention resulted in free repairs on an unsafe vehicle. Did I mention this all began with a phone call, no money passed hands between us. Pauly is like that big brother we all need to look out for us and our interests, don’t hesitate to do business with this shop. The owner is one of the last few Good guys left, I’d trust his work and his word. I will definitely be doing business with Pauly and New England Undercoating, he’s gained a life long customer.

Very happy with this. I recently bought a used Dodge Ram that I want to last for the foreseeable future and wanted to get the frame coated. Paulie and his crew did excellent work. The frame, from what I can see, looks better than new. Will update my review after we get through the winter and we see how it holds up but as far as I'm concerned, this was a very good experience and will certainly plan to have my other vehicles done here in the future.

Overall bad experience. My vehicle was at their location for over 2 weeks. Once "completed" I inspected it and there was many missing spots that were not coated. I brought the truck back to get redone. I went back to pick it up and none of the spots we talked about were done. On top of that my full size spare tire was missing, which I never got back. I also inspected further and they only applied one coat when I paid extra for two. Nothing was de greased or sandblasted. Also, the coating they used was not POR-15, they used some cheap paint. It is peeling off in sheets after 2 weeks. So now my vehicle condition is worse that it was before bringing it. Basically Paul is a scam artist, do not do business with him. Also his employees where drinking alcohol when I went to pick up the truck for the second time, which is a big deal if they are moving around my company vehicle. FYI The pictures from the 5 star review is not from Paul's shop and is not his work, just a factory photo. Keep that in mind when reading the 5 star reviews. Response to Owner- I have the receipt, all of our conversations in messenger of you admitting to the issues, and you even have a picture of my truck on your Facebook account, so to say this is fake is a joke. After the third time of going there for the "lifetime warranty" I cut my losses and realized this was not going to turn out well. I left the honest review with the pictures to prove it to let people know of my experience. Calling this fake is proof he is a liar.

The work done by this company is by far the best. Pauly (the owner) is such a great guy and really cares about his business, the jobs that get done, and especially his employees. All around good guy! My husband’s truck came out amazing and we couldn't be happier.

Paulie and his team did a fantastic job with undercoating my truck! They even did the wheel wells and everything! Paulie sent me videos and updates throughout the whole process and guarantees all his work. To my surprise when I picked up my truck they even brought it to the car wash, cleaned my rims and tires so it looked brand new! When you do the math- if every year you have to re-apply with the oil based under coating it adds up really quickly. If you go with the deluxe package from NEU it is cheaper in the long run with a lifetime guarantee and a much better quality product. Paulie is extremely personable and takes care of you like your family. Without a doubt I would highly recommend and would recommend NEW to my friends and family.

As you can see from these before and after pictures, New England Undercoating removed, sanded, etched and undercoated the frame and all exposed metal on my 2012 GMC 2500HD bringing new life to a badly needed truck. I've never seen two guys work so hard to prep this undercarriage to make the final product what it is. I highly recommend this to everyone who plans in keeping their Jeep, truck or car. Thanks NEU!!
